Detailed expertise delivered in a customer-friendly package is difficult to find in today's world. Finding it for an RV is almost impossible. Brandon nailed it from top to bottom and is the only guy I would call to work on my rig going forward. He diagnosed and repaired a water leak that another technician had missed on a previous call earlier in the week. You took the time to explain to me other items that truly needed to be done to protect my investment. This is the kind of guy you want to invest in to help you have a great experience with your investment.

I am very new to the area and didn't even know who to call when I got stranded on the side of the road this morning. Brandon with 865 Precision was highly recommended.My vehicle was towed to safe location, thoroughly diagnosed, factory part was located and picked up, installed with upmost care and I was back on the road a few hours later.Thank you, I will also highly recommend you to anyone in need of repairs on their vehicle.

I have a 2008 Honda Pilot that Brandon worked on. I contacted him on a Sunday not expecting a response till Monday and he replied back within the hour. I had a oil leak and my Pilot was not drivable to any auto shop. He setup an appointment with me and diagnosed the issues and gave me a quote. He came to my house with his mobile shop and completed all the work needed the same day. He advised me on what I need fixed in the future but fixed my oil leak and the other issues it caused. He was very professional, personable and honest and I highly recommend him.

The top to my ceiling fan blew off of my 1999 Coachmen Starflyte. I called on Wednesday and arranged for service on Friday, receiving a fair estimate. On Thursday Brandon called stating it would rain Friday, and he could come out that afternoon to do the repair so that I wouldn't get wet. :) He arrived as planned, did wonderful work for a fair price, just in time. It poured rain the next day. I travel alot and he is the best mobile RV repair person I have ever worked with. Thank you, Brandon!

Awesome service and great guy. He got my son's car repaired very quickly and we didn't have to worry about taking it to a shop and waiting for days! I definitely recommend giving him a call and will be using him for future needs as well.

865 Precision LLC was recommended to me by several others on the "I Love Karns" FB group. I called and Brandon was able to meet an hour or so later.He disconnected the propane to my RV stove/oven and was able to remove them and set them outside; along with the hood.He was very knowledgeable about travel trailers and recommended several upgrades I asked about. His service was prompt and tidy.I was thrilled to finally find someone who could help me with my trailer, which I live FT in.I would highly recommend Brandon to others, whether that have problems with automotive, electrical, plumbing, or specific to travel trailers.

When stranded its always stressful in RV . Calling Brandon at 865 precision was the best thing I could have done . Tremendous knowledge and service an a very reasonable Price. Even if you live in Chattanooga or Lexington KY you need repairs call Brandon.
