There looking to burn your insurance company up. I got a $4,176 estimate from them which was $2,000 more than the other 4 places I visited. Plus when I told them I was paying cash they wasn't as interested in fixing one fender, park light and paint on ONE fender. Johnson city Ford is fixing my car cheaper with the correct parts and paint. This place is a RIPOFF!!!!!

They did work on my car back in October 2021. Brooks collision did not do a popper job. They didnt/couldn't do the job right.

I am 47 and have, unfortunately, used many repair shops in my life. I have used mom and pops, dealers, and big named repair shops.I never even met this shop as my wife handled the repair, as she "handled" the damage.Without question, this is the best experience I have had with a repair shop.They got us in faster than I have ever had happen.They got it repaired in, I believe, less than 3 days.More importantly, the repair was perfect.They even buffed the rest of the car removing scratches my step-daughter's dog has made.Outstanding!Service: Body & Trim

Brooks was automatically my first choice for repair to my truck! I have used them in the past on a heavily damaged vehicle.The professionalism of this business goes throughout the shop. All the way from the front doors to the back, onto the keys into the customers hand. We took our motorhome there for repairs and got it back today. We could not be more pleased . Mike is one of the nicest people we have met since moving to this area. We were treated so well by all the staff from the young lady up front to the mechanics in the back. We will definitely go back and will highly recommend their service.

Can't say a bad thing about them. My 2011 van was rear ended and was recommended to Brooks by a friend. They did an awesome job, with a fast turn around, considering there was 7k in damages. After getting it back I crawled underneath the back to "scrutinize" for evidence of shoddy work and could not find any evidence except freshly done undercoat...Looked factory. The paint looks beautiful and is blended well, and looks like nothing ever happened. Very happy with Brooks collision, thanks.

I gave this place a chance for the sheer fact I had to work with the person who hit my vehicles Progressive Insurance and that was their preferred collision shop in my area. I had never heard anything good or bad about the place, but I was told by Progressive they were an excellent shop. I should've went with a collision shop from my own town. First of all, I scheduled for my car to be dropped off at a set time, I get there they have no idea my car was even coming in, didn't have anything written down as far as info. They couldn't even give me estimated time as to when my car would be finished. Insurance company estimated it being done no later than Thursday as I had dropped it off earlier on Monday that week. Thursday comes, my car isn't finished, and I'm told that they're waiting for another part to finish it, but I would be contacted on Friday regardless to be kept in the loop as to if my car was finished or still needed more repairs. No call all day Friday. No call all day Saturday. No call all day Sunday. I get a call Monday afternoon to be told my car still isn't ready and they're not even sure if it'll be ready for Tuesday. Today is Tuesday and I'm finally getting my car back. Another thing they need to work on is how they talk to people. Rude, just flat out rude. The repairs, well we'll see how they are in the long run. But just out of the lack of professionalism and the rudeness, I'll never return.

This place does fantastic work!! I'm so impressed with the work they did on my truck! Can't even tell my truck was wrecked!! Top notch staff! They really care for each individual!! Highly recommend!!!

Rude liers!After I was involved in a wreck Progressive recommended that I take my truck here to be fixed. They quoted me two weeks to complete the repairs. I have done auto body work and painted cars and trucks before and I knew this was a stretch for what was needed. They explained that progressive only requires them to work 4 hours a day on a repair. I needed some other work done and they said an extra two weeks. I figured since they were a big shop they would get it done early. You know how some places do. They quote a ridiculously long time and then make you happy when they get it done quicker than quoted.After some time I asked for pics of the truck so I could see how they were coming along. I think it was about two weeks. I dont think they replied and after a couple days I followed up and got some pics. It looked like they had just gotten started. They kept saying they were busy. I don't care if 1000 cars come in after mine. First come first serve right?I had rented a truck while mine was being fixed. It was about $100 per day (4x4 one ton diesel). They had told me they would have my truck finished by September 5. They continually lied to me about completion stringing me on for a couple more days until it was ready on Sept 14. When I went to pick it up I asked what they could do about the price since they were over a week past the deadline. She said she didn't feel like she should have to pay for my rental cost. I tried to talk to her for awhile asking what she would do, but she was very rude and said she was not going to discount the bill even one penny.We all make mistakes. Lord knows I have made more than many others. I feel like they didn't get started promptly. I feel like they could have communicated honestly and they should have told me an accurate completion date once the September 5 deadline had passed. I also feel like since they charge such a high price they could have easily given a discount to make up for the delay. Just on the additional work I paid them over $2300.The work they did seems ok, but there were many pieces of masking tape they did not remove. Time will tell if the paint starts peeling off or the clear starts flaking away.In summary they might be ok for insurance work, but don't let them do extra work unless you have no need to get the vehicle back in a timely manner.Update- They broke trim inside and rigged it together, had another piece on wrong, there is a piece of cloth hanging out the door panel, and my window tint now has bubbles and a scratch on one window.

First time I went in they were kind of rude, acted like they don't want to work and do their job.. didn't give me an accurate estimate on when my car will be done.. I waited for ten days and they hadn't even gotten the parts yet, didn't even bother to tell me, all the while I am chillen in a rental when I could have just taken it to a different shop or been driving my own car while they wait for the door. Literally, the worst....Since I can't reply to your comment.. you may think you have no record because I don't put my real name on Google, and I am very much in TN, people move.

I had a door installed on a box truck, and Brooks Collision did an excellent job on this project. Their staff iso very pleasant to work with and the job was completed in a timely manner.
