Friendly and knowledgeable staff. He took his time to go over the carts with me about the pros and cons of the different varieties to help make a better informed decision. Inside is well presentable, staff is professional and the overall environment is very pleasant.

Super happy with our purchase! They were very knowledgeable about golf carts and shared how to take care of one! When we arrived and looked at the cart we noticed a piece was slightly broken. They let us choose whether to have it fixed, choose a different cart, get money taken off, or choose parts to put on the golf cart. We chose to put on a couple extras and they put them on right away. Very friendly people!

We purchased a golf cart through Rick and have purchased accessory items from his parts department. In both cases we felt as if Rick treated us with professionalism, service, honesty in doing what he says he will do, the list of pluses go on and on.Anyway this morning he blew the top off of the cake by calling us letting us know that he accidentally charged us too much for a weather cover and that he would refund us the amount of overcharge.This act really struck me as being over the top reinforcing my earlier thoughts that this is a very good place to do business!!!! My thanks to Ramco.

I bought 3 carts from another company, they slowly started to break down 1 at a time. I went looking for a replacement cart and stumbled on their lot...the rest is history. I got another cart, used, but way newer and way better. Highly recommend them
