I had never been there before and I found it very confusing and finding my pickup area. I didn't think it was marked well enough coming in from the bottom driveway. Also I've never had it happen in any other Walmart, but they gave me a substitution without any notice. It was unsatisfactory, but the associate was nice, and very patient.

This was a very clean and efficient place to eat. They were very prompt with your order coming out. You definitely get your money's worth.I was also impressed with the wait staff, which we complimented when leaving. A nice group of young people who do their jobs well. Very pleased

What can you say about Walmart. I almost always find what I m looking for. The staff seem to avoid customer contact. If you pass an employee they rarely try to make eye contact. And then the fact that you have to check out, bag and load the cart without employee assistance gets frustrating. However on this particular visit I found a wonderful cashier. She was about to get off and it was New Year s Eve. I told her I would be happy to go to another register. She insisted that I stay in her lane. She was so pleasant. She said checking me out would make her time pass more quickly. So Fort Campbell Blvd Walmart you have a jewel in this woman. I have checked my receipt for her name. No luck. I had a lot of stuff and she was so sweet to me. Thank you.

We stopped in for a few quick things while camping at the Paris landing state park. They had everything we needed and a great sale on blow up mattresses! Mostly self check out and the parking lot is great if you need to practice the secret handshake you recently made up with your dad

My experience here is always amazing being from Queens NY the cashier Melinda was off the charts amazing and quick great interaction with me overall awesome 3 mins together in and out so happy when I left and satisfied great job Melinda I will tell everyone about my experience here

It's never a good experience shopping at Wal-Mart in Paris Tn.. Always out of things I need, employees are never helpful and always pointing as to where to find items leaving me to continue to look for my merchandise. I'm disabled and so is my wife and we have to always look in the parking lot for mobility scooters or they are not charged, or are broke down. This store needs a complete overhaul of employees.

It scares me to see so many people wearing masks while in public. The SCIENTISTS HAVE PROVEN "MASKs" are NO HELP at All..!!!!!Walmart should do more to promote Good Science and keep their customers from being exposed to toxic peoole.

The workers were very helpful, but the atmosphere is horrible and it can be a nightmare trying to find anything on your own. And now self checkout is going to call an employee for random normal scans it sees as theft, which is super annoying

Be careful what you buy and if you do pick up or delivery always check your expiration dates. I recently had a Walmart delivery and they gave me expired food from October 23rd. Over a month and a half expired, they re obviously not checking expiration dates. Because this is not the first incident I had, but this was the last straw for me.

Fairly clean and well stocked. The only issue I'd say would be the lack of employees. I saw maybe 5 people in the entire store. That's understaffing and unfair to those employees.

It was a little nutty, but isn't always? Especially around Xmas...and we were there just to get a few specific things. We found all but one of the things we were looking for...but I didn't think we'd find silken tofu in Paris, TN...that's a bridge too far.

Kinda a mess! Hate the self checkout. Usually only one or two regular registers open if your lucky yet 15 employees standing around to help with self checkout. But I do have to say they have a couple great women that work customer service that have been there awhile. Always friendly n helpful.

Lied to my mother; wanted a booster shot called over was told even with a reservation it wasn t held or guaranteed, well when she drove over they suddenly had a big group coming in they were holding the dose for. So my immunocompromised mother couldn t get her shot and may have to wait weeks. Pathetic service with a healthy dose of just flat out lying to customers.

Took a few attempts at calling but when I got through, the worker was professional and friendly. Prices aren't bad at all. We got a large ham and bacon pizza and it was fantastic. The sauce was a little on the sweeter side, which isn't normal for us, and we really enjoyed it. I did read that the sauce and dough were all their own recipes, which I find to make it even more impressive in my opinion.

Few things about Wal-Mart, 1st, if you can get a job there they pay great and give managers HUGE bonuses, 2nd, it used to be a place where prices were actually lower, but now they've became expensive like everyone else. 3rd, Supercenter Wal-Marts friggin lazy, no "customer service" at all, 1000 ppl shopping 3 registers open while 10 more just empty no employees so ties in with first, yeah they pay good but less ppl get to work there for such a billion dollar in every continent company they cuz a few 15 bux an hour jobs to save money for their Ceo's and etc. Millions bonus check on top of millions salary. Theft!!!!!

I honestly don't like going into Walmart. They expect you to check yourself out. When they do have a cashier or 2 open they are slow AF. You can find pretty much anything. But they lines are ridiculous and service is slow. You can't ever find someone to help you in a section. Their pick-up takes forever to get it brought out to you, but it's better than going in.

This is a Super Wal-Mart to say the least. I have been in many Wal-Marts across the country and I have yet been in one that compares to this.Very clean and bright. Huge store with so many more options to choose from throughout all departments.Friendly, helpful associates are a bonus!

Very good store and staff was able to rectify a wrong price given twice on deli hot foods once by the food sales rep and then the supervisor at the customer service desk . But after calling back and getting ahold of a food sales rep that had been there for several years and knew all the prices did in fact charge me the correct amount . So problem was solved with a little difficulty but it was worth it because the food was very hot and good. Enjoy.

I don't care for all the self check outs. If I was getting paid that would be different. And their shopping carts almost every one of them are broken. Instead of getting new carts they just put wheels on the old carts which doesn't help the cause. By the time I'm done shopping I'm wore out from the cart pulling in one direction and I've got to fight the cart to go straight.
