No joke, these guys are the best shop I have ever been to. My girlfriend and I lost a wheel bearing while we were on our anniversary trip in Tennessee, and this shop had us fixed in no more than an hour. They absolutely saved our trip.I couldn t believe they got done so fast!! The pricing was fair as well which I had been worried about since we were two girls from out of town. THANK YOU!!!

We came up from Florida to spend week in Mtns and developed a slow leak right rear tire? Ford F250. I called Pigeon Forge Tire and a very nice young lady said, " Bring your truck in we can fix it now." 10 mins I was there and they started on it immediately. The young gentlemen said "it's your Valve Stem." He fixed it like new! I highly recommend them for any of your Tire needs! Very nice and professional with a fair price. Thank you Scott.

Me and my family were on vacation 11 1/2 hrs away. We stopped in to have our tire checked bc we had a blow out on the way to Tennessee from Missouri and it was a quick patch job. We stopped here to have it checked and see the condition of the tire before our trip back home. They replaced the tire with a new one at a decently cheap price, as well they worked very quickly together! Absolutely recommend this place 10/10 for prompt fast service. Thank you guys we made it home safely

Wonderful shop! We stopped in Gatlinburg to check out the Smokey mountains and on our way up the mountain, a metal piece sliced one of our back tires on our tow vehicle. We tow a 40 fifth wheel so this wasnt a great situation. Nevertheless we found pigeon forge tire service, got right in, the employees were so kind and quick and helped us right away. We were in and out in under 45 minutes with a pretty good used tire replacement installed and everything for less than $70! We were relieved we weren t going to be stuck here for a few days waiting on a new tire 10/10 recommend, fast, not overpriced, friendly, what more could you need!

Great place! Need two new tires in a pinch and the had them changed in no joke 10 minutes. $100 less than what we were charged in Florida. Quick and friendly staff for those out of state or local people.

Pigeon Forge Tire Service fixed our tire immediately when we arrived. They were so nice and polite and fixed it quickly. We were very pleased with our service and highly recommend them!

We were on vacation in Pigeon Forge and low tire pressure light came on. We stopped and put air in but by morning it was down to 16 lbs. I found this place on Google and thankfully it was less than 2 miles from our hotel. We pulled in and were back on the road in 15 minutes. I must have run over something that put a big hole in the center of the tire. They plugged it and we were back enjoying our trip. Super nice people too.

We had a sticking caliper when we got into town late Friday evening. These guys took us at 7:30pm, replaced the caliper, and pads. We were out of there by 8pm. They did an excellent job and we were so happy to get the issue fixed so that we can enjoy the rest of our vacation.

On vacation. Had low air light on. Had something in a tire. They had it fixed and on our way super quickly. Wish more places were this efficient. 5 out of 5! EDIT: Reading the few negative comments and a common thread begins to appear... anyway, they were great!

They had our tire out of the car, replaced and balanced and returned in less than 15 minutes. They had kind and efficient staff. Their pricing was also reasonable. I hope to never need them urgently on vacation again but I would 100% go back!

These guys are a straight up NASCAR pit crew. I've never seen such prompt and speedy tire service in my life. Very impressive operation. Highly recommend.

Currently on family vacation 10 hours away from home, needed brake work done. Went to a local Oreilly s to get what I needed, went here to get the parts put on. In and out in less than an hour and at a very good price. If you re ever vacationing in the Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg area and need a mechanic shop for any wheel, brake, or tire problems, don t hesitate to stop here. They get you taken care of quick and at a good price.

We had a Low Tire Pressure come up on the dashboard. We took the car to this place. They checked for leaks on the tire we suspected had a leak. They found the culprit. A nice nail. They took out the nail, patched, and were on our way all in less than 15 minutes. No appointment. No wait time. No crazy prices. No gimmicks. Just fix the problem and go. Excellent quick service!!! 5 out of 5 stars!!!!!!!

Picked up a nail in one of my tires when on a group driving trip in the area (1,500+ miles over four days). After calling a few shops in the area that were either closed or too busy to help on a Saturday, Pigeon Forge Tire Service took us in and had us fixed and back on the road in less than 15 minutes. We had one busted tire and a second one that needed replaced after a minor accident on Sunday while on vacation. They were able to get us in first thing Monday morning and replaced the two tires. We were in and out so quickly without breaking the bank so we could continue our final full day of vacation!

We had a slow leak in one of our tires so I did a quick Google search and found Pigeon Forge Tire Service with a 4.9 stars so we headed that way. When we pulled in no one was in the actual garage but as soon as my husband walked in the main office two guys jumped right up and were eager to help. Before my husband could tell him which tire to check one of them had the jack in hand ready to go. They took the wheel off and inspected it and found a piece of metal in it. They pulled it out and plugged it and we were back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Thanks for saving our weekend get away!! Awesome service with a smile!!

They rescued us when we had a blow out in Gatlinburg TN ... They had a new tire.. the size tire we needed and at a great price... We rolled in on the Donut tire... and they had my new tire balanced and mounted in less than 30 minutes... The ladies in the office were very kind and understanding of our situation...The guys in the shop were also kind and worked very fast to get us back on the road... Thanks to them we were back on vacation in the Smoky Mts!!!! I would recommend them to everyone

This was the first and last time I didn't think to check out my car before traveling, but to my defense, on a whim, my family of 4 with kids decided to take off to the Smoky Mountains only 12 hours prior to leaving. Great trip...until I started sliding all over the interstate during a hard rain. Turns out, my tires on my new (to me) car were worn out. That's a whole other review. Anyway - Pigeon Forge Tire Service was SO helpful, gave me a great price on a whole new set of tires and got us back on the road in under an hour. Now, I want to make this very clear...they could have EASILY taken advantage of me b/c they knew I had a long trip back home and I would have paid anyway. But they didn't. They were very respectful and the price and quality of work was top notch. I did notice a bounce afterwards, but called them up the next day and they checked it out and fixed it free of charge. Don't let the negative and tasteless comments deter you. If you need them, they'll take care of you.Service: Tires

I had a nail in my tire and loosing air in my new car. We were on vacation and my family didn't want to miss anything in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. I check with other tire places but they were either out of business or too inconvenient. This place was open, near by, and said they would fix my tire in minutes. We went there. Sevice was awesome. Friendly staff. My family stayed in the car and tire was fixed in minutes and it was only $20. Of course I gave them a good tip. We didn't skip a beat in our vacation. I highly recommend Pigeon Forge Tire service.

Open and convenient. Got my dad in and out with a nail in his tire on the day before Christmas eve. Really blessed by them
