TA used to be the cleanest, most pleasant place to stop. The outside is trash littered and the bathrooms are dirty. It's consistently bad. There's a Pilot next door...we'll be stopping there if something isn't done to clean TA up. We've spoken to the Mgr. and was told that they weren't given enough hours to staff the place. Do better TA or lose business!

Arrived to do nothing but a week of laundry and this TA does not let you down! There's a bunch of machines and the same amount of dryers. Only one washer not working which is absolutely fine. There's a folding table, bench to sit on and a good sized trash can, which is needed in any laundry. The clothes came out great and the CSC Pay Mobile app works perfectly. The showers are plentyful and larger than most, but didn't take one. There is an actual fitness room with monitor screen and fitness equipment. The store is larger too than most and carry a lot of touristy type things. Cashier was very friendly and offered water for my panting dog ( it was a muggy day). There's a Popeyes attached which seems to be popular. Bathrooms are rather large so you won't have to wait even if full of four wheelers. This seems to be a favorite of local and long haulers. But it should be. It has most everything for y'all however not sure I saw a shop! Parking lot has a lot of reserves, yet free parking is plentyful at the right time. The missing star is because the entire time we were there we saw only one lady cleaning all the showers ( she was doing an excellent job) and seemed to be doing other chores there too. It's no wonder there was trash in the hallway, overflowing trash in the bathrooms and elsewhere on the floors. Maybe hire someone else to help or maybe one of the three ladies behind the registers just talking could sweep the floors or take out some trash? Overall a great TA and drivers seem to be in a great mood today!

The truck stop is covered with ice, whole parking yard. Is unsafe to even walk around. Outside is -14�C in the showers is cold and is blowing cold air from ventilation. Nobody cares about customers.

So disappointing!! Bathrooms are disgusting! What s so hard about having clean bathrooms for customers. Must be terrible management and owners. Y all want to make your business better, clean your bathrooms. Shows what kind of business people you are.And TA don t respond saying sorry about my experience.Take some action!!If it was a good company there would be clean bathrooms. But I see it to much all over the country. We have to use public bathrooms for our job.Just blows my mind!

Restroom are deplorable tissue everywhere definitely not a clean experience. Staff rude when informed of the conditions. Avoid if u don t want to possibly catch something!

The gas station, connected to a Pipeye's chicken, has a lot if great items" shirts, drinks (alcoholic and non), batteries, basic travel foods and last minute cleaning goods, snacks and munches. It even has an ATM maxhine!. The cashiers are extremely friendly and helpful. My only criticism of this station, which has great amount of bathroom stalks, even one for disabled, is that the floor and stalks were gross! They were only a step up from a porta let as far as cleanliness.

One of the better TA truck stops. Wish there was more parking and more food options. But otherwise not bad. Decent laundry facilities. (4 washers, 8 dryers, cash, card & app payment available to do laundry) They even have massage chairs to sit on while doing laundry! Note: Keep eye on prices... had something get rung up at a higher price, but the clerk refunded the difference when I pointed out the discrepancy.

Nice facility, nice employees...just poorly run. No food after 1900 (7pm) is insane. If Popeyes wants to close at 1900 and TA has no control over it, they could at least keep cooking their food. But they don't. Then after buying junk to snack on, wanted to go relax in the DRIVERS lounge and watch some TV only to find that there is 15 children running around and playing in there. It looked like they rented out to a kids birthday party or something.Overall, management should be embarrassed.

Had PM oil change done. Gallon short on oil. Must be a shortage of oil in the US or your certified mechanic doesn't know how to read the dipstick. And then greased the truck with grease slopped every where by each grease zerk. You would think all the extra grease slop you would save for other trucks and wipe off any extra grease slop by each grease zerk. Owner operator has to be his own certified mechanic. You can not trust any of these garages. Today's world we live in now. WOW

Not impressed with this TA I did ah PM on my truck an they damage the fuel water separater sensor an don't want to replace the parts an labor because the parts and labor is more than the PM that they did on my truck. In experience workers there . So make sure when you take your truck there watch to see what they are doing because it is going to cast you as the driver. They

First issue was not being able to pump DEF. Told fuel desk. They could not help me.Second issue, mens restroom was out of hand soap at all dispensers. Again, I informed the fuel desk. The one person said he got yelled at for looking for maintenance and could not help.Soap was STILL out when I went back in the next morning before departing and a barrel was placed in the fuel line I had used the night before.Looks to be a newer facility, but they need to maintain or it will fall apart.

I am a professional driver TA has a policy you can buy any electronic from any TA or petro and if you find a problem with it after using you can return it or exchange it I have had this problem with one off the Bluetooth I bought from different TA but I was here so I just wanted to switch it with a different Bluetooth Clark (Dabby) and (Renay) was wanted me to give them my drivers license they wanted to make a copy off my personal information and keep but I understand I will give them my license if I wanted to get the money back and then they both told me TA/Perto make this policy couple weeks ago but so I felt they just brushing me off they didn't want to do their job i been stopping here for many years now but how poorly they treated me i will avoid coming here again and this is a very first time i'm leaving any review to any business what so ever

if you're on a business trip and you need a cashier's check, you'll stand there for more than 40 minutes and they won't give you anything! I do not recommend!!

Many thanks to Store Manager Jerry for springing into action and hooking us up with a complimentary shower when I walked in with a vomit covered toddler. They also directed my daughter to us a few moments later when she followed with a change of clothes. Well done Jerry and team!

Oh goodness! Jimmy and Renee are some of the most awesome people I have ever met!!!!They took their time to assist me as a customer. The store is clean. I recommend anyone stop at this store for all their trucking needs.

Overall not too bad.The lady that was working at night at the register came off a bit rude, not very welcoming or friendly. Maybe a bad day, don t know. But no need to take it out on drivers.Bathrooms and showers fairly clean. Showers soap dispenser broken - not that anyone would use that soap anyway but still. Also there was no soap by the sink. Trash can wasn t emptied.There are a lot of truckers that park at the fuel island and when you tell an employee for some reason they don t do anything about it. Several trucks ended up backing up to leave.

Awesome truck stop! My husband and I are team drivers and go to a lot of truck stops on a daily basis. I have to say that this place was great. All the employees were super nice and friendly, the showers were extremely clean as well as the rest of the store and parking lot. Laundry is FREE to wash and dry and that area is spotless too. Reserved parking is in the back and not the front even though they say reserved. The actual reserved has the reserved parking poles in front of them. They also sell beer if that is your thing with your standard selection of coffees and sodas as well. They also have a Popeye's but we didn't go there. All in all a decent place.

One of the better TA stops. From clutter free and clean floors to extra clean showers, this place was very nice. The manager was out and visible helping everyone in need alongside the associates.Free washers and dryers to use! Nice selection of cold beer is that's your thing.These guys are on the ball!

We ended up stranded waiting for a tow truck to pick up our vehicle at this truck stop. The workers were extremely helpful and welcoming to us! They made an extremely stressful situation for 2 moms and their daughters much more manageable! We can t thank you enough!

Hello and God bless everyone me and my Husband just got robbed at the TA we drive truck the men in the surveillance are being looked for by the police in La Follette Tennessee please if you guys can help us please find these suspects or lead me to pages that are in this area please we are from Florida please help the white men were with the group and they also have more of them on camera if we can save someone s life they make conversations and than jump you and rob you the two white men are the ones that jumped my husband at TA (Pioneer,TN). I don t understand How this TA does not have cameras in the truckers parking lot and the suspects know where to park I will be calling corporate I was also told this is the normal for this truck stop

Found parking at about 6 p.m. but remember that all of the solar powered trucks quickly get off the road as the night falls so plan ahead. Showers were nice with good water pressure and lots of hot water. Staff was nice and while there's a full selection of in-store retail items and food.... there's only a Popeye's here to sit down and their prices are absolutely crazy. A two piece snack is 8.89 and a two piece platter is 11.49.

Quick pit stop for gas and bathroom breaks on our way back to Ohio from Florida. Great facility, clean and the bathrooms were pretty clean. Well lit store and lots of food options, even late at night. They also have a good variety of fountain drinks with nugget ice so a win win! Cashier was a sweet girl.

So sad a person can t even get a fuel receipt at these crazy places. I needed a fuel receipt and the girl at register didn t even know how to get me one!! Crazy she wanted the last numbers off my fuel card, I ve never had anyone ask for that, said it s easier for her to find. So basically she didn t want to put any effort and never even looked. Last time I ll fuel there. but the showers were nice. Hopefully she will get trained better all I know!!

Good food, clean, plenty of parking, nice employees, simply put I would say overall this is probably one of the best truck stops that I have ever been too. I have been here several times and every single time the experience is the same period I have not yet experienced i- person that works here. I'm sure that there are some but I haven't met them. So my hat's off to the management team for finding the right people in this area to work in that always have a smile on their face it seem to be happy to see us every time we come. I mean that I have been to some truck stops including Travel America truck stops that I would never go back to this is not one of them. This is a great truck stop because of management. Including the service department that service department is fast overall Fair and easy to work with. The last time that I was up there I had to get a DOT inspection done on my truck and they were competent and the inspector did an outstanding job finding issues with my truck that I was not aware of. It cost me some money because I had to get it fixed but they gave me a great deal on my drive tire so I replaced all of them. There's only one other truck stop that I have been to myself out of the big truck stops like loves Pilot Flying J or Petro where the people are as nice as they are here and that is on 20 a Love's truck stop just west of I'm sorry east of Dallas, we're really it is just the people in the McDonald's that are so nice but this truck stop seems to have the whole package period again is clean the people are great I mean really it's a good atmosphere. It's a Ruff Life out here on the road so it is nice when you find some place that you would join going. Thanks again
