Amazing business and people. My car was struggling in the mountains while on vacation, and they were able to fit me in to pull the codes and assess it. They also found a screw in the tire I didn't even know about, and an issue that my shop back home had missed. They checked everything to make sure I'd be safe driving home, and also gave great info about places around Pigeon Forge to visit and eat. They are really caring, I greatly appreciate how they helped me and my family. I highly recommend them!

My family was in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg for a few days over Spring Break. The heat shield on my car came loose while entering Great Smoky Mountains National Park, we called Eagle One to see if they had time to help. We drove straight there. Elvis quickly came to the rescue, securing the heat shield so we could get back on the road to Clingman s Dome. AND he didn t even charge us, just wished us a happy family vacation. We were blown away by their kindness & swift help. Thank you, Elvis & Eagle One!!!

We are on vacation and our brakes started giving us problems! We called Eagle One and they got us right in....they are a very busy shop too! All the guys were nice and explained everything to us. A bit pricey, but I am used to my husband working on my vehicles for me! I would 100% recommend them.

I had engine troubles while coming into Pigeon Forge and needed my car checked out. They got me in quickly day before thanksgiving and were honest with me and I appreciate it. You never expect to be treated like a friend or family member when you re a tourist, but these guys are great. Quick, knowledgeable and friendly.

I went here today panicked thinking I was about to be spending a lot of money to fix my cars skid plate, not understanding what was really wrong. The guys were so great and kind! They put my mind right at ease and made us laugh. It was a simple fix and they fixed it super quickly. I would 1000% recommend coming here!! Thank you guys!

Y all, I d give this place 20 stars if I could. My Honda Pilot s battery light came on while traveling to Dollywood from Greenville, and Eagle One immediately got me an appointment. They fixed my alternator within 3 hours and I was good to go. They re also super close to Dollywood transport at Patriots Park. Thank y all so much there are very kind people in this world.

On vacation to visit Dollywood. The moment we entered Pigeon Forge our check engine light came on. Almost comedic. Most places I called were able to take a look in a couple days which is understandable. The nice man who answered the phone at Eagle One said to drop it off right away and he d fit it in between appointments the same afternoon. Gave me a call a few hours later to let me know it was the mass air flow sensor and provided the pricing for the part and labor. Picked up the car the next morning just in time to head home on schedule. These guys were a life saver. Really happy I didn t need to call out of work. Eagle one will definitely be the place we go to the next time we have any issues in Pigeon Forge.

While visiting TN my car tried to imitate the mountain coasters by riding then falling off a curb... resulted in bending the lower transmission mount. Left my car with Eagle One on Tuesday at noon, fixed by closing time Thursday which allowed me to leave for VA on Friday. Everyone was so nice and a pleasure to deal with. Not often these days that you encounter a business willing to accommodate emergency situations. I'm truly grateful and appreciative for the service provided by Eagle One Automotive. I wish they would relocate to VA so they could be my regular mechanics! Thank you for caring.

We were on vacation and couldn't get the rear window up. We went to Eagle One and they looked at the car right away (even though they were busy). You rarely get that kind of service anymore. Shane was able to get the wi dow up for us. When we asked what we owed, we were told no charge. Wow, that's unheard of. We left a nice tip. We would definately recommend this shop.

Had brakes done there while on vacation. Car was a 2023 and I bought parts for it and he said I ll only charge labor he neglected to tell us that the tax was over 10 percent plus the cost of labor. Which was 150 per hour and it ended up coming to over 400 dollars!!!!. We got had for sure. If you need work done on vacation to Pigeon Forge they will work you in and work you over

We were on a vacation to Gatlinburg when a chipmunk chewed through wires on our car! We had to get a tow truck to come tow it to a nearby mechanic. This was the only place nice enough to take us when no one else would! They even stayed after closing to make sure it was right and fixed it the same day! Amazing amazing people and service! Highly recommend!

Tom and his men did an outstanding job fixing my truck after a transmission line failure in the smoky mountains. I cannot recommend either one automotive enough they provide a quality service with the utmost integrity of work and pricing. I would have gave this place six stars if they me because of Tom s amazing beard.

My SUV died late on Christmas Eve and would not jump off and of course everyone would be closed for Christmas so we waited until Monday (which was our planned day to leave town) to see what could be done. We tried a new battery to no avail so it must have been a bad starter. Called around and everyone was either booked up or wouldn t answer. Eagle One answered our call immediately and said they could get right on our vehicle and fix it up and they did! They also suggested a tow company for us who also were great. We ended up getting a hotel for the night and they got us our car back before end of day. Also notified us of another dangerous issue in my vehicle that needed to be done when we get home and made us aware to get it taken care of. Super appreciative that they let us know about it knowing they wouldn t be doing the work but wanted us to be aware. Wasn t a cheap fix but we were grateful they were available and did quick, good work! Thanks guys!

Unfortunate luck hit and we joined the club of mechanical problems while on vacation. I left a message first thing in the morning and they were quick to respond, within a day he was able to get me in and get me taken care of. The customer service was absolutely amazing. Had trouble with our brakes pulling into the hotel when starting our vacation. The service was EXCELLENT. Brought it in mid afternoon and diagnosed the same day, and picked up the next! Quick, thorough, and super friendly! Highly recommend!

These guys pad up the prices for the parts that they provide. They were charging $889 for parts alone but then I found the entire kit on amazon for $165. Total rip off.

Every single time I have an issue with my vehicle, they are right on it.. Came into town late on a Monday afternoon with a leaking brake line. Called the shop and Taylin said bring it in before 5.Limped to shop and they immediately put my Jeep on the lift and worked up a repair plan.Next morning, job was done and at a very fair price.I was a tourist in town and the crew treated me like a local.Fast ,friendly service. I would definitely recommend this garage and crew for your auto repair work.Service: Auto brake repair

I was on vacation and my car broke down upon arriving in Pigeon Forge ,Tenn. Eagle One team worked me in monday morn as soon as they could so I could have my car on vacay. The repair fees were fair and the workanship is exceptional. They gave this same caring personal care and service 2 years ago when a similar thing happened...these guys are the best

I got stuck in downtown Gatlinburg with a burnt out starter. It took me 4 days to find a tow truck. I called them up and the second I could get my car towed there they started working right on it so I could get home. Amazing customer service, great conversations and amazing people. 11/10 experience and if anyone needs great fast service these are the guys!!!Service: Electrical repair

Were from out of town, came for a week long getaway- and a heater hose went in our Ford F-150. Had to get a tow, we're gonna tow it to the dealership but our tow truck driver made a few calls for us and suggested Eagle One Automotive. They got us in right away, and gave us a 48 hour max completion time. They had us ready to ride in 24 hours as oppose to mid week. Hands down best experience we've ever had with an automotive repair shop, let alone out of town emergency repair. Wish we could give them more than 5 stars and wish we had a shop like this closer to home. Great people! Great experience! Thankful for the recommendation and our experience with Eagle One

Of course we were out of town on vacation and our brakes went out driving from Townsend to Pigeon Forge. Did a google search for Jeep repair and came upon Eagle automotive. It s a father and son family operation and they went out of their way to help us. It s a very busy place and could tell it is a local favorite and go to for auto repair. We spent the afternoon in their shop and by the time we left we felt like family. Getting to know the owner was a pleasure. We knew the brake repair was done in a very professional manner and we ended up having a worry free vacation and made the drive back To Topsail Island NC with confidence our Jeep was repaired to top notch condition.Thank youPatti and RogerTopsail Island NCJeep WranglerService: Brakes

My power steering went out just as I turned off of I-40 pulling our camper. Barely made it to campground late Monday afternoon. I called Egal One 8:00 AM on Tuesday morning when they opened up I got the answering machine, left message, thought I will call them back at 8:30. At 8:15 I received call back apologizing for not answering my call! Explained what happened and not being safe to drive without power steering they said bring it right in and would take care of it that day or the next. Took truck up right away the young man was courteous and, professional. Trolley was next door that took me back to campground. They called a few hours later with problems and cost. Had truck fixed by 4:00 same day. Wish I had Egal One in my home town in KY!

These guys are amazing. We lost a brake pad a mile away. From out of town, my sons, senior mother and I we were terrified. We pulled in, they were slammed but knew we were stranded. They had me up and running with new brakes in a couple hours ! Their pricing was very fair as well!! Super convenient that there was a trolley station next door. This could have been a ruined vacation but Eagle One made sure that didn t happen. Thanks guys !

I replaced my alternator three weeks ago. It failed coming into Pigeon Forge, over 650 miles from home. Pulled into Eagle One the next morning, they had it fixed the following morning and got O'Reilly Auto Parts to honor their warranty so all I had to pay was the labor. It's a pain breaking down on vacation but they made it as painless as possible.

I would like to start this review out by letting everyone know I had the pleasure of sitting with a gentleman named Taylin that runs this business. I sat there for 3 hours and 45 minutes and had the pleasure of speaking with this man. He understood that I was on a fixed income I was sold a vehicle that was dumped off on me to not work and run he understood my situation and as I got to know this man I understood what kind of man and business owner he was and at the end of the day there's no shop I would refer anyone else to other than this shop. They work very hard they do their job right and they believe and guests and customer service comes first and getting the job done and not overcharging unlike some of these flashy places you might see. Every business owner could take a page from Eagle One automotive repair these people are not only amazing business owners but amazing people. I would like to repeat again and say Taylin was one of the best guys I've ever met in my life and I think every business owner should strive to run a business this way and believe that the guests will return and come back and spend their money and recommend people to come there. On a personal note or side note not only as a business owner but as a human being Taylin might be one of the best men that I've ever met in my life and I would like to let this business know I'm very appreciative for the work and everything they've done and there's no other shop no matter how flashy it might seem I would go back to. Don't be fooled go to the shop that's going to treat you right and charge you the right prices and actually care about what's going on with your car and who you are and learn your name and I can never say enough once again about Taylin and Eagle One automotive repair every business should learn and strive to be like this from this business.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair, Engine repair, Auto maintenance
