My car was taken there after a deer collision on I-65. I live in Michigan and they were so easy to work with and kept me informed on what was happening with insurance. The car was totaled and did not need them but was thankful they worked with me all along the process. I would recommend them to anyone needing honest and reliable car repairs!

I have to say this was the best body shop I've ever had to work with. They are so friendly and go out of they're way to take care of the customer. I wrecked my 2022 GMC Terrain and they did everything they could to find a way for me to have transportation while waiting for insurance to handle the estimate. Turns out my car was totaled and my insurance company tried saying it was a small amount of damage. But thanks to brownlow they went over the vehicle again and found there was an extensive amount of damage that my insurance adjustor missed. They are honest, treat you like family and very professional. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I hit a deer with my custom 2015 Camaro RS and needed a new bumper and quarter panel. Jay and his exceptional team of body and paint experts were able to match my 'hot rod black' and rectify improvised repairs from a previous collision. 10/10 would recommend, Brownlow does quality work and are very knowledgeable. I have other minor trim issues that I will definitely trust to Brownlow to repair!Service: Auto body & trim repair

I purchased a vehicle from them. It was very competivley priced and in good condition. Despite being a body shop, it was not a salvage or repaired vehicle, had a clean title no wrecks.The people are what really set them aside from the rest. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, great communication, no games, no bait and switch, not hiding anything. The entire transaction was very straight forward and easy.I would encourage anyone looking to give them a try.Pleasure doing business with them.
