The old man that works there is VERY RUDE.He treats everyone wrong and he is racist against hispanic he treats them and worst. I do not recommend coming here he is not a good man.

VERY RUDE!!!I assume it's an older man, but he is very rude. Talks to you like you are in kindergarten. Always ask for the other guy.

I didn't visit this location. I am a wrecker driver and needed to find a local mechanics shop to deliver a customers vehicle. My customer couldn't provide a good address or directions. The shop being fairly new didn't come up in any Google searches. The customer mentioned this Napa store in his directions. So I figured I'd call and ask for assistance. I got Chris on the line and with in a few minutes had excellent directions and he even offered his personal cell phone number in case I needed further assistance when I got into town. I am very grateful for Chris' assistance. I wish I was a local so I could support this location. Thank you!

They are the best at find you the parts you need. And they have the best pine lumber around.Great prices and beautiful lumber, this is my first stop for lumber. They can order what they don't have in stock. Nice people always willing to help you.

I called every Napa.AutoZone,Advance.Nissan.within 50 miles.No one had it or could get it. Prices 27.to 118. Nissan N-P Relay. These guys have been there a while...lots of experience.and it was the $27.

Great people. Will get you what you need if you walk in there about every time. But they won t answer the phone 99% of the time.

Went to pick up some parts while our crew was working in one of our farm trucks. We called and they had it. When I arrived they had it waiting for me. They even allowed me to take a picture and send it to the guys in the shop to make sure I was getting the right part so that I wouldn't have to make a trip back.

Have everything you need in stock if they don't it'll be there next day and at great prices "napa don't know how"
