We were vacationing in the area. Our jeep had a caliper locking up. None of the service shops had time to get to it. O'Reilly had all the tools and parts in stock and allowed me to fix it in their side lot. Thanks for saving our day!!!!!

After Autozone refused to install a battery for me a wonderful man sold me a battery and helped install it for me as we was 600 miles from home on our honeymoon, he was great! Thanks

Was in a pinch with a bad thermostat on vacation. John was more than helpful getting me my part quickly so I could get it switched out before bad weather rolled in. Always use them anywhere I go for this reason. Thanks a ton John!

When I went to this location Chad was amazing. He went out of his way to help me find items to use on fireplaces that was meant for cars. Chad could ve just brushed me off and sent me to Home Depot but instead he was genuinely happy & helpful . I wish there was more of him everywhere . He made my day a lot easier.

These people are a joke do not lose your breaks and need them to turn them for you. They will give you the run around and keep pushing it off to someone else that does the same thing. My truck has been on the side of the road for 3 days and I m still trying to get my rotors turned I tried Saturday was told to come back Monday morning I m here now told Tuesday. I will never go back to this location again. EVER

Great customer service. Jose went way out of the way to make sure he got me what I needed. Sometimes it s hard to get someone to even type things in correctly, but not this time. I highly recommend this store, and their awesome customer service provided by Jose. Thank you very much.

Made a quick stop here. The restrooms were clean, the staff is helpful. We were quickly in and out and got the brake pads we needed. There is lots of parking space and we had plenty of room to change out our brake pads without being in anyone's way. Thanks, O'Reilly's!!!

While on vacation in Gatlinburg. My 2017 Dodge Journey broke down. I called them to order the part. The next day I got an excuse of the part was lost in shipping. I was told the employee would find 1 and call me back. Well it's been 4 days and not so much as a call or text. By the way Chad I called Advance Auto Parts just down the street and they had it in stock. It was $100 higher (it was the upgraded version). My final thoughts on this company is I'm done with O'Reilly Auto Parts.

We had a check engine light come on in our camper van while staying at a nearby national park. The folks at O'Rileys we're extremely helpful as well as very knowledgeable! They made what could have been a really big deal into a manageable situation for us and helped us get all the answers we needed even though the part we need can only be ordered from the dealer. Can't say enough good things about these folks! Hope the management sees this and gives the staff some praise for their helpful attitude, superior knowledge and the best customer service we've had in a long time! Thank you!

So glad we chose this location to run diagnostics. We got better service here than we get at our O'Reilly back home. We had a bad battery and alternator and they had both in stock luckily. Tim was amazing and really went above and beyond for us. Not only did he diagnose our issue but he recommended us to Pigeon Forge Tire Service nearby, which really helped us out. We might have been stranded had we not chose to visit this location, where I could tell they really cared about us and getting us taken care of. You don't always get that type of experience from auto parts stores anymore, so we are very thankful and highly recommend!

This place has redeemed themselves, much better than bean station.. didn t get the employee name.. he was great, respectful, and kind.. he had some awesome tats and rings.. will be back!!

Prices of car items that I can find at Wal-Mart for a cheaper price were more expensive then they should be. They also didn't have a part that I needed in stock said they could order it well I can order it too so what's the point, they need to build addition onto their stores so they can have what you need right then in stock/inventorey.

While in Pigeon Forge the check engine light came on my truck. Not a good feeling when traveling on a holiday week. I was sitting at the O Reilly store on Wears Valley Rd. when they opened at 7am. Told the gentleman my issue. He grabbed his coat/computer and out the door he went to access the problem. Took great care of me and treated me like a family member. WOW, people like this are just a rare breed these days. Thank you sir! You were a blessing to me today! Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!

This place is unreal. I went n with no tail lights and they could care less. It was getting dark and I asked them how to use the fuse thing to verify if the fuse was good. He never looked at me and said "Nope" don't know how to use it. This is a full grown man. REALLY???

This O'Reillys saved us. We had to buy an alternator, they had one left in stock. My husband had to put it on himself because we were from out of town and didn't know anyone. Their employee, Joshua was a tremendous help to my husband! He went out of his way to help him. Came out in the heat to help him take out and put in the alternator. We had our 2 children with us and if he didn't help my husband we would have been there all day. This man didn't have to come out but he did and to me that is amazing. He deserves a raise. I know that may be extreme but he showed such professionalism and excellent customer service in our darkest time of need.i seriously can't say enough good things about this man. He was a true southern man to help someone in their time of need. As a result of this man's actions we will be O'Reilly shoppers for life. They will get all our business.

Best place we have in town. After recently replacing alit of parts I've bought from advanced. I switched . I bought a battery at advanced they wanted to keep it a day to charge it. Said I can't I use that vehicle. So went across the street . Bought a new one and a new alternator that I just replaced less than a year at advanced . Both and that's only a portion of my money spent there. But the guys over there told me we got ya . Hooked me up it's been a 6 month period and I haven't replaced either so far

Needed a battery, called and asked if they could possibly stay open past business hours. Not only did they stay open until we could get there, they were more than accommodating with tools and even offered a helping hand with the battery. Extremely grateful for the fantastic employees at O'Reilly. Thank you so much!

Huge thanks to Chad! I made it to Gatlinburg without thinking to check my brake pads, and ended up having to change rear pads once I arrived. Chad was extremely helpful, and guided me through everything I would need to change the pads, including the correct brake caliper tool. I sincerely appreciate the knowledge and helpful attitude, as both saved me a lot of time and frustration.

They did not stock exactly what I wanted, so I took a replacement. I found what I wanted next door and returned my purchase for a refund. They were very gracious and made no complaint.

I was experiencing an issue with my wiper motor on a rainy day and called this store to see if there was a replacement in stock. Talking with the associate on the phone left me feeling incompetent. I am proficient in car maintenance but I am no expert in the field wiper motors. Entering the store I felt as if all therein had unanimously taken their breaks, upon further searching, a man (I believe his name was Timothy) sat at the farthest register with not a word spoken. Speaking to the man gave me the impression that I was inconveniencing him. This man personified "it's not my job" and to say this store lacked in the principal of going above and beyond is an understatement. However, the evening associate (Chadwick) who helped me after I replaced the part was very friendly.

We are on vacation in Pigeon Forge and woke up to a dead battery on the car. We found O'Reillys and they had us fixed in no time. The staff was wonderful, especially Merle. He was so friendly and came out and put our new battery in...we were in and out in 15 minutes and able to enjoy the rest of our vacation!

So, two days in a row we had to do surgery on my jeep. We replaced a drag link and a full tie rod assembly in their parking lot. Christien and, forgive me.. the other gentleman I forgot the name, were absolutely spot on. Let us borrow a cpl tools and couldn't have been more helpful. We won't be going anywhere else, even up here in Michigan. Thanks again guys, we're home safe! Cheers.

People with buyer's remorse DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I went in this store had them check battery which was going bad, plis check obd just in case something was making my car miss fire. I went inside look around for a while i dont admit that i have buyer's remorse. I couldn't decide what i needed or wanted. The manager with face shield yeild at me to leave the store cause i was in there for 45 min. I asked what i did, then he treated to call the cops saying smelled of booze. Needless to say his face shield, my mask, standing 10ft apart. How could he smell such a thing if it was only coming from his own mouth. Still waiting to hear from district manager of the area. 2 weeks prior to this situation the manager gave my 2 coasters and asked to fill out an application. Why would i work for a guy that hates his life. Hope to hear from the district manager.
