I thought my CAT converter was out, and after diagnostics they determined it was actually my turbocharger (significantly more expensive). The initial quote was high, but they did some more digging and were able to reduce the cost by nearly a third of the original cost. I decided to file through my car's warranty, and Amber in the office did everything necessary to get it straightened out so I just had the minimal deductible to pay with the shop. I dropped my car off at 8am (they took me home since I didn't have anyone else to do it), and my car was ready by 330pm. The whole crew was great in every interaction I had with them, and were so great at taking care of the logistics of my warranty on the backend. They will definitely be one of the few I use in the future for any work on my vehicle!

They will be my mechanics. They are so friendly and some of the customers are nice as well. Prices are affordable especially for me being a single parent.

I was traveling through to Florida from Kentucky and had a problem with my tire and didn't know what to do since it was about 5 minutes till 4 and had to pull off and look up somewhere that could help me out with my tire and when I finally made it there this amazing woman behind the counter can out I told her what had happened and she informed me they closed in 5 minutes and went back to see if any of the mechanics could help me and guess what they went out of there way and fixed my problem and got me back on the road so God bless to these people and there employees I truly wish them nothing but the best in this life!

I would like to thank the staff at Gibson Brothers Service Center for assisting me and having my son's car towed a few weeks ago. I live in Winston-Salem, NC and my son is attending Martin Methodist College in Pulaski. A few weeks ago, my son was on his way to bowling practice in Columbia, when his car overheated. He made it to the bowling lanes safely but was not able to drive back to Pulaski. I have Triple A coverage but my son would need to be with the car when they called a wrecker service. Brooks Auto Repair suggested I call Gibson Brothers Service Center, as they provided Triple A service. We contacted Gibson Brothers Service Center and explained the dilemma of my son being at Martin Methodist College but the car being in Columbia and him not having transportation to meet them in Columbia. Staff at Gibson Brothers Service Center were so understanding and accommodating. They agreed to pick up my son's car once they got the order from Triple A, and agreed to go by campus to pick up my son to go with them to pick the car up!!! Triple A contacted Gibson Brothers Service Center and they were able to tow my son's car back to Pulaski so it could be repaired. Being 7+ hours away from my son, my hands are tied and I have to depend on others for assistance when situations arise. My deepest gratitude goes to the staff of Gibson Brothers Service Center for being there during a crisis, to assist with getting my son's car towed!!!! I'm looking forward to meeting all the staff of Gibson Brothers Service Center the next time I am in Pulaski!!!

Terrible service! I took my car in and they told me it was the spark plug. They changed it and it didn't fix the issue. Then they tell me it's the ingnition coil so they replaced that. It didn't work then I supposedly needed every spark plug and ignition coil replaced and that didn't fix the issue. I took it back and now they are telling me I need a brand new engine. I am taking it to a different shop now for a second opinion. But I was told to go see the original guy and he would refund the labor fees and when I went to talk to him he said that it was false info and that he already did the work. I will never take my car to these guys again and I will make sure to tell others of my experience before they are our several hundreds on something that doesn't fix the car.

They've done well by my family so far, but make sure you make it clear they are to do no extra work or charges unless they call you first. Even if you find something that needs extra work, a complimentary call is necessary for families trying not to break their bank when something goes wrong. Otherwise great service!

After a lengthy ordeal with Greenway KIA Franklin who for now wiggled their way out of replacing the engine in my 4 yr old AWD (71k mi) regardless of the "lifetime" engine warranty, I had Gibson Bros. pick it up and bring to their shop in Pulaski. Larry Gibson found me another engine with lower miles and excellent VIN documentation. Frank installed it, Sarah put up with all my calls and now I have my vehicle back running like brand new. Was it expensive...of course. I knew it was going to be through all my research but I wanted it done right. And it was. THANK YOU!

Was in Pulaski, TN for a family funeral. Alternator went out about 10 mi from town. after being on hold for over 30 minutes before they even responded, our 'roadside service' fumbled around but could not get us a tow truck for almost 4 hours. Police car arrived, called for tow truck. Shout out to Keith from Gibson Bros: he arrived within 30 minutes, gave us a ride to our hotel and took our car to their garage, since there were no other auto shops open on Saturday in Pulaski or none that i could find. Keith also replaced the alternator on our car first thing the next morning. Gibson Brothers was very good to us, they even picked us up from hotel, thanks to the gentleman with the strained bicep, and drove us to our car the next morning. Gibson Bros are friendly, professional, are fair and do excellent work. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank You

They got me for at least 1800. Come to find out after I took it somewhere else it only should have cost me 300. My advice is to shop around. Best place for honesty and price is within eyesight of Gibson s. Unless you like giving your money away

These goons are trying to take your money! I had a vehicle that needed towing to SA Recycling. Gibson brothers (Larry and the owner) A.K.A Larry and the Goons, tried to tell me I had to have a title to to give them so they can give it to SA and deal with them exclusively while I sit on the sidelines. They said SA only cuts checks out and that they would handle it. Larry and the Goons said they will give me a check when its over.Here's the problem. I did my research before I called Larry and the Goons. Larry and the Goons want you to believe that they are to deal with SA and your scrapped vehicle exclusively not you. SA pays you cash! SA wants to deal with you not the towing company. Larry and the Goons were trying to skim the cash they received from SA and then go back to the Gibson brothers where I would meet them so they can go in the back and cut me a check! Needless to say I dealt with SA on my own and received cash. If you have any complaints like this I urge you to submit an experience to BBB. I did! Furthermore, if you have a vehicle that you want to scrap and it is a 2009 or earlier, YOU NEED NO TITLE to give to a recycling junkyard! Larry and the Goons will tell you otherwise!

If there was a negative 5 I might give them that they are the most dishonest place to go to ever I work for a company which I won't mention but we had a leak in a tire on the company van took it there left the place and had to put air in it the next morning plus 2 other times during the day before every day to day and a half had to put air in it took it to firestone 2 says later they checked it out and it did not have a patch on the inside or did it have a plug in it and on top of that still had the nail in it they charge you for things you don't get They use to work on all our mechanic needs then. We would notice things when we got it back things like changing plugs for example I checked them pulled one out myself ah yes that never happened but they got paid good money to do it so we stopped going there because there just a rip off so needless to say firestone put a patch in it and haven't had any more problem so the ppl. That thinks that they are honest and do honest work your outta your mind they are crooks and thieves that's the same thing as stealing getting someone's money for a job that they didn't do they lost thousands of dollars a year for that I hope more ppl. Relize just how honest y'all really are

Quick response time ! Our insurance had trouble finding a shop that would tow a motorcycle. Called Gibson s and they had someone to the location in 20 minutes. Awesome service.

After horrible work done by a different shop in Alabama, this place had everything fixed and in way better shape than anything I have ever seen. Honest and reliable and not pricey and does outstanding work!!

I am not happy with their wrecker/towing services. However, they were able to squeeze me in when I really needed work done on one of my tires.

My Van broke down Sunday morning and even though shop was closed they offered to give me and my son a ride to a hotel... On Monday knowing I was just passing through it seem they dropped every to tend to my crisis... They not only fixed the problem they checked my van for any potential problems to secure a safe trip.... Even while they maintained a professional approach I felt a comradery with the fellows Thank you Larry and Co.

A BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE WORKERS AT GIBDON BROTHERS!!! PULASKI, TN.THEY FIXED MY CAR. WOULD NOT GO PAST 10MPH...FAIR PRICE AND EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!THANK YOUGOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!

They did not hold up to there end of the contract I put a $500 down payment on a car we put in the contract signed by them that the windshield wiper and vacuum leak would be fixed they claimed to have fixed the vacuum leak but it was still messed up and they never put the windshield wiper arm on witch is breaking our signed contract they knew I m 35 weeks pregnant and still scammed me said that even tho they broke the contract that they couldn t refund me any money absolutely no horrible people wouldn t suggest doing business with them ever they don t care about anybody as long and they can t scam some money out of you

They told me that my car needed lower ball joints and wanted 349$ to fix it and I took it to another shop and they said it was fine that it just needed to be aligned to fix the right front tire from wearing on the inside and it only cost me 60 dollars to get it fixed and it is doing great so I don't recommend anyone using these greedy people
