Honestly this is the best towing experience I have had in my life they were helpful and caring even over the phone. When Ryan Champa go there to pick up my car it felt less like a job for him and that he was truly concerned. If I ever am in need of a tow again I will definitely be calling e&e towing. Also my car is very low and Ryan took the time to make sure it was not damaged at all when loading it and unloading it. Thank you to e&e for being so great.

This guy is amazing! verry good people! Had an episode that I've been dealing with since my previous motorcycle wreck (tbi) they have been very understanding and have worked with me to the fullest! I give them 5 stars!

Saved me from a wrecker call with a referral to service for roadside repair. Sent contact info and called the contact prior to ensure I got service I needed. Available to pick up camper if roadside repair unable to fix. Late at night, along freeway, elderly female. I felt very taken care of and appreciative.

I had a great experience when I called E&E towing. Ryan Champa rescued me and was very friendly and the wait was not long. There was a very big pot hole on I 24 east and it blew out my tire. I was at exit 24 he showed up gave me good advice about my Mercedes. He kept me up to date and took the car to Nashville as well as took pictures of my vehicle when it arrived. Ryan me and my husband Thank you very much. I would recommend using his company if you ever need towing. Good help is hard to find. Thanks

I ve used them a few times, and each time was great. Everyone is friendly. The last time I used them, on December 26, Ryan Champa helped us. He was nice, quick, and efficient. The place he towed my car from was full of rude people and he still maintained patience and a good attitude. I will continue to call E&E when in need.

Highly recommend!! Ryan Champa came out and towed my 17 Rav tonight and I was super nervous because my passenger tire doesn't stay straight when the vehicle starts to move. This is due to the kind of damage from the accident I was in. He was super sweet, kind and treated my car like it was his own. He also took the time to explain the process and what he would have to do if the tire didn't stay straight. Thank God it did lol. He called prior to arriving and sent me pictures of my car at the body shop, when he dropped it off. Even with the darkness and cold weather he was very nice and wished me well with everything relating to getting my car fixed. Thank you Ryan, it means more than you know. When you meet Ryan, you can tell he is genuinely a kind person.

On a road trip riding through Tennessee the thing we were fearing most happened.. and we hit a deer at around 3am completely damaging the hood of our car and under hood. After filing all the necessary police reports etc, we were feeling super down. Then, we called E&E towing and Tim showed up and was simply the best!! He not only helped us find a repair shop and rental place close together but he also towed us to both. And then continued to go above and beyond patiently waiting with us to make sure we were able to book a car there. Then, when no cars were available he offered some other suggestions for a car transport company to bring us to other rental spots. Since everyone was booked up he graciously allowed us to ride back with him to another enterprise back in the direction we came from. Not only is Tim great at his towing job he is beyond friendly and helpful and I would reccommend him and E&E towing to anyone in need. Thanks Tim!!

This tow service is horrible. My father was involved in a horrific accident and had $1200 cash in his truck and the money is gone!! Don't trust this company!! If I could give zero stars I would and the owner blamed it on the Tennessee highway patrol and they have body cameras!! Not acceptable especially when they don't protect innocent individuals involved in tragic accidents!!

Ryan Champa is a ROCKSTAR!!! I had a different tow service dispatched and when the tow driver arrived he said he could not tow my vehicle. I contacted E & E Towing and Ryan arrived on the scene. He went above and beyond to help me. It was a challenging situation but this time my vehicle was not left behind. It was towed to the requested destination. Thank you so much Ryan! Drivers name was Braden.Came to get me from the house, took me to my car, tested the voltage, loaded up and took it to PV Car Care.He called en route to make sure they could get to it today.He dropped the car off as the mechanics and took me back home. All in all, he took what could have been a stressful experience and turned it into a pleasant one.At only 18, he's got a great career ahead of him in this!Services: Car towing, Local hauling
