Ordered a motor 7 weeks ago and was told it would be at the store in 4-6 weeks. Asked them if they could check to see if it has been shipped. Their response was they didn't have the number to the company they ordered from. How do you not have the phone number from somewhere you order parts from. Girl at the counter was also very rude and could have cared less about trying to help. Very unprofessional experience.

Unbeatable price for a pair of wipers! Oil change package was a great price and Riley's assistance could not have been more helpful. Her associate helped us get several extra things. The staff is very knowledgeable and quick. Hats off to O'Reilly Auto Parts on U.S. Hwy 51 in Ripley TN and to O'Reilly stores everywhere.

O'Reilly's is always awesome if they have the parts that you need cuz the customer service is outstanding second to none of his way to help you Buckner that is I do recommend this place if they can't get it they'll find somebody that can promptly two thumbs up dog

Just left this place and stoof in there for at least four minutes, I was the only customer in there and no one asked if I needed help. I counted four employees who all made physical eye contact with me, while I stood at the front counter and never acknowledged me once. I then said maybe I should go to AutoZone and the to ladies up front just started at me. This used to be my go to auto store, but the customer service sucks now. I know Auto Zone appreciated the $289 I just spent with them and their customer service was AWESOME!!!

Their range of customer service varies. I had one employee go out of his way to talk to my mechanic to confirm that we were ordering the right part, while also calling an outside vendor to get me the lowest price at his cost (I thought), and yet another employee tell me when I came to pick up the part that I couldn't use my military discount or $10 off coupon from Oriely's because I ordered from an outside vendor, and that the part was $25 more than I was quoted the day before; while this employee apologized for the misunderstanding, she continuously blamed it on the other employee saying that he didnt do his job, and that there was nothing she could do to remedy the situation because she "had to make the company money." The whole reason why I have continuously given Oriely's my business, was because of the discounts that I receive, however, after a $50 price difference, and a possibility of a restock fee if the part doesn't work if they will even take it back because it is an electrical part and from another vendor, I will definitely be hesitant in giving them my business in the future. Customer service should be a #1 priority, and without the proper communication and consistency in their employees friendliness/helpfulness, this customer doesn't feel like a priority at all.

Needed a washer tank for my F350 Super Duty. They went the extra mile and got one from the Ford company and it was only about three days getting it. Thanks Megan and Chris for your help.

There is NOTHING about cars that the cool folks that work in this store, especially Buckner, can't answer! In a town like Ripley, TN., where the "newest inventory" at our 1 local walmart is months behind all the others, if this O'reillys has not had the part I needed in stock, they have always been able to get my part delivered the same day.

Waiting for parts for 4 days is not good when it was supposed to be here the next day. And everyone is rude about it i just got hung up on before i was done talking i was just asking a simple question.
