Needed vehicle picked up from side of road and hauled to another location to be worked on. Papaleo towing were very affordable and prompt picking up vehicle and dropping off. Have also purchased tires and had them mounted and very satisfied with their Service in the past.

Good prices!! They weren't rude like everyone says very respectful. I ordered tires on Tuesday. One in the next day at 10:00. Tires were there before I got there that I had ordered new. Good service good prices

The people at Papaleos were very nice and polite, which I appreciate very much. Anyways I needed a tire for my truck so ask them if they had any that would fit ,Yes & no meaning they had a used one, but it was a 235 I needed a 215 anyways so I asked how much was a new tire(s) he gave me a price on 2 so I told him I had to talk to the boss lady ( my wife) she was he one paying, Anywho the owner I take it hooked me up with 2 new tires so thank you guys at Papaleos. So People ck'em out if you need tires .. Y'all

Great people, great prices. Got 4 tires mounted and balanced. Asked 2 other shops before them and price was 100+ for mount and balance and booked a week+ out. They got me in same day and was less than 75 bucks.

Called about a tire. Said they close at five. I got there at 4:55 and employee says they re closed. If your business hours says something. I believe you should honor

I originally posted that they were great. I am now amending the post to let you know they are rude for no reason. The lady behind the desk is the rudest person I have ever encountered. It's not the customer's fault that they don't have the proper supplies. I went to get my tire checked because it has a slow leak. I told her I need it looked at and she banged her hand on the desk and started yelling about not having patches. That ain't my fault!! I will not EVER go back to them and anyone that asks about a tire shop, I will tell them how rude they are. This is the second time they have been rude. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

Beware of this company!!! They promised me 2 tires at 80% tread for a great deal - $50 for both. Fast forward a couple months and I have need of the tires I bought from them and THEY BOTH HAVE HOLES IN THEM. Unpatchable holes. Will not be using their services again.

Papa Leo's in Paris Tennessee is an absolute joke and is not a customer service centered business.There is absolutely no question in our mind that damage was caused to our vehicle last week whether it was accidental or not does not matter we've been waiting on a call back just got off the phone with them I just simply wanted to call and talk to the owner civilly man to man to see if something could be done before I go through the court system I was not allowed to talk by the woman who answers the phone she was rude she was overbearing she lectured and was extremely arrogant.I get that you want to believe your company couldn't have possibly done anything wrong but the way that I was spoken to would usually get anybody in a customer service industry fired on the spotHey maybe I'm even wrong that's OK but at least listen to me for 5 seconds

Stopped by to get a slow leak on my tire fixed. Service was great, staff was nice, price was right as expected. Great work by the whole team!

This auto repair shop is the worst. I live in Sacramento CA and just bought my daughter a used car, I asked the shop owner to fix a few items that were needed to repair and give the car a good top to bottom once over and fix anything else they find. April, the owner told me my daughter would need to get all the parts and bring them to the shop. She told me, "Good luck finding a shop that orders the parts. " Very poor business practice.

Wouldn't put my new tires on because of the style of Rim I have. even though they have done it the two times prior with the same exact Wheels. I guess they didn't want to mess with it today. Usually not a bad place may have just been having a bad day.

Got 2 used tires off these guys. One was flat the next morning. Went back by and they said it was a faulty valve stem. They replaced it and I was on my way, no extra charge.Back again and still great service and low prices

I love getting my tires @ Papaleos. The guys there are very respectful of my time. It's more often that I am in & out within 20 minutes, quicker if I call ahead.Quality workmanship & quality tires.There's always a smile to send you on your way

I am so greatful I was able to find this crew!! They are very helpful n knowledgable and fast with quality service and products! I always mention them when someone having car trouble! The set price of $39.99 was just what I wanted to pay. Thanks guys keep up the great work. I'll be calling u soon to talk about my new car.

The place is run professionally. They communicate with you every step of the way. The mechanics work fast and are really friendly. The wark was done perfectly and in a timely manner. They got a new customer.

I wish I could give this place less than one Stars absolutely terrible not only did they put the wrong size tire on my car without even calling to ask me if it was okay they completely screwed my car up broken motor mount and refuse to take blame which is caused even more issues so now I'm not only had to pay more than what I was quoted I will be out hundreds if not thousands of dollars to repair the damage they've done I would never suggest this place to anyone I only wish I knew this before I had to fix their mistakes!!!!

Bought four new tires at a good price then found out after i got home that one of there employees had snaped off a wheel stud. When i told them about it they promptly offered to repair the damage at no charge good people.

They've moved. They are now right beside the Take me back restaraunt. I was treated extremely well. I've got nothing but excellent comments. I recommend this place to everyone.

I went there to get some used tires boys was rude and disrespectful.. When I went to have the tires put on my car one of the 2 tires I bought had a flat spot on it.. They woildnt exchange the tire for another on.. Bad service. Bad business.. I do not recommend buying from them at all.. Over priced used tires. Bad tires..

The most honest, upfront auto repair shop in Paris, TN.Was quoted $260 and $270 for a same job that was done at Papaleo Tire and Auto Repair for $60. Trustworthy, straightforward company with a fair price that do quality work.

Stupid deer ran right into my car and dented the front passenger quarter panel. This cause the wheel well lining to pop out of place and scrape my tire when my car dipped. Took my car up there' there and the lady in the office came out and looked at it and popped it up in there and sent me on my way. She rocks!
