Crooks they are. Glad I didn t trust them with my car or money. Wish I didn t even trust em with my contact info. Called and the guy said he would get prices together and call back. Hours later, I call and it was a different guy clueless and rude about it, suggested I go elsewhere. Well I will and they showed their true color before I trusted them with my car or dollars. BUSTED! Don t give your details if they ask for it, because they won t call back. Instead, tell them to look and you willCheck back later, because they will waste your time and be ugly about it when you ask why they didn t call back. That shows their services must be poor too. Oh well. Their loss. Found one much better and happy to go with. Forget these losers!

Our situations didn't align so I didn't have them service my vehicle but the guy was nice enough to call me back promptly with an estimated timeline and price quote. That's worth something.

Can t say enough good things about this shop. They ve worked on several vehicles for me and have always been straight shooters. Mark is top notch and always went above and beyond. I called asking for some info about rebuilding the transmission in my wife s Nissan Sentra, the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude, and eventually hung up on me. I ve never been treated like that from any business in my life.

Great customer Service. Unexpected results and servicing equipment. Even has performance equipment and testing . My one stop shop for all my auto needs. This is an above average knowledge and testing shop. Expect that when you arrive. Most auto shops cant do what they can here. Proud to have them in our neighborhood.

I have been using Pleasant View Auto and Transmission for years. Bobby has always been upfront and honest with me at all times. Mark his lead mechanic is a great guy to work with and a top notch mechanic. We were on trip and had our alternator fail around Pleasant View. The shop was able to take our car in that afternoon and they had completed the work by the next morning. Pricing was fair and the staff was friendly. Would recommend.

An excellent place to take your vehicle for any type of repair. Not only do they offer the best mechanics but they also have an experienced body shop and can restore your car to like new condition. If you are in need of a machine shop they also offer that service as well. The staff is friendly and will do anything to accommodate you and your needs. Would recommend it to anyone even my own mother.

An employee of this shop took advantage of a customer today by offering false information as to the defects with a car so he could purchase it from the owner. I conducted my own inspection today at the lot and found several of the "issues" to be nonexistent. I made an offer to purchase the car from owner for full asking price and remove it from the property. Once the employee heard I was going to buy the car, he threatened to charge the owner additional money for the inspection of the car (there was no outstanding bill) and harassed me to the point of leaving. Ultimately he purchased 2003 Black Centennial Edition Mustang you will see around the shop through very dishonest and hostile business practices. Take your business elsewhere.

I lost my alternator belt while traveling through Pleasant View and though I determined to fix it myself, I just didn't have the muscle or a thorough knowledge for much of it. These guys were kind enough to lend their muscle and know how to get me back on the road quickly. It was greatly appreciated!

Best mechanical you'll find. Reasonable prices. They installed a new transmission in my 203 ford explorer. Great job. Very good people and friendly.
