Ordered a windshield a week ago. I go in on my appointment day and they have not received it. They ask me to come in the next morning and they tell me it's there and 30 minutes later tell me it's not there. They had too many excuses. They wanted me to come in again on the next day. I decided to go with Jack Morris at that point. I was not traveling an hour one way for a 3rd day in a row. The owner wouldn't even let me explain why I was upset. Just said that we were past the first day. If it wasn't ordered, just admit it and listen to your customers. Just lost me and my family as customers.

If I could give this place a minus 15 I would. Do NOT go here. They were supposed to be Rv windshield specialist and they wrecked my $160,000 motorhome because they didn't set the brake and it rolled down the hill and across the road and hit a electric pole. It demolished the back end and landed on top and took out one air conditioner and caused all kinds of problems with the roof. Then when they put the windshield in its cracked in 2 spots and you can put your finger thru the cracks. Plus they didn't cover it up and had a rain storm and the damage from the wreck caused it to be flooded. It's an absolute mess and he is saying it's not his fault and won't provide us with his insurance. Again I would Never go here again!

These guys have tinted the windows of my last three trucks and everytime did an awesome job. This time they also did a bed cover which we're very pleased with.

On time and a very reasonable price to replace my windshield, I would highly recommend this place. Very friendly staff and excellent service
