I ve never had a vehicle towed by Jeff. I m leaving this review help offset the bad ones left by people who are mad at EA and/or J & K fir simply doing their jobs.PAY TO PARK!!!Bless your hearts.

I have been watching the channel for a while and I know how much trouble they go through to tow a.car. I have never seen them do there job wrong. I think they do a great job. People will not accept that they were wrong most of the time. Thanks to everything auto for doing a great job

I just wanted to say Jeff with everything auto are amazing people. I love watching there YouTube videos and seeing them help people, they donate toys and food to one's in need, they fill up people's gas tanks for free, they go out of there way like way beyond it to explaine to people that they are not the ones having there vehicles towed! There called to tow a vehicle and people just don't seem to understand that, if they just gave there cars back for free they would go broke! Nobody is going to remove your car that is parked illegally and store it for free when you are doing something wrong. Nobody is ignorant of the law. No matter if you "didn't know" or "someone told you it's OK to park illegally" or you didn't see the no parking signs" makes you innocent of not following the rules. I just wanted to say these people are great and to keep up the good work.

Definitely recommend this company! We were on vacation in the pigeon forge area when we hit a pot hole and ended up with a flat. We called Everything Auto and they came sooner than estimated and really took care of us. Not to mention how polite and courteous our tow driver was. Thank you so much Everything Auto!

I've been watching the channel and see the struggles y'all go through. I can't believe the ungratefulness people show when you show up at midnight to get their car to them. It's never their fault and someone else always tells them it's ok to park there. Keep up the great work y'all.

Absolutely terrible experience. Jeff towed my 2000 corvette when it broke down at our cabin in the mountains. My car was overheating and I had taken a picture of it to send to my wife. In the picture you can see the passenger side of the vehicle is not damaged in anyway however when I picked my car up from the repair shop there was broken fiberglass. I have tried to call and send text messages with no response from Jeff. I do not recommend his service to anyoneService: Car towing

My friend s car got stuck on a steep mountain road in Gatlinburg right as we were leaving town to head to the Atlanta airport. Jeff showed up within 30 minutes of our call and was able to tow the car out of a precarious spot in 10 minutes! Jeff was kind and professional, and because of him I was able to make my flight back home. Thank you Jeff!

The hundreds of videos on their YouTube channel is more than enough evidence of the high caliber character of Jeff and Kristen. Like Lincoln said, you cant please all the people all the time. Especially when the displeased are scofflaws trying to get a free parking space and then taking their childish behavior out on Everything Autos.

I've never had to use Jeff and his wife for a tow.....I'm a viewer from the great city of Birmingham, Alabama. If I went to Gatlinburg one day I'd love just to kick back and have a beer with him! He has a phenomenal patience with even irate customers! Much more than I would have!

Never used this company, but love watching the videos and if I m ever in the area will definitely PAY TO PARK! And it helps me know where not to park but if I did ever needed a tow or winch out would 100 use this company

These two are fantastic, I've watched them be as kind as humanly possible to a family who was parked right in front of a no parking sign and yet still F-bomb the driver for lifting the car for tow. The kids, little kids we flicking them off and saying things like " frick you" which parenting skills aside,.no toddler should even understand the reason behind saying such a thing, let along direct it at a towing company holding mommy and daddy accountable for parking illegally. The parents were the one who parked their car. Doesn't the drivers license on the back when you sign it say the driver is responsible for the vehicle and any items inside the car. It does in my state. Then they try to leave a 1 star review this country is becoming so sad. People do something wrong, get caught and instead of being upstanding American citizens, and good examples for their children, they decide to blame everyone but themselves. " I didn't see the sign", the tie guy simply says kindly I'm sorry dude but it was right next to the car!How are they driving a car and are so unaware of their surroundings.Can you imagine if a tow driver ever said something like sorry I scratched your car "I didn't see it" Of course that wouldn't fly. People need to take responsibility for their actions. That family parked illegally, in front of a sign, and walked away.All I can say is the Everything towing couple was so kind. Even apologizing for nothing they did wrong. And after the guy said what can I do, the tow guy said in the kindest tone" I'm sorry dude it's just the fee, yea you can always pay to park its cheaper than a tow" i wanted to laugh out loud because its so common sense and this family just seemed lost at thr concept.I almost want to illegally park just to meet these guys and say hello. They are truly the kindest tow company I've ever watched hook up a car.I worked 911 for years and when we called for a hook, I can tell you those men were brutal. They didn't take the time to trolley every car. These people don't know how good they have it with Everything Towing.In Chicagoland, it would be well over $500 to drop a car and at least 700 if not more to release it at the lot Plus daily.rate and the parking ticket itself. Pigeon forge has it cheap!Keep up the great work everything towing. I love you guys work so well together. The couple that works together, stays together

Could not have asked for a better towing company. My car fell back onto the side of a hill, and i originally called a different towing company & when they didn t show up after over an hour, I called Everything Autos. They showed up in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES!! They did an amazing job & they got my car out safely!!! They were very sweet & the price was reasonable! Thank y all so much, I wish I could give them 10 stars!Service: Car towing

Never been towed by this company. However, love the videos and have watched several.If..........and I hope it never happens........I would recommend this company above all others in the area. Honest couple for sure!

I have not used their services but I do want to park in the infamous 27 just to meet these awesome people. They share great experiences in the day to day tow and vehicle business and they are human - Jeff inside hurt by nasty comments (being called a scam) by angry Karens and Darrens who refuse to pay to park and don t take responsibility for their parking spot thievery.Yes, I watch their YouTube channel and it s so annoying to hear gamblers whine that they don t have money to pay, gnawing at Jeff s emotional side to be nice, but they have the money to go on vacation, go out to dinner, make babies, or drink.Discounts not offered to illegal tows and cash only - so they re not constantly battling chargebacks from those who illegally parked. Military discount for illegal tow? Jeff should be allowed to contact your CO to see if you re eligible for a shameful discount.Anyway, if you do get towed or assisted by this wonderful family, be grateful. They care and it shows!!

If you re on her to leave a 1 star review go to their YouTube channel, look for your tow and see what YOU did wrong. Every tow is recorded. The No Parking sign you ignored is recorded. You being rude is recorded. Don t make a fool of yourself more than you already have.

Just watched your YouTube channel and it s nice to finally see a company that s respectful and tow s legally. We all know we hate to be towed but you know, I d pay the fee just because you all are so respectful and from what I see, do a great job. Nice to see.

I traveled from Europe to Gatlinburg only to park my rental illegally in the hopes that it would be towed by Everything Auto. It took 4 tries before finally I could find out if they were actually real and not actors, but now I know they tow for real. It cost me close to 2800 USD all in with plane tickets, rentals and tow fees, but it was worth it. I didn't notice them filming (except dashcams), so I'm not sure if I will ever see myself being greeted at the gate, but I'm crossing my fingers!

Just recently discovered Jeff and his companys videos. Going to drop off some toy rollback trucks and suckers for them to hand out. You guys are showing true TN spirit for helping out the people having a hard time.

We tow for a nationally recognized roadside assistance company (yes, it's that one.) We have 5 tow drivers in Knoxville and just bought 4 new trucks, we'll have 9 drivers soon. We do a TON of tows. I've watched almost all your videos and let me tell you, I'd love to have you on my crew! You definitely know what you're doing, and you do it right. If one of my friends/family breaks down in your neck of the woods, I will definitely call you first! Keep up the vids and the great work!

I love you guys and love the channel. I have good friends in Knoxville so if we ever get towed I hope its by you. I binge watch the channel once every couple months. I have even thought about saving a few hundred and parking illegally just to have you 2 come hook it.. We also love all the serious jams you get people out of. God bless you both and.. PAY TO PARK!!
