I had a perfect experience with Gerald's Auto Body! My estimate was created and given to me during my first visit. They started on time. The office staff was wonderful at keeping me posted on my car. The finished product was perfect. They are professional in the office and in the shop!

My truck received hail damage not long ago. The highly skilled technicians at Gerald's did an amazing job and the friendly and helpful staff made my entire experience outstanding.

We are always treated well at Gerald's Auto Repair. Our brakes were out. They towed the truck in right away on a Friday afternoon. Figured out what the exact problem was. Had to do some research and ordered the parts and got it fixed and back to us by Wednesday. It wasn't a normal job. Considering all they had to do, it was done in a timely manner. Their entire staff is very professional, and customer service oriented. Would refer them to anyone. Great place to do business with.

Giving them one star because the service was very expensive and non affective my car did not get fixed and they released it back in worse condition after they where paid. And also got grease all over the steering wheel cover In my car. I communicated with both owners and they thought there service was acceptable and it was not. I will not be going back. Worse auto repair shop in pulaski TN.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

Had vehicle towed to them because it was misfiring one day and ended up not starting one morning. Immediately told me i needed new spark plugs, even though mine was a few months old, and my fuel pump went out. AFTER I payed them almost $700 for the fuel pump replacement, then called me five minutes later and said that wasn t the problem and I still had a misfire, but that it would be fine. The vehicle died on me a hour later 2.8 miles from my house. Towed it back to them and it sat for a week with no call on what s going on. I finally called and then they said have to dig into it more . Another week went by and I had someone else call got, well call her. Few days went buy and I sent someone up there. Told them that I KNEW it was the PCM (computer) and that they were waiting for me to say it was okay for them to fix for another $600. Then said they fixed the fuel pump because it WAS going out not that it did. Gave them $700 to fix something that wasn t the problem and then they wanted another $600 to fix what they misdiagnosed. They never diagnosed the issue before saying the fuel pump went out and the promised me that my issue wasn t serious. Poor service! Went 2 weeks no answers and now I still don t have a fixed vehicle. All I got was I think it s this I think it s that. Would not guarantee their service.

Over charged on everything my truck needed to be fixed. Because of Gerald's over charging my truck was totaled. Took to another shop for the same repair and came out $2,000 cheaper, with all the same repairs, that Gerald's said needed repairing.

Alright place for repairs, just took almost two weeks to get my car worked on, but reasonable price for what needed to be done

High quality work on my vehicle. Matched color to a tee and blended the paint so that no one could tell, in any light, that it had been repainted on one side.

I was hit from behind at a red light about 2 weeks ago and needed estimate for the damage. I called Gerald's to make an appointment they told me come on right then. Roger when I pulled up , they jump right on it .
