WOW! I went here two days ago!!! Super fast!!!! The guys were all so kind!!!! They also tell you what you need to have done so you know!!! I got a oil change!!I got to get my radiator flushed he said soon. I'll get it done in couple weeks. Very nice staff

Just needed air as tires low with extremely cold weather and everyone was so Kind/ Friendly and helpful putting it in apparently 2 low tires! Definitely will be back for oil change and recommend them in Paris, Tennessee! Wonderful customer service

The first time I went there it was great the guys there were very friendly and I was happy with the service. I was able to get out of my truck and walk around outside while they changed my oil. I enjoy walking around and talking on my phone and having a smoke. Now you can't do that. You either stay in the car or sit in the lobby. NO walking outside the lobby. I will not be going back there for my oil changes.

I've never waited longer than 10 minutes to get my oil changed here. They're super friendly and very helpful. They go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of correctly and are up front with the pricing. Definitely recommend.

The people were super polite and professional. This place is also very convenient. You don't need an appointment and you don't even need to get out of your car. The downside is it's more expensive than what I normally pay when I get my car serviced at the Nissan dealership in Paris TN. An oil change and windshield wipers cost $105.

I was extremely happy with my service there. The staff was extremely friendly they went over everything with me make sure that I knew exactly what they were doing. It wasn't very expensive. With covid-19 on and social distancing they had me sit in the car which I didn't mind at all. I couldn't believe how fast they got my oil change done it literally blew my mind it seemed like it was over within 10 minutes of me pulling in. I highly recommend them

Great service. They got my oil changed and checked everything without an appointment. I literally pulled up, pulled in, and 10-15 minutes later, pulled out. Convenient, thorough, and explained everything they were doing. Great job!

Most impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the crew. In and out with smiles and courtesy. That goes a long way with me. Even though I have to drive farther, they are much faster. May be a little higher, not sure, but worth it as I learned some things about my auto and how to adjust settings. Thanks to the young lady for taking that extra time with me. Kudos to the entire team, keep up the good service and I shall be back.Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

One of the most friendly group of auto mechanics I've ever been in contact with. I felt fully informed the entire time and the process was very quick. They also didn't see me as a burden being the last customer on a Friday night! Overall, would highly recommend this shop!

Great service and awesome products, the staff and employees that work here are very friendly and knowledgeable, the are quick and accurate and I went in for a oil change and they test and check everything for you to give you that added piece of mind in these difficult times. Unlike most other shops they are not pushy when recommending other things your vehicle may need they ask you once and show you why it's needed and if you say no they move on. This is and has been my go to place since i purchased my new Chevy equinox.

I was not that impressed but they did their job but it seemed like they're trying to sell me stuff that I didn't need, but that's typical of most instant oil change places nowadays.

I love coming here to get my oil changed. I always get in and out pretty quickly no matter what time of day it is and the customer service reps. are always knowledgeable about the services you are due for and at explaining everything to you! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick oik change

I can't say enough good things about this place!!! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and informative! They are very thorough and let you know exactly what they are doing!!! They are honest about issues with your vehicle and will show you what they are fixing so you know exactly whats going on!!! This place when you get an oil change will check your tires, fluids and your battery, at no extra cost while you sit in your car. This will be the place for us to get our oil changed from now on. The pit crew are friendly and will service your car right. Give them a try next time your in need of an oil change, you'll be glad you did.
