Got called in for a level 1 at the weigh station. Literally 14 hours prior was at a TA having the ultimate PM where they are supposed to check all fluids and look for leaks. Well 30 miles later I m out of service for a wheel seal leak. Call James and he came out, got it pulled apart and found a bad bearing as well. Luckily he had one at his house. Offered to have me ride along he bought me lunch and took me to his house. Fair prices for a roadside emergency call and got me going, didn t miss my appointment. 600 miles later no leak.Another driver was out of service for a log book violation and came over to ask a few questions, James helped him and offered to give him a ride to food.Something to be said for good people like him, I have no doubt he would make right any mistake he made.Service: Brakes

On the 02/24/21 I got a truck inspection at the Weight Station and my truck was placed out service because it had a little wheel seal leak. I called this guy and he was very nice, but I paid almost $700 for nothing, because the next day, the same wheel was leaking back again, this time even worse. I took my truck to a Love's Truck Stop shop and paid $430 for fixing the very same wheel again. I don't like leaving bad reviews and the only reason I am writing this is because I don't want this to happen to anybody else.I will upload pictures of the recipts as a proof.

My truck derate to 5MPH. Other truck services wanted me drive to them which is unsafe, or got towed which is expensive. J & Sons rescued me and fixed with the same price agreed on the phone.Thanks..

Had my father broke down with tie rod end and a transmission coolant line leak. Got the part, got him back on the road. Also fixed the leak with no issue. Real honest guy, not expensive compared to everyone else. Good quality work with good guy for a good price! Worst experience of my life. Total unprofessionalism with timing. Said it would be done today multiple days in a row. Ended up wasting a whole week of my time and money. Cost me a ton of money on the down time due to lack of accountability. Says he will work on your job then goes out all night working on other things. We agreed on a price, then prior to completion he threatens me with a much higher bill and says he won t finish unless I pay. I called the cops and they told him he has no right to hold my trailer, especially when he is changing the agreement. The sheriff told me this is not the first complaint with this guy. Beware guys, it s not worth it at all, even if you have to wait for the next day to go to a real shop. Don t say I didn t warn you!

Back in December right on Christmas time, we used service of this place. We had a leak in the radiator. We specifically asked if they are able to fix it or if we need to call other places. Person on the phone said he would not put his name behind if they don do a good job. We recognize that its holiday and shops are closed. Two days later, This team brought used radiator saying that it has 30-60 warranty. We had a load to deliver, so after waiting for two days, all we could is rely to this team. For some reason they did nothing during the day for two days, and only did work in the middle of the night. After they installed the radiator, next morning, 50 miles later, truck stalled in middle of nowhere, the new-used radiator was leaking, the coolant reservoir was missing bolts. All this team did is showed us a show of doing something, not standing behind their words and saying that no warranty was given. Driver was in a hurry to deliver Major retailer a 100K load in Minnesota. This organization practices malicious practice, charged us 2K to install a used radiator, and refused helping us anyhow or refunding. truck breakdown in the middle of the road and had to be towed to UNA travel center, where they told us that the radiator they installed was dead radiator, reservoir had a crack and missing bots etc. At UNA we had to pay additional 3.2K for repairs. Please avoid using this company at all cost, simply scammers there is nothing more to say.

Good honest work! Would like for him to communicate pricing over the phone in advance though. He said I never asked about pricing, but you're the business man and you need to represent your business professionally. Other than that, great work. Came out like he said he would. Called the next day to help me out again...

The one thing stood out the most that I liked about his service he called after his service was complete later that morning to check on me and made sure I made it to my destination. His After-hour service fee Was reasonable. He made sure I got moving and was reluctant on giving up after not being able to find the parts needed. Thank you sir for a job well done.

I am a Trucker. I was pulled in to scale & got an inspection. Had problem with brakes out of adjustment. Repair Mechanic was already on site with another truck. When he got to me, he was very fair with the price. Quick service, definitely could have over charged as many roadside mechanics do. But didn't. Thanks for helping me out as an Owner Operator I truly appreciate it.

Very bad experience. Needed to go to real mechanic shop and pay for the same repair again because they actually didn t fix it at all.Promised to reimburse money but never send it.Very bad!

I hit a deer and busted the radiator, called 3 places that wanted me to have the truck towed to them. Then they would see when they could get to it. Called j and he said I'll come to you! Fixed me up and got me on the road again in hrs. He will definitely be my first call next time

Put a starter, ignition coil,and a distributor on my blazer and had me back on the road in no time and didn't charge a arm and leg great people

I had a wheel seal fixed I thought by them but wouldn't you know it I got back to Wisconsin to my shop and the wheel seal was not put in properly and was leaking had to spend more money to fix it right I would not use them again but that's what you get with a mobile service

Supper great people!! Called them for a blow out and they were there in 45 min and had me going within about 45 min! Pricing wss very fair.i will most definitely be back to do business in the future!!

I am a breakdown coordinator for a trucking company and call these guys at 7:30 in the morning and after 3 hours they never showed up to fix our truck. tried calling and texting several times with no response. communication is important. This company will be put on my do not call list

Was put out of service called this conpany guy's came out an took care of me. Very professional quality work an inexpensive. Hopefully never have to call again but if in Franklin TN got there number on apeed dial.

I had called them to fix till light on my trailer, as soon as they start working on my trailer I went to the bathroom and when I came back out I ve noticed it my GPS and iPad were taken it off the windshield, I had a camera inside the truck, I looked back the camera, One of the guys came in the truck and try to steal the gps & iPad but as soon as he saw the camera he dropped it & exited truck, this happened front of AutoZone & Walmart pulaski TN, I didn t call police either, I still have the video, I just didn t wanna embarrass the poor guy,
