Due to health issues I am no longer able to do my vehicle maintenance and repairs, it is hard to find a reliable mechanic. Precision proved to be just that, fast friendly and did a great job. They are fair with their price and will be getting all of my my business from now on.

Sadly my vehicle was at the end of its life but one of the most professional experiences I have had with a vehicle repair shop in a LONG time! I will forever take any vehicle I own to this establishment for all my mechanical needs!

Very fast and friendly, I had work done on a 1994 pickup and they are very knowledgeable in mechanical work. They are real mechanics and not just part exchanger.

Needed an alignment on my daughters car and tires and went to several tire stores and just didn t have a good experience. Terrible attitude s actually. Called Taylor and ran by immediately they worked me in a got the best service and attention to detail that I could ever ask for! Got a great deal on her new tires and would highly recommend these guys to anyone. If your in the Portland Tn area and need an alignment, tires or anything,Check these guys out. Thanks so much for your help and incredible attitude. Great experience!!

I don't know where to start. I called 20 different shops and these gentlemen were the only ones who were able to help. They were courteous and respectful. They treated my situation like an emergency and I was less than 24 hours without my car. Will return in the future for all other car repairs! Thank you Taylor for being professional and courteous with how you handled my panickiness.

Not from the area. Traveling through to Montana and had a flat at 4:15 in the afternoon they were the closest shop. They patched the tire and had us back on the road in 30 minutes. Top notch. Great folks. Highly recommend.

Taylor is so honest and upfront about cost, issues, and timing. I hate having to take my car to a shop, but if I do.. this is the place! I won't carry any of ours to another shop.

I've been going to Precision for a few years now with multiple vehicles and they have always took care of me. Always available when you need them,top notch work. All around great guys. The Precision Care team was amazing at every turn. From trying to repair my engine, to finding a more affordable replacement when a repair wouldn't be cost effective, they went out of their way to keep us informed and work with us any way possible. We drove through construction and ended up getting a flat tire, this was the closest place we could get to and I am thankful we ended up here! I've had my car worked on in the past by Precision and each time has always been great, they've always been honest, trustworthy and fair but with me needing wheel work bilaterally, they surpassed all my expectations, beat all estimates, some by 50%, but it's their kindness that sets them apart, it starts with the owners, and continues with management, and upheld by their technicians. If you take your vehicle to this establishment I assure you, you will be blown away by the efficiency, customer service, and quality of work.Service: Wheel alignment

This place was awesome! The owner gave us a rundown of what was going on with our car and let us know exactly what they could do for us with the cost breakdown. While we were waiting for the car to be fixed he was equally as courteous and professional on the phone to other customers. Will definitely be back for all our car repair needs. Thank you Sir!!

I went in because my front wheels were wobbling bad. Not knowing the problem, I put my trust in precision to take care of me. That was not the case!! They aligned bad tires, that I didn't know were bad and recommended new tires after paying for the alignment. Then a close friend called to ask if they could align bad tired and they said NO, then immediately said they could but it wouldn't be right!! Im never going back! This is just my experience, I pray this doesn't happen to anyone else.Service: Wheel alignment

I'm going to use two words you rarely hear together for repair shops....honest mechanics! These guys know what they are doing and were completely upfront with pricing and with what needed to be done. People can be very deceiving. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Way too expensive! Seems like a nice guy working there but he wants his money. He will come up with any reason on why your estimated price is WAY higher when you come to pay.

We were traveling through the area when we had car troubles. They got us in right away and worked with us to find the problem. Everyone here was very helpful and got us back on the road as quickly as possible.Highly recommend! A+ service!!

Precision Care Tire & Auto. I m so grateful the owner of PCT&A sold me almost new tires at a fair discount 3 months ago. I was nervous whenever I drove my car knowing the tires were very worn down. The owner even held the new tires a week till my payday came around. I will definitely return to Precision Care Tire & Auto when I need another set of tires.

I appreciate how quickly they fixed my car, and I m wanting to support local businesses. I was a lil distressed by being charged for 3 hrs labor (70$/ hr) when my car was fixed in an hour and 40 . I was told it was set fees when I called for an explanation.
