We called and spoke to Don about our Aquahot issue on our 2024 Renegade Explorer he was very knowledgeable so we took our coach the 2 hours up to Portland TN to his facility , both he and his dad were polite friendly and the communication was great he had us up and running within a week having replaced the Aquahot motor !!! we totally recommend Mr RV service 100% and we feel comfortable in the knowledge that we have a go to company for all our future RV repairs . Thanks Don and Dad !!!!

Mr. RV is terrific! My jack broke at the RV park in Nashville and I needed it replaced fast. He came out the same day within a couple of hours and make quick work of replacing the jack. Great guy, very personable and loved his integrity. Talked with me about ways I could avoid repairs. Going to definitely use him again. Couldn t give him enough stars!Service: Electrical

Had a hot water heater leaking water, after my inspection really thought it was a tank failure. Called at 9am, Don said he would get to our site as soon as he finished up on a job he was servicing. He and his partner showed up at 11:30, found problem was a pinch gasket that I had installed the day before. Corrected problem, inspected and tested system, done in one hour. Professional, to the point, and honest. I highly recommend Mister RV Service in Nashville, TN!

I called Mister RV Service to have a new 50 amp cord installed. As most of you know who have an RV, getting service work done can sometimes be challenging at best. Pat, who schedules service made an appointment for the work to be done, Rick, the owner showed up on time, installed my replacement cord and was on his way within an hour. Very reasonable price.I discovered another issue the next day and called back. Pat put me in for service the same day. Rick came out and installed an automatic switch box, checked everything to make sure it was working as it is supposed to and was done in less than an hour. Rick is a Navy Veteran. I highly recommend him and his company. If you need RV service and you are in the Pigeon Forge area of Tennessee, do not hesitate to call him for your RV service needs!

Don took great care of us when our slide, AC unit and bathroom fan were acting up. He was prompt and thorough in evaluating our problems and was able to fix the AC and bathroom fan on the spot. Highly recommend his service.

Mister RV Service came to home to remove and replace two batteries in my fifth wheel RV. Don Whitehead also checked my electrical system and resolved my problems. While traveling 900 miles from home, I had a water problem with my 5th wheel RV. Don was very prompt, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He took good care of me and I HIGHLY recommend this as a very customer service oriented business. His folks very obviously taught him work ethic. Efficient and pleasant and very polite. Good old fashioned business...the way it should be. My broken water line threatened to ruin our vacation but he got it all squared away saving our vacation and never took advantage of the out of stater caught between a rock and a hard place. Honest work, honest price. Thank you again Don!!!!!

Did a really good job but did put a small scratch in my RV when replacing an A/C. Besides that they did a great job and were really good to work with. Very good communication as well. I would recommend them to others

Do not trust. We asked for a general once-over/inspection on our class C to make sure the main mechanical/house components were in good shape before we traveled across the country. We paid $300 for apparently nothing, because one week of driving later, our rear brakes failed, and the emergency mobile mechanic showed us that the pads had already been worn down to the metal and just broke off. Extremely dangerous thing to ignore in an inspection.

I want to publicly recognize Don and his team at Mister RV Service when I was stranded on the road. Don was amazing. He quickly met me onsite and got to work. With a combination of ingenuity, common sense, and elbow grease, I was on my way.I ve known Don personally for a while, but this was my first experience as a customer. Don gets five stars and so does Mister RV Service.If you are ever in need with your RV, you owe to yourself to give him a call.

Paul and Donald do great work that they stand behind. I have called and went to there shop and they have always helped me any way they can. Extremely honest and accountable people. Very fortunate to have a company like this in our hometown. Refrigerator went out on camper while on vacation at Bledsoe, called Don, he checked around and had me a refrigerator in the very next day. Don and Craig came to campground and installed my new refrigerator. Very professional with the installation, will use again. Anyone needing camper work done, I would strongly recommend Mr. RV to do your work. Very pleased and a very happy camper. They're very fast, honest, and reliable. We were having ac issues. They got to us very quickly and were very thorough. We ended up needing a new ac and they installed it very quickly and had the ac on hand. These guys are amazing and I'll definitely be using them again if I need future repairs.

I purchased a used a/c blower motor with a guarantee that it worked. It does work but the bearings are worn and it rattles. Not as bad as the old one , but just a matter of time. However, they were pleasant and easy to work with, just think used parts should not be 50% worn out without the price to reflect that.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

We called first and ask about slide covers and then took the RV for measurements. They ordered the same color we had before and got them installed pretty quickly. We are very pleased with their service. A great bunch of guys!

We were periodically losing power I called Craig at Mr RV service he had a couple of ideas of what was wrong after describing what had been going on he thought it would probably be our surge protector/transfer switch. After contacting me with the price for the part I authorized him to buy one and to install it. he showed up the next morning on time with the part, installed it in a timely manner and we have not lost power sinceGREAT job guys thanksService: Electrical

Super prompt and helpful! I called these guys out because I had a water problem and it was diagnosed (user error) and they helped me figure out my rig I m other ways also. Did a winterization while they were out also! Awesome service and experience... plus affordable especially when you consider the mobile aspect! I ll be calling again for sure!

Don was fabulous. He was very busy over the holiday but took time out to come to our campsite to help us get our big slide out in. We couldn t have asked for better service. He gave us approximate time and called to confirm he was on his way. He got it in and we were able to drive it to a shop. Thank thank you Don. Great service. Highly recommend.

Paul was extremely helpful when our A/C went out in July. Helped us over the phone as much as he could and then rescheduled his day to come on site and fix our issues.Worth every penny we paid him and more. Couldn t recommend them more.

Long story short.Had just bought a new coach with problems. Because of the nature of the problems my wife and I expected a bill of many thousands of dollars. 2 hours after dropping the rv off Paul called and gave me good news. The problem wasn't what we thought it was. They did a great job at a reasonable price. and will forever have all my RV business.

I had dead batteries 3 days before Labor Day weekend and found NO ONE who could come out and help me (I couldn't drive it) in less than 10 days. After talking to Mr. RV, they said they could try to squeeze me in the next day. About 2 hours later, he phoned me back and said he was able to get me in that same day. They were able to get the generator going and diagnose some problems in well under an hour. I appreciate the extra effort to get me in that day and although it wasn't cheap, I gladly wrote out a check for $210 for the super quick service call and fixing in the problem. There were 3 guys total and it was a 45 minute drive to my location for him. That's 2-3 hours for 3 people. I pay one cleaning lady $120 for 4 hours so, although it's a little bit of money, I think their price in my case is reasonable. The simple fact that they communicated with me so well to get me in on a blistering hot day before Labor Day weekend speaks volumes.

Had some repairs done while on the road. Mister rv service was the only one that could fit us in. The repair guys were friendly and knowledge. They seem to have done a good job. The pricing was pretty high for what was done but that's the RV repair business. They did do what was asked and more. If your in the area I would recommend them. If I'm ever back in the area I would likely use them again.

While traveling in our Motorhome we needed a last minute repair and after calling around for service Mister RV made time for us to come in and fixed our problem ASAP. Some of the nicest and most helpful service techs we have ever come across. We live in FL but will now be getting our coach s yearly service done here on our way to visit family. If I could give more stars I would!

DO NOT GO TO MISTERRVSERVICE!!!!! Took RV in a week ago for them to look out toilet overflowing, and to give us an estimate on a rear camera....My husband called almost a week later to see if they had finished work. Owner said everything done, come and pick it up. When we got there the owner said toilet did not overflow for them, but that they installed a flush valve. I asked the owner about a check valve for the overflow and he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. When my husband started up RV he and the son of owner heard a noise coming from the supply line. They had to put a check valve on that! While I was standing there I spotted another leak coming from same area. I told the son of owner. He said it was coming from gray water drain. I asked why he didn't spot it when they worked on it, he said I was focused on pressure valve leaks, he didn't notice it. I asked him how he could miss it? Then my husband tried to ask owner questions about service and he told my husband he was doing other stuff!!!! In other words, to hell with customer service...our bill was over $400.00; even though he said he charged $95 an hr. labor. My husband questioned him on this and he said he had two guys on it....that was his prerogative, not ours. The part was less than $100....can anyone say price gouging? Needless to say, we will not be going back to Misterrvservice......P.S.: still have not received quote for camera.

Had them come to my camper in Franklin KY. To fix my ac unit. Charged me 158 dollars to tell me it was a squirrel cage. And he said he want do warranty. I told him to get it one and fix it. He came back to fix it and charged 208. Dollars. These guys charge 145 a hour for labor. That's more than a lawyer makes. Beware if you call them.

I called about making a service appointment for a problem I was having. I was in the middle of explaining my problem when the guy said to me "can I call you right back" ? I said sure and started to ask if he had my number, but he hung up abruptly. He never called me back, so I guess they didn't need my business.

Charged $200 and problem never diagnosed nor repaired.In the beginning we were called to say by the office lady that the driver had to take an alternate route (50 miles more) to Joelton, TN. from Nashville, TN. due to road closures (which were none; we just drove into Joelton from Nashville ourselves).I told her that her driver was only 18 minutes away from us???

RV Problem from Cruise Canada, No heat, No water (good water tank was leaking) These guys stayed in later so that we could get fixed up. Polite, ready to help, I am so happy to be back on track with our traveling plan. Gilles From Canada.
