A woman walks into this store knowing she has a misfire from either a bad ignition coil or spark plug. She asks the sales associate to run a diagnostic to find which cylinder is causing the problem. He looks at her condescendingly, slides a business card for one of the SHADIEST shops in town in front of her, and tells her their equipment won t tell her which one it is and that only a mechanic can figure that out. She walks out without a word and goes literally ACROSS THE STREET to AutoZone. At AutoZone, they run the diagnostic, and she walks out 5 minutes later with the parts for cylinder 2. She goes home and has her car fixed in less than 10 minutes.Advance Auto has lost a customer.

I was up there for vacation. Just went it for a head light. I was ignored for 15 mins then when they did help me. Both dude working there was rude as hell. They had no clue what they was talking about. I ll never be back here. Y all just go across the street to auto zone or O Reillys better service and way more respectful

Pure laziness in the store. If a customer walks in don t say anything loud enough for them to hear it.If you don t want to help just quit. Sad when you walk in and the person behind the counter hides after saying I don t want to help them.Time for them to find better help.

Had never had an issue with this location until today. I tried to return something to exchange for something else I needed. I didn't have my receipt in hand so I told the guy I have a rewards account and asked him if he could pull it up that way. He put in my number and very rudely said that it was not a valid number. I opened my app and showed him that it is the number on my account. I actually was able to pull up my receipt using the app and he said there was nothing he could do until his manager arrived at 11 30. He could not exchange what I needed because he didn't know how to do it. What type of establishment doesn't have a manager on duty at all times and why are they hiring people that are rude and obviously don't want to work. Every guy I've ever dealt with before had been super friendly but this guy was the least helpful person I have encountered here. We probably have spent thousands of dollars at this location since we moved here in August. I guess I'll just start going to another parts store.

We recently dented our oil pan, causing it to leak 9 hours away from home, and this is the location we went to for our oil, tools, rtv, etc. Thank you for staying open during the snow and for your advice/help. You helped get us home! Even took our old oil when we had to bring it to you in the most unconventional way. Thank you so much!

Bought a battery went home, started up left house to go off , then started again it was dead , went back , they tried starting nothing , changed battery nothing , had to get towed , can't get money back NEVER AGAIN LOST OVER 200.00 IN A DAT ! will use the O'Reilly or auto zone the word is out , very upset in same day I bought no return !!!

Best advance ever. The crew let me rent/return the tools necessary to change the water pump on my suburban. Really saved us considering we were 4 hours from home broken down on a Sunday. Thanks guys!

My mom, myself and one other lady were in town for a conference and had car trouble. Eric went above and beyond to not only help us figure out what the problem was but he also took the time to put the part on for us! He was such a tremendous blessing to 3 ladies who had no idea what they were doing. So thankful for the customer service Eric provided and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone! Excellent care and service. My windshield wiper flew off of my car when driving down the road. The guy working there not only came out to check what kind of wiper I needed but installed it for me also. Thank you so much for the great service

Out of all the box chain parts stores, Advance is worst and this store is the worst in the company. Their cashier tried to argue with my ASE certified repair technician about what part number we needed.On top of that throw in the prices here are higher than their competitors and it's easy to see you can do better than this place

Thankful the store was open till 10. Staff were helpful but not overly excited we were there within 30 minutes of closing. They installed our new battery as our battery died while visiting a nearby amusement park. The staff did redo our transaction so we could take advantage of a military discount, but it too was met with reserved enthusiasm. Thanks for the help most importantly....you got us back on the road!

I was out of town, and I needed my battery checked. The employee wasn't able to get a read on my battery. He was friendly, but I ended up having to go elsewhere.

We stopped here because we didn't have any headlights at dark. They did not help us at all. Soo disappointed at that place when we were in need.

I hate having to leave a bad review but I just honestly feel disgusted right now if we were lied to. The other night we were leaving a restaurant while on vacation & our car wouldn't start. Thankfully a nice gentleman at the restaurant helped us start our car. We went to this place because we've always used advance auto parts & always have a good experience but never been to this specific location. Unfortunately we had no choice but to go here 15 mins before they closed because we were leaving back home (10hour drive) the next morning & were so afraid of getting stranded somewhere. First thing we did was apologize to them & explain our situation. One of their workers Friday night read our battery & said it was fine & nothing else. Normally they have given us the slip or showed it to us but not this time. I believed him because I thought that if someone knew we could get stranded somewhere they would replace our battery regardless if they were about to close because it's the right humanly thing to do. Anyways, thankfully Saturday morning our car started & we weren't stuck on top of the mountains. Unfortunately when we had to make a stop at a gas station our car wouldn't start again. We had to ask someone for help to start our car & prayed we could make it home. We went to our local normal mechanic & they were shocked our car started at all because our battery was basically dead. Everything else was fine but the battery. I felt so disgusted that we were probably just rushed out of this place because they were about to close & didn't care if we got stranded. Really disappointed, which they probably don't care, about but hopefully someone will read this review & get a second opinion.

We stopped in for very specific things and easily found what we needed because the aisle are clearly marked as to what areas you need to go to. When we asked a question, the manager was very knowledgeable about what items they had and where. Great service!

Even though it was a stressful time for us (we were having truck problems while on vacation), the employee who installed the new battery in our truck was incredibly helpful, thorough and kind. The store was clean and the work was done quickly. This place was a lifesaver since they were open on a Sunday!

They have UPS pick up but would not take our UPS package because it was going to Amazon...makes no sense.

One of the best stores I ve been to. I m glad to say that this is my home town store and I would gladly go out of my way to come here even if it wasn t... The biggest value to me is they hire knowledgeable and friendly people I don t think I ve ever had a bad experience there.

My wife and I were planning an early morning visit to Cades Cove, but a "service charging system warning" changed our plans. Instead, we headed to Advance Auto, praying that we would make it. We did!Jim, arrived one-half hour before opening, and courteously inquired if we needed anything....when they opened Jim loaned me the tools I was lacking to pull my alternator and battery... he tested both of them, which resulted in me replacing both.A big thank you to Jim and Advance Auto Parts for helping us get back on the road. Needless to say, I highly recommend this store!

Looked up hours before we went. Advance states they close at 10:00 p.m. on website. We pulled in parking lot at 9:32. Two employees proceeded to walk out the front door while locking behind them. They both state that they are closed. I asked three times, "don't y'all close at 10:00 p.m No response from either. Will not return. They should be reprimanded

I came to the store to check my battery. I received a free battery check with a great attitude and service. The staff asked great questions and even recommended a local tire store just up the street when I mentioned having my tire pressure light on.
