This place is absolutely amazing!! I got a flat tire at my daughters school, and him and his wife helped me for quite some time calling all kinds of people for me and sitting here with me helping me and didn't leave me the whole time while we were trying to get this figured out. I don't know what I would of done without you guys!!! I appreciate you guys so much. You guys are a total blessing I couldn't thank you guys more!!! Place is absolutely amazing! I recommend them. Very genuine, kind and awesome people!!!!! I'd recommend them if your looking for awesome people that go out of there own way for you!!! Thank you guys!!!!!!

These guys are great. I have an old semi truck that I'm gonna get on the road. She was sitting for two years, and dug herself into the ground a bit.I called them, and they told me when they were coming. They showed up and hooked the winch hooks to the steer axle and drug the truck out.It was then that we realized that one of the brakes was locked up. They stayed there and helped me get it unstuck.They will be my first call if I ever need a tow, and I will recommend them to anyone.

I was broke down with my boat at Paris Landing. They came and towed my vehicle and my boat then fixed my vehicle so I could make it home before the worst of a snow storm hit. Above and beyond service. 5+ stars.

The best towing company ever. Steven Papaleo is great to deal with. Excellent customer service. Most reasonable prices over the others. As long as they are in business, they will be the only towing company I will use and highly recommend to everyone.

The past two times I've called for a tow truck from this place he told me he had business to take care of but he'd be right there. The first time the business was that he was taking his girlfriend out to eat. I waited three hours before he finally showed. The second time he told me it was business at home. After three hours he still hadn't showed, hadn't even called me back. I called Patterson's towing and they were there within ten minutes. O stars from me, and will not be using papaleos any more.

These guys showed up, on Easter Sunday, in a matter of minutes, and gave us a major break. It's like when you've been in a hot, summer season and then you get a breezy, cool, flowy day. That what it feels like when you find out good ppl are still out there.

I called and called and left messages but received no call back called another Towing company and they promptly responded and delivered my vehicle to me in a professional time and manner. I wanted to stay local but Papaleo was apparently to busy.
