Brought my truck in for oil change and to rotate the tires. Apparently you must bring your own tools. Mechanics state they can t rotate the tires because they don t have the proper tools. 65,000 dollar truck purchased from this dealer less than a year ago and had nothing but problems since

Have bought several vehicles from them both new and used . Have a 2022 Maverick, A 2019 Jeep Cherokee and a 2007 Jeep liberty . Just got rid of my 2015 Chevy Z71 Silverado. Will keep going back to there dealerships. Good people Good prices and Good vehicles

Shane and Joseph at Peppers CDJR made my car purchasing process a lot easier than any other dealers I have ever dealt with.They are both friendly and down to earth. Due to the fact I was purchasing a used vehicle, Shane did what he could by sending me plenty of pictures and videos, including the undercarriage. This reduced my worries and concerns prior to my 3 hour plus trip to the Peppers. When I was signing papers with Joseph, he made the whole process hassle free. We almost ran into a hiccup about sales tax from different state, but Joseph was quick to create a solution that made sure things worked out before the closure. If you are tired of other dealers playing games with you or not willing to negotiate at all. See these two guys here!

Had an issue with my truck. Jason was very helpful getting my vehicle checked out on a Saturday. Asked that they check for a manifold leak while it was at the shop. He kept me informed and updated thru the process.

This has got to be the best dealer I have ever been to. The service department is the greatest. I got the run a round from 3 other dealers called peppers and all they said was when can you bring it in. Others put you out a month or more for a simple check. I have been on a list for a year and a half at one dealer. The service department got me in in 3 days addressed everything on the truck and then some. They took the time to fix things that were not part of the original appointment. I don't care where you live, the drive to peppers is time and money well spent... If you go anywhere else , you just don't know what your missing.

Do not buy a dodge ram. We bought brand new 2 years ago. Serviced regularly as should have been. Engine blowed on it Tuesday. A employee from service dept said well it has alot of miles. The truck had 108,000 miles.

Peppers Dodge are the absolute BEST!!Jason and John in the service department are always helpful, attentive and make you feel relaxed and at home while they take care of all your vehicle needs. Billy in the parts department is always very helpful and explains everything and is amazing at keeping the orders together and getting them in a timely manner. Noel in financial services is awesome. We enjoy our experience with him every single time.Peppers Dodge in Paris Tennessee is the only place we buy our vehicles and have them worked on.A+++++

My fianc� and I inquired about a vehicle at peppers and the approval wasn t really what we wanted. We started looking elsewhere but Kyle and another guy at peppers kept trying to get us in something we wanted. They did not stop until they had us satisfied. We go in to get our new car this week and I cannot rave about peppers and Kyle enough! I appreciate everything they did and recommend them to anyone looking!

I loved that we were able to look around without having a person underfoot. I also loved the fact that when we decided we wanted to talk to someone they were readily available and could answer all questions. I was very happy with our experience with Peppers. We were in a bit of a Jam as our truck was in the shop and the part for it was gonna take months to come in as it was on national backorder. We have to have a truck to stay in business. We decided to trade vehicles as we needed one in 1 1/2 days for our business trip. They worked with us and stayed overtime and gave us a GREAT deal on a new one. Saved us a lot of money. Thanks Guys.

The best!! I trade my cars in about every 3yrs. Out of all of the dealerships I have been to this has been the best experience by far. They are so open in communicating the buying process and are extremely helpful and the service is fantastic.

No high pressure sales. We live in Ky and called to make sure they still had the vehicle before driving there and when we got there they had it pulled up and ready for us to test drive. They were helpful and kind. The environment was safe as they had all covid safety measures in place (masks, etc). I would highly recommend.

We are very satisfied with the service we received at Peppers. Our sales rep Larry was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. He did not mind answering any questions we had. Larry even came out with us after all the paper work was done to go over operation of things on vehicle. We would recommend Peppers to anyone who is looking to buying a new vehicle.

I went in for basic service since another local place told me they couldn't take care of me. Steve helped me and was absolutely great. The price was right and the job was done very quickly. They also patched a tire for me that had a nail in it. Thank you!

James and Noel were top notch - I have NEVER been to a dealership as honest, trustworthy, and friendly as Peppers and I will only buy vehicles from them in the future! No one tried to up-sell me on anything and I was even questioned on my warranty choice, because they didn't want me to have to spend money for a warranty I did not need - who does that? Honest people do - that's who!

What I like the most about our experience is we left with a truck that's gonna look amazing with all the aftermarket accessories. Super Excited!!!Also the customer service was outstanding and Noel Hatman was very great all around.
