I just want to give a big shout out to everyone at Bruce s! They went above and beyond. They were quick and precise. When I got my car back it looked like it never even happened. This is by far the BEST shop I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The whole team goes above and beyond. They are up front and honest which in today's world is a unicorn. I recommend them, even if you have to drive a few hours. Their knowledge, efforts and customer service are all well worth it!!!

Had an excellent experience at Bruce's. Took in a car for a bumper repair, and the group was kind, prepared, and gave my car back better than they found it. Would recommend to anyone with repair needs.

Bruces body shop is the best in the business. Dillon and Olivia are very nice people who always put the customer first! They are always very thorough and always on time! I ve had my truck worked on multiple times with them and been 100% satisfied every time. Incredibly nice people, lots of communication through the repair process and they worked with my insurance no problem! Even took out some smaller dents that weren't on the quote for no charge.Highly recommend

I was very satisfied with the work done to replace the front bumper on my car. The paint matches perfectly to the rest of my car and it looks like a brand new one. Dillon and staff were great! My less than 3 month old Camry sustained damage when a tree fell across my garage, damaging the hood. I was more than happy with the results. Even had the guy that did my striping in to replace it!Service: PaintingService: Painting

I highly recommend Bruce s body shop! You can tell they take pride in their business. The building, shop, and surrounding parts of the business are neat and clean. Doesn t look like a place for old cars to die. They were thorough with their estimate and worked well with my insurance. I dropped my vehicle off on a Wednesday for body work due to hitting a deer and it was ready for pick up the following Tuesday. My vehicle looked brand new and was cleaned thoroughly to boot! Bruce's is absolutely fantastic! I would never take my car to another body shop. They've dealt with two of our vehicles, they've always been polite,helpful and knowledgeable. I'd never trust anyone else with my vehicles!

My daughter and family came down from Ohio for spring break. While here I decided to get her windshield replaced. They did a great job and I plan on using Bruce's for all my body shop needs in the future.

Hit a deer! After contacting my insurance they had me in in no time and only took a few days to fix it. They helped me get a rental car that day and had the car washed and looking brand new when I picked it up! Highly recommend! Good people! Great service!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.I had work done from another Body Shop due to the other parties insurance.Both Olivia at the front and Dillon were willing to take the time to look over the issues with me.If I could go back I would've taken it to Bruce's.

I ve taken 3 cars to Bruce s over the past several years. It has always been a pleasant experience. They are quick and their quality is second to none. The best part is their honesty. My wife s grandfather had black marks on his hood. Two other body shops in Paris said the hood needed repainting and gave him an expensive quote. Troy and Dillon went out and buffed the markings off the hood in the parking lot free of charge. And it looked better than new! I ll only take my cars to Bruce s and no where else. You won t find a more honest place of business!

Bruce's does excellent work. We were scheduled in a reasonable amount of time, the work was completed on time, and we were kept informed of the progress and any potential delays. I just want to thank Dillon and his shop for being so helpful. They fixed my car when I hit a deer and it looks like a brand new car!!! They did an amazing job and their customer service is amazing. They helped me when they didnt have to and for that I am extremely thankful. I don't know what I would have done without their help!!!!! Thank you so much and I'll definitely be recommending y'all to anyone and everyone!!! Y'all truly care about your customers, thank you Dillon.

I've opted to use Bruce's twice in the past few years and I've been very, very happy each time. They're friendly, professional, courteous, and good at their job. The paint and trim work is exception; same for the body work. I hope I don't have to use them again, but I would gladly do so if my vehicle needed work.
