I recently had the pleasure of being on a West Tennessee Motor Coach. A group of young people were on a trip to a university. I spoke to the driver, who was very professional and provided an overview of what West Tennessee Motor Coach was about.Firstly, the cleanliness of the coach was outstanding. It was obvious that the vehicle had been meticulously cleaned and maintained inside and out. The seats were comfortable and the temperature was perfect. The customer service was exceptional. The driver was friendly, professional, and accommodating. He made sure everyone in the group were comfortable and had everything we needed for the journey.Finally, and perhaps most importantly, the when the leader of the group notified the driver, the coach arrived on time for both pick up and drop off.Overall, I would highly recommend West Tennessee Motor Coach to anyone in need of transportation for a group trip. The cleanliness, customer service, and punctuality were all outstanding, and I wouldn't hesitate to board any bus they operate. 5 stars!

WTMC has always been reliable for our UT Martin ROTC program. Brad makes sure that the charter is confirmed and ready to go on the day that we need transportation. The bus ride is smooth, and we get to our destinations always on time.

Charter bus from Mayfield Ky to Isle Casino Cape Giradeau Mo. Brakes were bad about 30 miles out. Waited for almost 3 hours for another bus most of which time it was raining. Not to Casino around 1:30 ate and gambled. Time to leave at 5:30 pm. Were informed the wind shield wipers were not working and the motor was bad and that was why that bus was so late getting to Wickliffe where we were broke down I the first place. Driver had called yo inform them that the wipers were not working and he was told to stop and squeegee off the wind shield. Our bus drivers and your guide were awesome but those buses need to be maintained Just glad we made it home before dark. Also air on second bus not working either.

This being my first experience being on this bus line was not good. It was extremely too hot during the entire ride. The driver swerved a lot & it make several of the passengers feel car sick. Half of the tv's worked, some came on randomly. The volume levels varied throughout the bus. Over a bad experience, would not recommend.

The bus was late by two hours. No working AC on a 96 degree day. Vomit on my seat and a mushroom growing out of the wall. Do not use this charter company
