Both Edgar Asencio and Terence Howard, of Store # 273, Ripley, TN, were extremely "attentive", "knowledgeable" about Company products and/or services, "polite", "empathetic", "patient", "cheerful", "professional", and "helpful", to both me and one of my Community Brothers. Jessica P. and Edgar were both great help. Jessica made sure we got the exact parts we needed despite the fact we came in 3 different times because the light bulbs are confusing. Thank y'all so much for great customer service!

As far as this particular store is concerned, it s managed and ran as best as can be expected. The District Manager Jackie Sawyer has effectively made the entire store jump ship due to her harsh and unreasonable handling of the issues needing her attention. John left and instead of making the Commercial Manager (who also is ASE certified parts professional) the logical successor to Store Manager, Jackie told the same Comm. Mgr. that she could keep her position if she moved to another store in another county, but if she stayed here at Ripley, she would have her position and pay rate stripped down to part time. This type of mismanagement has led to this store loosing most of its employees nearly overnight. The stand in people are just that, they aren t from Ripley, and they have nothing vested in the success of this store. Long story short, avoid dealing with this store, and if they support the strong arm tactics of this District Manager, avoid the company all together. O Reilly Auto is only 100 feet down they road with MUCH better everything

I came at 6 in the evening at a time when it's hard to get good service, and they took great care of me. the staff is super friendly. Great place to come.

Very helpful and have a lot of knowledge to help with what ur working on. Always liked auto zone cause the ppl are always very friendly as well as helpful.

So far they've been very helpful at this particular location. every time I have gone in and needed something if they didn't have it they've been pretty quick to get it and really good about loaning tools out.

If yhis is the autozone in ripley,tn Not very helpful. And the girl Jenna was very rude and acted as if she didn't want to help customers at all and kept giving me dirty looks.

I ordered my parts online curbside pickup they were ready when I got there the cut the staff was really friendly and returns were easy until we finally got it right I would recommend them two thumbs up

Its AutoZone. Meh. Stopped being a parts store when they quit carrying welding rods or air fittings to me. If you need oil, towels, a stinky pine tree to hang in your car, go ahead. If you need real parts, go to NAPA and get some...AutoZone is three trip minimum, one wrong part, two right part doesnt work, three right part works for a couple months..maybe. I dont have the patience for all that...

I turned in some batteries to get charged and they lost them and so far as done nothing to fix the issue so right now I'm out to batteriesThey fixed the problem and even called me to make sure it was fixed they did a great job
