My wife had a low tire while visiting our daughter in Parsons. Visiting from the Nashville area - went to Ebenezer tire. They tried to take advantage of a woman from out of town by stating she should have her tires replaced. The tires had less than 5,000 miles on them since new. On top of that, they only plugged the tire instead of patching the tire from the inside. She was charged more than $45 to plug a tire. Avoid this place at all cost! They are not honest and will take advantage of women who are vulnerable.

We got a flat on the interstate and was referred to this shop by someone right off the interstate. He got us two new tires on and back on the road in under an hour. Thank you for the prompt and great service!

Overpriced. Needed the tires. So had to get it . Was charged 165 a piece. Got the same tires brand new for 85 a piece at Perryville auto. I'm in shock. Never again.

My daughter had a blow out on the interstate. Andy arrived and took the flat tire off, took it back to his shop (She did not have a spare), and put on a new tire. Andy was very nice, and my daughter and I felt comfortable while he fixed her tire. Thankful for this roadside services.

I can't say enough good things! Timely service with a genuine smile. No one ever wants to have to call for help on the side of the interstate, but if you do, Ebenezer is the place to call! Very thankful for Andy getting me back on the road.

How dare you charge 53.00 to put two new tires on a car. This kind of stuff is why people don't use local businesses. I saw you have a low rating, now I see it. I will be sure everyone I know about your wonderful, that was sarcastic, I will make sure anybody I know does not use your business for any services you provide

Beware, he refused to give a refund on a tire sensor he installed and it didn't work, he doesn't have the equipment to sync it, so after spending $149.00 he told us to take it to a dealer. Dealer will now charge to remove tire and sync it.He didn't care. Lost my future busiess.

I had a blowout on my trailer and they got me 4 new tires for a very fair price. They got us back on our trip very quickly.

So I was referred to these guys for tire balancing and a tire pressure sensor replacement. I got there work was done, was told that they had a new machine for the tire pressure sensors and if it didn t take to come back. 4 attempts later and still never got it fixed. I called today and was told that they don t have anyone there who can program it. I was told he doesn t know when he will have someone to do the work. Weights flew off the tires and a low air pressure light constantly on. This place is horrible and bad customer service. If you want to waste you money go for it. I have $140 down the already.

The donut shop was built outside Ebenezer's building. I haven't heard good things about him. I was at a part store and they said a woman had an oil leak. He looked under the vehicle and there were rags instead of a gasket.

I was going to let it go but: I stopped and asked the gentleman to check the air pressure in ONE tire. He looked at them and said, you need two tires. Admittedly, the tread was worn but not to the point of replacing. I asked him for a price, $225 per tire, plus tax. I declined and left.I went to a different local tire shop and got a price of $274 for TWO tires!I d drive on by this tire shop.

This man is a rip-off. He said he fixed it but put a tube in the wheel and charged us $60. We only took it in to seal the edges. This is the 2nd time he has ripped us off. No more

Will not go back. I needed 3 tires put on. I had called other local service centers and they were booked. So I took my truck to Ebenezer. He charged 164.75 to put on 3 tires.

Several things over the course of five years have led me to this review... the first experience being on my 1997 Dodge 1500, the ac blower went out and they charged me 275 to repair it, but it didn t even work when I got it back. I called after this to Autozone (where they bought the part from) and it was 55 dollars... the guy did the job in fifteen minutes, didn t hook up the fan correctly (motor would spin but no air came through the vents), and ripped a vacuum line out. Wouldn t give me my truck back until I paid them, even if it wasn t fixed. Absolutely insane. The second incident occurred with my 1992 Cadillac Brougham (my pride and joy). I had the serpentine belt with me for replacement, and I was going to see if he would replace the belt since it s literally a ten minute job. He said he would for 20.00 and I was fine with that. He then proceeded to climb in the engine bay, cracked the fiberglass nose of the car and the coolant reservoir with his knee. I didn t notice what he was doing until it was too late. He tried to say it was there before but it wasn t, I have documentation for it. The people in there are sly and will swindle you every time. They cut corners and do things that will cause damage or headache for the next fella. I ve seen them regularly impact on lug nuts instead of torquing them down

Avoid this place. Took a tire in to get a hole plugged. Two days later it was still losing air. Took it back as the plug didn't seal. He assured me there was a second hole. Okay, I never saw a second plug but he charged me again. Six months later I take a tire from my mom's car in as there is a slow leak. I ask him to patch it from the inside (no plug) as it is for my mom. I come back and pick it up and he says it is fixed. Two days later it is leaking air. My mom takes it in and he convinces her there is a second leak and takes advantage of an 83 year old woman and charges her again! I told him to fix it two days before! He didn't test it after he patched the first hole? He told me it was fixed and never pumped it up to see if there was a second one.Avoid this place!

My wife and I have use this place for oil changes the last couple of times. Either they don t fill to engine required capacity or they are deliberately not changing the oil. Neither one of our vehicles use any or drips any oil between changes and before it s time for new oil change the oil isn t even showing on the dipstick. BEWARE!!

Had an unscheduled tire repair. We woke up one Saturday morning to a leaking tire. We are not local and were directed to Ebenser tire. They worked me in quickly on a busy Saturday morning, showed me the problem, and had us on our way again without breaking the wallet.

Went to ask about prices for spark plugs to be changed on my car and was told the plugs would be around $100 and labor around $65. Obviously trying to rip me off because I'm a woman. Not that stupid.
