They answered the phone quickly and did what they said at a fair price. Tech that came to help was nice and a fair tech. Both the tech and the owner were nice enough but very bad English skills. I had to talk into a phone for it to translate from English to Spanish and vise versa. Not a big deal but know that is how it works. Both the tech and the owners hands were so dirty that I still have a hand mark that I can t get off of the side of my RV from the tech and when I went to pay for the bill my credit card came back so dirty I had to use cleaner on it to get it clean. Both men were very pleasant and very helpful but just be aware of the English and cleanliness of the group. If I needed their help again I would use them and I would be prepared to deal with the issues as they were hard working and seem to be honest men.

When all odds were against me, on a sunday, D rate issues, middle of nowhere, and Cisco comes to the rescue. Unbelievable service, great pricing, and saved me a tow bill. I can't rant enough how happy I am with this company and their diagnostic skills. I would definitely recommend it to anyone near the bowling Green, KY - Nashville, TN area. Awesome job, sir!!

If you're looking to be overcharged then this is your repair guy. These guys are all about putting a bandaid on things . Rigging it up to get you out of their hair . Don't take any of their advice. Consult a professional. If your in a tough spot then use them but be ready to be rocked with the bill . Long story short I had to take my truck to a professional to get the job done right .

Blew an airbag at a nearby truck stop at 0430 on a Saturday morning, they had the part I needed in stock and they showed up exactly when they said they would (40 mins) and had me repaired and paid within 30 mins. Price was reasonable.

Slow slow slow, I had to wait 15 hrs for marts that were down the road. And then they damage my spindle in the repair. At best they are a back yoRk repair with no regard for the customer or satisfaction of the customer! Do not use them and they are no good. I wouldn t recommend them to change antire

I sent a driver to replaced 3 used tires on trailer and 2 days later 2 of them exploded like you see on the picture, i was told they sell AS IS but doesn t mean you sell damaged tires it s AGAINST A LAW!!!AND IT TOOK 7 HOURS TO REPLACE 3 TIRES ON TRAILER!!!

This place looks more like a junkyard to me! We had some equipment there for a couple of years and it is almost totally destroyed.... Debris all around our trailer and on top of it absolutely ridiculous! So bad that I was not even able to get to it to hook up to it.

This was by far the worst service i ever had on the road. I never write reviews but this time i thought of my fellow truckers. Please avoid here they will take one day for a one hour job and will damage your equipment. They have no clue of what they are doing and their price isn't cheap either. I am in a shop as I write this review because not only did they fix nothing but created a new problems.

Chris came and towed me from the interstate quickly and safely late at night when others would not answer the phone. Their prices are very decent and the service was first class. Money well spent with these folks. Highly recommend. 5 stars.

Very fast, reliable and cheap rates and they talk with more knowledge than tas and pilot.and even huge shops ND dealerships. I was looking at a wait until Tuesday for the dealership because memorial day. Felt sorry for me and came and helped me after hours. They got my support if something happen and I come by 65s

Showed up quick. Met us just north of their shop in the truckstop. Very Reasonable price. Used them this morning to fix a brake issue that was mis diagnosed by another company. Definitely using them again if we need service in Nashville again.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Worst experience, quoted cheap price and fast service. Cost me more, took longer, and still had to call a wrecker to tow me to a different shop. 12 hour job wasn t completed 7 days later. Will never use them again. I recommend smiths towing if you need a tow. Will not be back here.Update: I highly recommend Taylor Truck and Trailer repair. Danny had it fixed in less than 15 mins didn t even charge me a dime. Found that Cisco s mechanic had the clutch incorrectly positioned. Cisco replaced the clutch for me properly. then told me the clutch wasn t my problem. I can only assume they wanted me to pay for more repairs. Its not my first time replacing the clutch on this tractor. Both times it s been because the clutch brake is going out and both times I ve decided to go with the self adjusting clutch So I knew that even tho it s my clutch brake that is going bad, I would still need to replace the entire clutch.Also the wrecker driver mentioned to me that the mechanic had been caught stealing parts from trucks parked around back. Very shady/risky business. You have to be dumb & desperate to do business with Cisco. Go the extra mile and ask for Danny and Bryan over @ Taylor truck and trailer. You ll be glad you did if you are paying out of your pocket.

Hey truck drivers and trucking companies,DO NOT CALL this company! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. We just had a situation with them on September 28, 2021. They are working together with Nashville Truck and Trailer Repair to scam people. We never had contact with Cisco Truck and Trailer Repair until he showed up to our truck. Our driver had a breakdown at his shipper.. We called Nashville Truck and Trailer Repair and a lady Jane answered the phone. She asked for $400 EFS in advance. She then called our driver to confirm his location. Cisco Truck & Trailer Repair showed up. They did the job, and then asked for an additional $479.22. We started questioning where the original $400 went to and the repair guy from Cisco started getting defensive and said he didn't know. We asked him how he was able to come out because neither our drive or us called him or have even heard of him. He said that that lady is a scam and he was just dispatched out but wouldn't tell us who dispatched him. We called the police, who called this a civil matter and couldn't even write a report. On top of all this my other dispatcher called this company from a different phone number and Jane answered. My other dispatcher asked for some help with a truck we had and Jane said "Of Course I can help". Then my dispatcher asked her where our $400 invoice was. Jane replied "Your stupid and blocked the number". Cisco then undid their job until we paid them the additional money. AGAIN THIS COMPANY IS A STRAIGHT UP SCAM! SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND DO NOT CALL THEM!Since I can't reply straight to the owner who responded- We NEVER EVER spoke to you nor did we hear from you. Some places in the south require you to pay up front before they come up. So, yes, sir you are a big SCAM.

My tires on the passenger side rear axel where getting locked up when u push harder on brakes while the rest r spinning. The skinny guy that drives a tow truck said that my rod that's coming out of the brake chamber to slack adjuster was shorter then on the other side. He said he can adjust it . He and up working on it for two hours. The problem is still there. I pay 185$. It was dark and late so I left cause I have to work in the morning

This is a scam I called them waited for 5 hours to come out they are 6 miles awayAfter 5 hours of waiting when I called to check out why didn t they show up guy said he can be there 45 min max. When I called first timeAfter 3 times calling he said I sent my mechanic somewhere els you didn t pay me up front to come out fyi he wanted 500$ for a tire.Do not use they it s better to use people that will actually come out and big names only they will charge but you won t wait 5+ hours for him to come 6miles and they won t charge 500$ for a used tire.

I called roadside on 11/27/2019 to get a tow they called Cisco took them 6 hours to arrive then the shop was closed. so they took it to a truck stop and would take the truck to the shop on Friday morning after phone calls and text messages I was told they was backed up on calls and the truck would be taken by 1700 on Friday. I called Saturday morning and was told they did not work on Friday the truck would be derived Saturday morning. truck was taken Saturday afternoon they did not drop the trailer or reinstall the drive shaft. I was lied to so from the beginning. DO NOT USE Cisco Truck and Trailer. Also the wreck driver looked like a crack head.

845.00 to fix 2 airlines and a y pipe. Made it less then 230 miles befor it all to fell apart. In a shop now getting it reworked in Tn. Time down again when it should of been done right for that price. Owner operators, exhaust all your other options before calling these guys. Starter went out on my freightliner and they did an amazing job. Did not treat me like a customer, they treated me like family. They explained step by step what was going on, listened to me and fixed my problem. Will definately recommend!!

This is a Sh..t company waited 6h for them to show up 7 miles away guy nick( wich is not his name) said i will be there in 20min. 6h later after 10 phone calls trying to see where is he he finaly picked saying they need money up front ( used tire 549$) wich is stupid 80$ for him to come out 7 miles and 160 for 2h and some fee of 20$ wanted 809$ up front and he was saying i think its gonna be more. so i told him to fu.k offcalled TA they came out in 35 min 21miles away charged me for a new tire to put on and labor 401$ with taxesits better to call a big name company beacuse you will get taken care of and they will give you a good price..stay away from them.

We are glad that they fix our truck for cheap and fast. From the moment I called them it took 1 hour and I was on the road again with changed steer tire. 50$ road service plus 60$/hr labor. Is better than petro with 1.5$/mile 110$/hour (mechanic will arrive in at least in 2 hrs and up) and overpriced tire Goodyear for 550 only tire. Even if I will wait 4 hrs I will wait for Cisco truck and trailer repair more than ta/petro with their "high quality certified super mechanic on their super duty" that they can't change even the simple battery (didn't connect all the wires).

We towed his truck and gave him a price up front. Weeks later came in to pay and argued price. Told him I'm tired of him always disagreeing with price after the fact. Have him his price to hold down argument but he was to never call for our services again. Credit card failed was to bring back a check it has been weeks no check or cash as of yet so not a service he provided but should give onsite to how they do business and or repairs

I had these guys guys replace a distribution valve on our flatbed .called them up and they were very helpful had the part on hand .They done a excellent job in every way and I didn't have to wait only about 20 min for them to show up. Thanks if I need someone to repair or replace somthing again and I'm near your area I'll definitely call you again.Call these guys great service.

I called this guy about a wheel repair and he said he d be there in 20 minutes. An hour later he shows up and says he can t do what I need him to do, so he wasted an hour of my time. His lot and shop were a mess when I went in to see if anyone was there before calling. There was no room for big trucks with trucks littered around what space he did have. He has a trailer parked in the damn emergency should of the road. I would not recommend this place at all.

The Cisco tow truck number 333 just passed us on I -65 doing at least 80 MPH with a semi and trailer connected. I have my smallchild in the vehicle and I was extremely concerned about the safety of this operator and equipment with ropes tied allover the front is the semi! and extremely scary moment for us. Shows no regards for others safety ! Shame on you!!!

I am a team driver. I was in the rack and my partner was driving. He had pulled into the truckstop and came to a stop just as the clutch slipped the cable. Crap! Called cisco at 1230 a.m the man was there and had us ready to roll by 2am. Always smilin nice guy didn't get his name we were damn glad he was there.. Nice job buddy. Specially after having gotten drug outta bed at 1230am. Thx again

I went there today. First, the address is incorrect. I waited for them for 1 hour for someone to come and meet me. No one knows English. Believe me, they can't fix anything. Every job was so expensive. Don't lose your time here!
