Busted radiator going up the mountain! Got towed straight into a bay by a fellow right there at a very reasonable rate and TA service guys had a new radiator installed within a few hours, also reasonably priced. I spent the night parked up there in the service area, which is open 24/7.

It's ok. Bathroom are ok. Gas pumps work. All good.

I have used this location to repair and replace tires a few times. I only live one exit down from this location. On the days I have used this service center I have a friend come pick me up from my truck and leave it here so I dont have to wait several hours for a tire repair/replacement. Well when I come the next day to go to work I drive my personal vehicle. I work my 12-14 hour shift then when I get back home I have someone take me back to get my personal vehicle. These guys have called the police on my truck being in one of their parking spots before. Then called me on a separate occasion and complained about me parking there. I'm home daily. I would understand if I was leaving it there for weeks at a time as its not a terminal but I cant get someone to take me to my truck at 4-5am. You would think after spending a few thousand dollars they would give up a parking space for a day. Guess not. I'll be taking my buisness elsewhere since its that much of an issue.

Counter help seemed to be more interested in talking to each other then taking care of customers in a timely manner. The service at Popeyes couldn't have been any slower or they might have actually been dead

I had a mirror bolt break. I stopped here to get a replacement but didn't have what I needed. So I made another concoction that is still working. Still need to replace the bolt but I might have to replace the moto mirror. Not looking forward to that. Just using what I have now.

Best restroom stop for on the go... Good coffee and plenty of drinks and refreshments available... Will go back to a TA if need be...

Who's one of the best Keys I've been to Cashiers are very nice the only thing is they didn't have no wild Spanish girls there in bikinis other than that good truck stop

This is not because of staff or the variety of food available. As far as the job the staff is doing and cleanliness, that is 5 stars, I give 1 star to the district manager moving the pay to park where they were moved. I regularly use pay to park there, They raised the price, then moved them from the premium spots? This makes no sense and the district manager needs to wake up and serve those that pay a premium to park there.

Wow, very impressive travel center! Gift store, great food and drink choices, regular store, laundry, showers, very clean restrooms - even had a bouquet of fresh flowers on the counter, and a lounge area with tv. We will look for other TA centers on our travels!

I have been sitting here 5 1/2 hours waiting for my truck to be fixed. They told me it was a 2 hour wait for my heat to be fixed but still nothing. Not the best place to go if you need work Done. They have been playing on there phone's and not fixing the jobs they have to do the only thing in front of mine was a oil change at 6:30pm. I will be contacting the manger in the morning for the unsatisfactory service i have received. NOT VERY HAPPY WITH MY SERVICE. WILL TELL MY FELLOW TRUCK DRIVER FRIENDS NOT TO HAVE THERE TRUCKS WORKED ON HERE

Bathrooms needed tending desperately coffee and soda stations needed restocking and cleaning. Came during a non busy time and was late evening

Didn't visit TA, but I did eat at Popeye's Chicken inside this building. Food was really good.

Ah the truck stop. Good folks there and they literly have just about whatever you need I did really like it and is recommend it to anyone

Worst employee service I have ever seen had to wait for 20 mins for one printout and even after 20 mins he didn t bring it never recommend that to anyone

Nice people, but they only have 1 working washer for the truckers, yet the employees have 2. And is ridiculous, because their is a lot of truckers trying to wash their clothes...

First time stopping. Not sure how truckers and travelers afford their prices though. VERY expensive on sandwiches and snacks.
