Took my truck to them on 10-19-23 due to some fluid leaking from somewhere in my engine. I had taken it previously to another shop and they didn t resolve the fluid leak. So I took it to West s Wheel &Tire for them to check things out regarding the fluid leak. Didn t take them 30 minutes to find the source of the leak and stop the fluid leaking. I was impressed with their service. I will definitely visit them again when I need tires or truck service.

2" level kit on F250. Great job. Before and after pictures below. Took about 2 hours. Truck looks so much better and I believe it rides better too. Will come back for bigger tires when these wear out! Have always had great service at West's Wheel & Tire.

I got a nail in my tire and stopped by West's Wheel and Tire on a busy afternoon. They had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. A+!

Guys there very respectful the way a business should be price a little high but what prices aren't high now days there was one employee with a big red beard who kept putting g his hands in front of me a few times I felt that was disrespectful but I guess his momma never thaught him any manners but hey I get it to me it seems like he didn't like Hispanic people probably why I never stopped at this place but sorry guys for not being rich just cause your white don't make you rightService: Vehicle Inspection

Super service! Always friendly and they take the time to answer questions. Very fair pricing and they work to get you in and out asap. His waiting area is always kept tidy as well as the restrooms! Great addition to the community!

Not a long wait time I had to get two rims put on two new tires but they lost one of my brand new things that go over the air it was silver and they replace it with black I wasn't too happy about that because I just bought new ones high dollar ones But overall it was good in the price was pretty good too

I called the day before to make sure my tires were in stock. Wen I arrived the guy was so rude and told me they had no tires in stock to fit my car. He said they only have 4 and they were reserved for another customer. He never offered to order any for me and was just rude the whole time.

Edited: I had an appointment for a alignment on another jeep on the 5th of January was told it needed ball joints and tie rod ends. I replaced the parts called back trying to make a appointment on the 8th and was told I was on a list to be called for an appointment. I waited a week called back and was told I was still on the list to be called. 24 days later and no call or appointment.(Original 5 star review)Excellent service!! Friendly staff and the front end alignment on my 2 door wrangler is perfect.

I had a blow out on a trailer and called Jesse at closing time. He had what i needed and offered to stay past closing and get me back on the road. These guys went above and beyond to keep me moving after hours. Very appreciated and will be visiting them again.

Excellent service on 11-13-19. A good feeling when you pay your invoice and drive away and you feel the problem has gone away! Just as important my invoice was only $27.44 for 4 wheel balancing and rotated tires.Thanks guys

I called to schedule an appointment to get my daughter's brakes repaired. Apparently they must be pretty good at what they do because they couldn't get her car in for a couple of weeks. We ended up going to Mike's Muffler's who worked us in the following Friday.

This business is great. I run a business myself and it s crucial that my truck and trailer are always able to be on the road. Anytime I ve needed tires repaired or replaced, they ve made full effort to get me back on the road. I would give 10 stars if it were an option!
