Great experience with this garage! Very honest people! Told me that they were no reason to be concerned with my vehicle that it was fine. Then I had a part on my pickup truck that had came loose and he showed me how to fix it. All without charging me anything! They could have easily said they did this or that to it and charged me for it but nope! I will definitely be back when I need anything mechanical done to my vehicles! Thank you all for being honest and giving good service!

I have been going to them for the 3 or 4 years now..I know nothing about cars, I mean nothing..but the guys there are so kind and let me know what I need and don't charge an arm and a leg which is nice..the first time I went I had no idea they only took cash..so the guy who runs the place let me leave and get cash..that never happens anywhere. But I guess, he did want to get paid. But if anyone wants anything fixed on their car or truck this is the best place around...

You always want a reliable mechanic, and these guys have always been extremely fair and very honest. I am grateful for their work, and I consult them with any car question. What is great is that they are also very honest about what they do and don't do and do not try to "nickle and dime you" over every little thing. Great work. Great people. Two from this guy! I wouldn't want to take my vehicles anywhere else!

I provided parts and dropped off my vehicle to have a timing belt replaced. It was ready within 24hrs of me dropping off and runs like a totally new car again. Great price and awesome turn around on time

Clark and the guys are extremely good to work with. I've never had a complaint about their work or pricing.I do a lot of DIY auto repairs. Could do many things I've taken to them, but time and facilities prevent me from doing so. I take it seriously putting my Mother or Daughters on the road with a reliable vehicle. Superior is the only place I take my family's vehicles.

Unfortunately I have been in a couple of situations where I needed a mechanic fairly quickly. Superior auto isn't too far away so, I chose to take my vehicle there. Honestly, it's my fault for using there service more than once. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I would sell my vehicle for scrap before I deal with these guys again. They try not to charge excessively but I always leave with new problems. I hate to leave bad reviews but hate to see other people burned even more.

Clark cared for my mom while she was with us on this planet and today, he met me down the road, gave me a jump start and installed the battery he had me buy at Advanced Auto where Ronnie said he d get the old battery after Clark had installed the new one.You can t get better service and customer care. BTW I am a AAA member.PS It took him a few minutes to change the battery even though the sales receipt said that it would take 45 minutes on the MINI Cooper.Service: Battery

Amazing service! Clark is a fantastic person who is very honest and reasonable. Definitely not like the other mechanics in this area who try and convince you to get extra things done. Highly reccomend my family has been going to him for years!

Clark was extremely rude. Been going to his shop for years but I can promise I will never take anything to him again. My family will be seeking someone else to take my family and I business. I will not pay money to someone who apparently needs to learn how to to talk to his customers. Never been treated so badly by a business. Never again!!!

I started coming here when my husband and I started dating. As a woman, it was so hard to find a mechanic who doesn't try to overcharge you or make stuff up! We absolutely love Clark and the crew, they are always honest and always get the work done before you expect it to be. I've had several cars worked on at Superior Auto. They were efficient and better yet, honest. The last time I was in, a heat sensor came unplugged. Instead of gouging me for new this and that, they just re-plugged it in. Definitely recommend Superior for your Automotive Needs.

I am soooooo pleased with the service I have just received! I dropped my truck off yesterday evening needing a mass air flow sensor and he opened the shop like 45 minutes ago and it is done! Plus he is letting my dad send a check to pay him but he doesn't even know us. He's just trusting we will and of course we are going to. Thanks y'all! I recommend them highly!!!

Clark is a very honest and good man. In this day and age this is nearly impossible to find. My family now goes to him and we are customers for life. I d trust him with any vehicle and I leave his shop knowing I ll have quality work and I rest assured knowing I m in good hands with him. Need a vehicle repair, been burned in the past by mechanics , go to Clark at Superior Auto and you ll be thankful you did!!!!!Service: Engine repair

Clark is AMAZING !!! We have looked for a honest mechanic for over 26 years. I cant tell people enough about this place. Lets just say my husband put 550 dollars of parts on his Silverado and still had the problem with it not starting. We had it towed, to Superior Auto Repair 2 hours and $150 later Clark fixed the problem and explained each and everything he did. Now this is the UNBELIEVABLE part he put a part that my husband needlessly replaced back in the front seat and told us he hoped we had our receipt for the part ans hoped we could get the money back, which thanks to Clarks honesty we did. IVE NEVER had a mechanic give a part I bought but didnt need back. Im pretty sure others would have kept the part and used it on another vehicle. Last, but not least Thank you to another awesome honest business that referred us Millers Tire in Bluff City Tn!!! The name is so accurate! They are so helpful and very quick. Needed a headlight bulb changed. Took less than an hour whereas other shops needed me to make an appointment! All the guys are very kind and helpful! Highly recommend them!

Best price, best people and got done quick. Had my car sitting at another shop for a full day for them to tell me itd be $400 just to look at my car. Took it here and paid $250 for part and labor and they got it fixed in a single day.

Never again. Paid them $500 and got my car back in worse shape than I dropped it off in. Wouldn't stand by their work, told me everything was hunky dory when I took it back. I took it elsewhere and paid another $1000 to fix Superior's mistake. I was a loyal customer for a decade but now wouldn't trust them to wash my car.

Friendly people. Only word of advice: make sure you have cash, as they don't take cards. They did let me take the car and get cash, then return, which I can't say about other places, so these guys definitely have my business again.

Replaced water pump and drive belt on 2012 VW Touareg.The car had a coolant leak which they diagnosed and gave me an estimate. Nobody in the area had the parts so Clark had them "Overnighted" from 2 different suppliers. We brought the car in one day and picked it up the next day just after noon! This is our first encounter with Superior. I recommend them and will do business with them again.

The priced are fair and they are honest people. I'm a girl and don't know alot about cars and they never take advantage of that. HIGHLY recommend
