Tony Sr and Jr are very knowledgeable. They helped me replace the transmission in my ram 2500. They were on top of it. They did an excellent job. She runs good as new! I recommend highly!

What awesome staff! I stopped in about 45 minutes before they close to have the AC looked at because it was blowing hot air expecting to need a recharge so that we could make it home. They dropped everything and helped me on the spot. Got some cool air and hopefully able to make it home to Michigan with air conditioning. Very courteous willing staff to help us out. So glad I stopped in to have it looked at.

We rolled into this garage about 15 minutes before close. The driver side window fell off its track and was stuck in the door. The crew at McCarters took time away from what they were working on to help us get the window back up for us. Hands down great service and good people. We very much appreciate them taking time to help us!!!

This is hands down the best garage in Sevier County. Tony and his crew are the most honest and friendly service I have experienced. I had an issue with my Subaru last year and they fixed the issue and only charged $30. They could ve charged me much more but they said it was an easy fix and charged accordingly; l would ve had no idea what was wrong and they could ve taken advantage easily. I ve taken 3 vehicles personally to them and have had no issues. 10/10 garage.Services: Electrical repair, Auto A/C replacement, Air conditioning, Battery

Been dealing with Tony and Earl for about 35 years. Always professional attitude and work at competitive price. Never had a bad experience. I bought a few cars and trucks from them and owned them for years with no problems from any of the vehicles. If you want straight up quality and honesty visit McCarters garage, you wont be dissapointed.

These guys are top notch. Great work, very honest, extremely reasonable. They explained in detail everything they done, showed me the parts they replaced and how worn they were. I've used these guys for awhile now on all my cars. I'd never go anywhere else, unless they suggested

Super nice guys! We used our parking break for the first time in forever (we are from Chicago and we don't have hills!) and it got stuck. They very well could have taken it all apart to charge us, but they took the time to talk to us and told us what to do to get it to release on its own over time. Can't thank you guys enough!

I have known Tony and Earl since I was a kid , my dad had them to fix everything he drove for years, and I have bought cars and parts from them myself and had them to do work for me and tow cars, they have always been fair on their prices, and stand behind their work. They don't lid about a car to sell it to you, you know what you're getting with them.

Me and my brother want too slammed enough Gatlinburg and we blew a cv Axl at a red light. And these guys really helped us out I highly recommend

These men have always been fair and helpful! A wealth of old and new knowledge! I am trusting of these men with my van . Have not gone anywhere else in 4 yrs. Fair priced.

You will not find too many places like this one. If you are looking for a used part for your car this is the place. My brother had his car fixed at McCarter's and was totally satisfied with the work. I recommend it!!!
