I do not recommend going there!! I got my truck windows tinted and asked them to match the back windows and they do not match at all.They also broke my window button and the door handle and lied and said it was that when it came in, which I know it was not. They also told me since they would be matching the back that they would be tinting the fronts and the windshield and when I went to pay they charged me for all 5. They also had left a stain on my headliner and left a mess all over my doors. They had very terrible service and were very rude and dishonest people. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!

Had a great experience today with him. My electric Aries step up for my bronco has quit working. I ask Tim to see if he could order a module for it. He said he could but it would be 400-500 dollars but he said he would check first and see if it was under warranty which when he called the company it was , they are sending a new one at no charge. Tim went above and beyond and didn t have to do that. Could have just sold me a new module Auto Trim has definitely gained a new customer. Very appreciative

BEWARE!!!!!!My husband took our truck to have a speaker installed. We got the truck home and parked it. The next time my husband went to start it, it wouldn t start as if the battery was dead so we called the Chevy dealership and had to have it towed because we couldn t even get inside and it s a brand new truck. After they towed it to the shop and figured it out we ended up with a big tow bill and fee for fixing it turns out they said whoever put the speaker in didn t connect the battery back which caused the problem. My husband called to inform them of the issues after having to pay the towing and invoice out of pocket and all the guy could do is argue with him and was very rude !!!!

Nasty and out of touch. Show room is a joke. Owner is so independent that he thinks you own him something like your business. Never again. Also don't trust his warranty work .

Horrible service and work! Also lied to my buddy about them breaking the pieces and they charged him for tinting windows they said they weren t going to. Never take your vehicles here. My buddy is contacting the Better Business Bureau about what happened!

Horrible!!!!Had my truck 2 times for a total of 3 months and never fixed the problem . They kept ordering the wrong parts so I ordered the correct parts and they still didn't fix it , they actually broke more than they fixed then acted like they did me a favor .

They fixed my problem but all my panels that had to be removed were not put back properly. The employee who I spoke to over the phone said what I wanted installed would be installed and when I picked my truck up, the person at the counter said his manager said what I wanted installed was not installed becuase it could be done from my headunit settings (It can t be done on the settings without extreme distortion and clipping). Wouldn t recommend for car audio, maybe they do a better job with their other services.

So impressed by this company, I was paying to install my speakers when they were installing they found the problem fixed it and never charged me for the time. They seem to believe in there customer service over money.

Do not go here, worse nightmare. Owner very rude. Made a mess of our windshield and wrecked our motorhome..definitely not RV specialists like we were told.

Had a stereo installed yesterday 04/07/2021. Stereo, backup camera, Sirius XM, and steering remote. They did an excellent job. Looks great, sounds great, and no visible wires. Excellent place to go. Friendly and answered all questions. Will be back for more stuff. And also they tinted my wife's car windows-Perfect.

My Jeep needed new tires and a new windshield. They had the tires I wanted and the windshield in stock. Was fast and did a great job. My Gwen looks great with her new specks and hiking boots on. To top off the great service it was the lowest price and we only had to go to one place. Great Job Guys!

After Having After Market Speakers Installed By Mickie Shorr Up In Michigan, My Passenger Front Speaker Stopped Working .. I Took My Vehicle Into Auto Trim To Fix The Problem, The Technician Found That They Installed The Wrong Moduler, Which He Replaced With The Correct One !!!Nice Job & Very Pleased.

I have been using Auto Trim and Design for many years rather it be tint for all my vehicle's or more suspension for my truck to audio equipment. You do not have to worry just ask and it will be done and done right so that all I can say. If you need something done to your ride they are the ones to handle it.

Had a back-up camera and LED lights installed in my car. I drove over from Murray to get it done and encountered VERY professional service and an excellent product. I believe the owner of the store helped me and he was great.

If I could give it negative 5 stars I would .I took my car here to install my amp and car stereo correctly cuz it keep cutting out they actually did fix that but took my fuse blocks out and the zero gauge I had sitting in there all my trim was not properly put back on and now when I remotely start my car my speakers start going off and i can here my exhaust through my speakers .... awfull place I wouldn't recommend to anyone ......and I was told it would only be 185 and then when I get back ready to pay I got charged 246

Had them do a spray in bed liner for my truck and not only is it so thin you can see the paint through it. But also who ever was scuffing the bed down to get the liner to stick also decided to take the sander and do the back side of my cab as well. And when I said something to the owner he told me I didnt know what I was looking at and it was just wax. I work in a body shop for the last 4 years, I would like to think I could tell the difference especially when you can see bare metal. So If you value your vehicle do your self a favor and take it to somewhere that actually knows what they are doing.

They did a great job on my tint, but the owner quoted me one price, left for lunch, then an associate gave me another price. My appointment was at 8am and employees weren't even coming in until 20m after and I was there until 12:30p

Wouldn't recommend to someone with a nice car.. my cars front end wasnt even snapped back into place correctly had to go pay someone else to snap it all back together correctly.. If their was an option to rate them a zero star I would.....

Knowledgeable peoples working for you. Probably could of said something different but really where can you fine people that listen to your needs at a affordable price. I like the employees and the owner. Fact they care just like I care how I treat peoples.

Took my wife's escalade up there after trying another shop . Had factory bose system which everyone said I could not put a aftermarket radio in . He got it installed and sounds amazing . Was very affordable . They will be doing all my work from now on

I dropped my car off on a Monday morning to get a stereo put in called them back on a Wednesday Tim told me my key s wasn t working but it was working jus fine when I left they moved the car from one place to another got out locked the doors and the key fob wasn t working anymore I had to call someone to reprogram my key fob and pay for it myself cause Tim said it wasn t his responsibility to fix it even tho it was in his possession and he was very rude with me about it told me to pick my car up and take it elsewhere mind you they didn t do no work on it and kelp it for a week didn t even contact me to let me kno there was a problem I would not recommend Autotrim to nobody The owner Tim is very rude and not professional..

I went for a simple ground wire. They pulled my capacitor without asking me. When I found out I asked about it and was told "bring it back in if you have a problem." We'll I had a problem but they wanted me to PAY for putting it back in. THEY SUCK. WORST AUDIO INSTALLATION SERVICE ANYWHERE AROUND IN MY OPINION.
