Needed new brake pads and rotors on my SUV and they did a great job! Even took me home and picked me up as the parts weren t in yet and a lot of work had to be done. Austin was great and the guy who drove me home and picked me up was as well. They know their stuff and I ll definitely be going back. The price was considerably lower than I paid in Nashville several years ago for the exact same fix.

My car died on the side of the road and I had my car towed to their shop. They were so kind to take a look at my car even though I didn't have an appointment. They helped me figure out the problem with my car. I wish more mechanic shops were as amazing as this one. I will be back to them for future needs and have created a life long customer!

Emory, Austin and Mark took excellent care of my antique car. They went above and beyond to make sure every repair was perfect. They kept me informed during the process and best of all their prices are very fair. Great people offering better service. I am a customer for life. They were super sweet and kind people but messed up every single tire on my BMW M4! Every tire now has to be taken in and be powder coated or replaced!Service: TiresService: Tires

I made an emergency stop at this place after my car's engine misfired. I'm so glad I ended up at this shop - they spent 45+ minutes of their time helping me understand what went wrong and what my options were even though they were too far from home for me to actually have my car repaired through them. They refused to let me pay for anything other than a couple quarts of engine oil ($15). They seem like awfully good people to me!

I ve been getting my car fixed and maintenance done here for years. The customer service is unmatched, truly outstanding, and the repairs have been quick, reliable, and fairly priced. I just had my car (2011 Honda) serviced there upon the recommendation of the Brotherton/Anderson family, and their service is TOP-NOTCH! I cannot believe I've lived here for several years and have not used them before --- this is where I will continue to take my vehicle(s) in the future. They are honest --- they "shoot straight" and don't try to sell services you don't need --- they are knowledgeable, and their prices are competitive. Extremely pleasant and efficient. I was very happy and impressed with my service. Emory, the owner, was great to work with, and was very knowledgeable. I have a 70's era Ford pickup I needed some new tires mounted along with diagnosing some engine issues. Emory had a extensive knowledge of the old style trucks and their engines, and was able to help me understand the issues and explain the details in a way I could understand. I will for sure be returning for services in the future.UPDATE:A few months after I left the review above I had Emory and his crew install a new Jasper engine and transmission into my old 78 Ford pickup. As expected, the experience was amazing. Emory treated my old truck like it was his own, and spent a lot of time paying attention to the details making sure the work was done right and looked great. He even spent time taking photos of the process so I could have them for my restoration photo album. Now I am doing some weekend cruising in my old/new Ford pickup with some good ole Jasper power.Overall, Emory and his crew will treat you right every time. It is hard to find honest, honorable, and kind mechanics these days, and Emory is one of these select few. Him, Austin, and crew are A+ in my book. I will continue to use them for my service needs. Thank you again guys!

The folks here always take the time to treat you like family, no matter how busy they are. They ve taken care of my Honda each time I ve brought it in got me back up and running. They re reasonably priced and extremely knowledgeable. If you want excellent service while supporting your local veterans, please choose them!

Very pleased with their service. I first took my vehicle someplace else, and they told me to have it towed to a Ford dealer. I figured I would try this place first because they were close by. They told me they could fix it, and they did. I had to wait for him to get to the repairs because he was so busy. I figured if he is that busy, then he does good work and he is reasonable. I am very pleased with their service and would recommend them to everyone!

Austin and his team are incredible. I had an issue with my radiator leaking, Auto Service of Pleasant View was able to identify the issue, and the replace the part all in one day! Highly recommended!

I had to take my van in as the caliper was locking up on the passenger side they fixed it. Was fast, great value, and very professional.I also used them to fix my husbands Truck. Same quality service as last time. This is the place we will go to for any auto problems with our vehicles.

The team here is super pleasant to deal with. After having the GM stealership do an engine swap, I've ran across many odd and end problems.These guys have been more than willing to put in the extra time and effort to find the issues caused from this as well as normal maintenance for my vehicles. For fifteen years I have trusted Emory and the folks at Auto Service of Pleasant View with needed auto service and repairs. I have yet to be let down by their honesty and services provided. It's difficult in today's society to find a business that can be completely trusted in each and every instance. This is a business and individuals that can be trusted, absolutely every time.

I have taken several vehicles there. The owner and staff are great, personable, and stand behind their work. The place looks 'dumpy' but don't be fooled. I have taken Ford Ranger, Saturn SW1, Honda Fit, Nissan Morono, all there over time.They aren't the 'cheapest' or fastest, but they will work with you if you are on a short time table. Parts typically are delivered in less than a day, and they don't keep a lot in stock, but can get anything.One time I had a problem, and they thought they had it fixed. It cropped up again and they paid for the tow and fixed the transmission again at no charge.Great folk. Go there, just don't expect to wait for it unless you make arrangements ahead of time.For the most part they 'do it right the first time'.

The Owner has the integrity you hope for, the skills you require to service your automobile and the quality personality you desire to encounter when you need help and support and a dependable repair or service for your vehicle. I have had this personal experience on more than one occasion. It is not accidental. This is what you are looking for.

I couldn t be more pleased with the service and personalized attention I received when I had an unexpected service need for my car. While I was figuring out logistics regarding getting to work for the next few days, my car was serviced and back in my driveway within hours! I was traveling for work from Illinois to Georgia and my company truck broke down and it was towed to auto service s. I told him my situation and he started diagnosing the problem right away. The whole staff was friendly and very welcoming. The little shop has quite the collection of old signs and cans of oil it was very neat. They had me truck up and running in no time. Wish they were located closer to me.

This is a great shop, staffed with great people, and owned by great people. They will take care of you and your family as if they were their own. They ve helped me and my family numerous times whether it was fixing a broken car or doing a pre-buy inspection on car purchase. This shop will get you where you need to be.

I wish I would have found this place sooner. The are friendly, knowledgeable, honest and certified. I noticed two days after I picked my car up that they had popped out a dent had been in my car for several years. They didn't even mention it. Now that's service above and beyond!

I called this place to ask if they have a couple tires in stock and he didn t even allow me to tell him what size tires he immediately said no very rude!!! Being a tire shop I m make sure to tell people not to call this place

Excellent Service! They've handled everything from routine service to custom upfitting for me. It's a relief to know that if something breaks on your vehicle it will be fixed and it will be done the right way. % recommend!

ASofPV did an excellent rotor and brakes job on our Honda Odyssey. The bone rattling shake is gone now when we brake. I appreciate the team at the shop.

The owner seems very honest and professional . I called and asked how much it would be to replace my water pump, they gave me a price on the spot , and stuck to it . They didnt try to sell me extra parts , or give me a run around on price like other places have . They fixed my car fast , no problems !

Stopped by because our 3 year old got the window button stuck down and it is about to rain ... closes in 10 minutes and a super nice older gentleman came out and fixed it quickly and sent us on our way.Thank you so much!
