Let me tell you, on a scale of 1-10, I'd have to give these kind people an 11 for going above and beyond - not only in the workplace, but especially for how decent they are as people. I don't trust my car with just anybody, but I trust these people to actually change an oil filter.They volunteer and they help out where they can, and I respect the heck out of that. Thank you guys! These guys are great! They'll tell ya if they can't fix it and not charge you an arm and leg to look at your car! Plus they work on older cars, unlike the dealers who won't look at something unless they can hook it up to a computer to diagnose the problem. I highly recommend Mikes Mufflers!

It was good nice people and a good place to get your car looked at when you are having car problems. They was able to set me up appointment to get my car in and got it taken care of and got my car back to driveable without it dieing on me.

I tell you this place is a scam they will brake things and then not admit to it and try to make you feel like you have no choice but to pay for them to fix it..they broke a piece on my hood that holds down the stick that holds the hood. The lady that you talk to likes to play games so she can scam you...be very cautious...I will never consider this place again.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

I wasn't charged extra labor fees for extra belts that were needed and they were able to get my van running again. Well worth the money spent. They are nice polite people. I enjoyed doing business with them. I will be returning if more work is needed.

Management and mechanics changed. Have done business for years, several vehicles. Too expensive but not many mechanics around. Liked owner.Took my vehicle back home after four months waiting on parts. They had to put it back together! Needed repairs for clutch and gas guage.Took home with speedometer not working thus no cruise and now gas tank leaks.No longer recommend. Mike needs new mechanic and quit letting his daughter run it.Sorry but truth

Mike's was a very good experience. I went in for new brakes and rotors because it was squealing. Had great conversation while I was waiting and when they were done they said I didn't need new brakes or rotors and showed me. They sprayed some stuff and fixed the problem and sent me on my way. They could have charged labor or something but they didnt . I'll definitely be back for future issues.

Mike and his crew are good guys. A bit on the loud side from time to time, but still good. Personality in this business doesn't really matter, results do! He and his staff are smart, hard-working and you always get what you pay for. I use Mike for all automotive repairs that I need and have for years. In all of the repair jobs I've had done by him over a ten year period, I've only had to take a vehicle back to him one time to fix something again. He had just worked on a intermittent squeal in my rear brakes and thought it was fixed, but, alas, it was just waiting in ambush and came back again. He literally stopped working on another vehicle, pulled his mechanic off a car he was working on and put him to work on mine. It was fixed it to mine (and most importantly,my wife's) satisfaction and didn't charge me one extra dime even though the repair required two new parts and a couple of hours of labor. Point being, once he fixes something, it stays fixed and in the rare instance it doesn't, he will make SURE it gets fixed! I'm not talking about just exhaust systems either. He fixes every car problem for me. Another thing I like about him: He's brutally honest so don't go in there expecting him to coddle you and make you feel better about your dead or dying vehicle! If it can't be fixed or isn't worth the time and money it will take to fix, he's going to try to convince you to let your car die a peaceful death, LOL! Oh, sure, you can take your car somewhere else and let them try, but I've never caught him in the wrong about a car problem and all you will have done is waste your money. Take your car to him and if it can be fixed, it will be. He's not the cheapest in town, but in my humble opinion, he's one of the best. Bottom line, he's experienced, knowledgeable, honest, and fair in his business practice and that's good enough for me!

I'd give a ZERO star if it let me...That smart mouth girl doing all the "CUSTOMER SERVICE"...well, I hope Mike corrects that b4, when he's not there, she runs off all his business...My family use to take OUR stuff up there....spent thousands of dollars.....NEVER AGAIN!!!An if you people value quality work, wrong place!!If you people are expecting reasonable pricing....WRONG PLACEAn if you expect CUSTOMER SERVICE.....good luck with that, WRONG PLACE!!!All this over a 750.00 dollar front end job that caused me to have my vehicle break down, have to be towed(at my expense), an sit from July 3 2019, till July 8th 2019...cause they was vacationing....i would have been too....but if you don't tighten bolts....well they fall out, lock up your front tire, eat up inside of your rim, an eats up the new caliper that's stuck in the rim....Their fix to this, put another bolt in it....never asked what my tow bill was, where it happened or if anyone was hurt... just that my truck had rust an pretty much that was the cause of the cancellation, an tow of my 4th of July!!It was all recorded on my GO-PRO....an what Mike's daughter said...An so now the trucks been repaired by another shop, an all pictures was taken...AND TURNED INTO OUR FAMILY ATTORNEY!!So.....if you want shoddy work, for premium prices, an a smart mouth hood rat as a customer service representative, we'll then, MIKES MUFFLERS is were to go!!!I also posted some pictures of what was left out an what caused this all to happen..check them out..the rim damage ,an the damage to the caliper was taking by our attorney, an of course with the wheel being locked up, an the truck jerking so hard , it had to be aligned, plus balanced, due to how much the rim was chewed up....but again..THE CUSTOMER SERVICE said just needed a bolt put it....i paid 749.87 for all new stuff...their negligence, well...now I'm gonna get all my stuff back like it was, an what new parts I paid for!!! If MOUTH, would've handle this in a professional manner, instead of "straight out the trailer park", this didnt have to go this way. So before you end up like this...broke down, getting towed , stranded, cancelling reservations, losing deposits..an dealing with the MOUTH up their, an have to hire a attorney, an have a court date!!!....... GO see Joe & Jerrys... West Tire.... anywhere but that place!!!

I had an appointment st 2 last Thursday for an oil change. I arrived at 2. They said they were behind and it would be close to 3. I went to Victory. Why bother setting appointments when you are so disorganized?
