Pretty good parking spaces is why I gave it 2 stars but the Popeyes side was pretty bad they messed up two orders then gave me old and dry chicken tinders and it was a 20 dollar 5 piece I'm a driver but I don't think I'll be back through this one. They definitely need to re-hire just about everyone in that kitchen at least the lunch/dinner crew not to mention they were pretty rude and didn't even acknowledge the guest coming in, oh well.

Great crew, much better than your average Truckstop shop. Shane did a great job at fixing my electrical issues as well as several little air leaks.

Woke up to find a framing nail in one of my drive tires. TA Truck Service had me in and out in no time. Fast, courteous, reasonably priced and professional! Thank you TA Truck Service!!! God bless you for all you do for us!!!!

We were able to call and speak to someone. Once we arrived, We were able to check I'm immediately. Around 9 pm, we pulled into the shop for our DOT Inspection. Thank you so much. Y'all are amazing!

Really lucked out meeting the professionals that operate this TA Tractor, Trailer facility. Top notch NASCAR like pit crew handled my electrical issues promptly and effectively. For the WIN!!!

Dragged my truck here with what I thought was a leak in my coolant reservoir. Turned out it was a busted radiator. The two ladies at the desk and all the guys I encountered on both shifts were all nice and helpful. Got my truck back and was able to roll. Thanks for the extra coolant

Took 3.5 hrs to replace a leveling valve at $547 cut my old valve off then realized they didnt have a valve then took 2hrs to get it from knoxville if they wouldnt scewed my old one up i could have drove myself to knoxville in route to charlotte to make my delivery ontime but no luck late on delivery what ever you do avoid this place at all cost

Earlier today March 13 2023 my trailer tendam pin lock messed up not able to move tendam just got checked in TA services and Mr Chriss fixed my problem in few minutes all staff specifically Mr Chriss is very humble kind and hard working guy god bless him 5 star experience

Good mechanics that actually know how a truck operates and how to recognize a problem and also fix the issue. I'll keep coming back for sure now. Those mechanics that work there know their job and how to do it properly and professionally. They are honest people and will tell you if its within their realm of experience or not instead of just winging it. I trust them 100%!!!

Jamie in the office is awesome. Bobby in the shop is a beast Together they make a great team if I didn t know better I would think they was brothers or something man they are just great

Chris was repeatedly rude, and repeatedly slammed my door as hard as he could. Trying to play the tough guy with customers is a good way to get fired. I'd suggest acting like an adult at his place of employment

Place has went downhill over the past month or so. Floors are dirty, cappuccino machine always out of order and THE MENS BATHROOM IS RIDICULOUS! urinals are crusted and reek of urine. Walls are dirty. Someone needs to look into this.

Road service mechanic comes out & diagnoses truck, says needs alternator & 3 batteries. Tells us he's goin to the shop to get them. 6 hours later a different road service mechanic shows up. Puts alternator on & says he's done. Wait what happened to our 3 batteries. The other mechanic NEVER told him so he says. Now we're still waiting on the batteries!!!!!!!

We were trying to find help for someone broken down with a flat tire on 75. They were not able to help the gentleman broken down, but were able to help us find someone that would. They went above and beyond their duties to help us help someone else. Thank you!

They didn t have the tire I needed in stock but they exhausted every effort to find one and came up with a solution to get me going. Everyone was very nice.

Got in and out in less than 2 hours for a tire change,,,waited at the loves for 4 hours and they never touched it

Bathrooms in workshop area are disgusting. If you are a woman you will have to go to the store unless you can stand up a pee.
