This was one of the most fun and exciting buys I have ever had. Mr. Tim was very honest and upfront about all the questions and I'm sure there was plenty. He directed me to the best place to get my loan and beat prices on insurance. Really great find. Great atmosphere. This is not the average used car dealership. Thanks for all of the support and help from them today.

Called to ask about a vehicle and they acted like they didn't know where It was. Then when they found what lot it was on they said they had 2 others interested first pays gets it. Car has sat on their lots for over 6 months. It was over priced. I asked if they were firm because the car booked for less and i have cash. Was told that book value don't matter. Wanted me to pay before i even seen the car as it was on another lot. Don't recommend. Rude and not willing to work with anyone.

Just bought a Kia from here. It was professional and kind. He gave me a great deal on it and did everything he could to make sure I left with the car satisfied. It s got to be the best car dealership ever dealt with.

I went to look at cars there and I told them my price range and he said he would have a vehicle and when he called about them having a car for me, I went over there and when I got there he had a small car and it was smoking and then I looked at the exhaust and it had oil coming out of the exhaust. I went in the office to let him know and ask if he had any more I could look at and he never acknowledged or even looked up to make eye contact

Customer service was absolutely incredible. Was helped thoroughly in a timely manner. Mr Tim was very polite and helpful on providing answers to our questions and doing everything he could possibly do to help us financially in any way possible. Great place to get your next vehicle. I promise you WONT regret it

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent purchase from Allen s Auto Sales in Paris, TN. I purchased a vehicle that, from the outset, was dangerous to drive. Despite assurances from your sales team that the vehicle was in good condition and had been fully checked, I soon discovered that this was not the case.The vehicle had multiple safety issues and defects that could have put my life, and the lives of others, at risk. When I discovered these issues and brought them to your attention, your dealer admitted to not checking the vehicles and that he had sold the car as-is. This was absolutely unacceptable and it is clear that safety is not a priority for your dealership.Although you attempted to remedy the situation, I was appalled by the fact that you still tried to sell me another vehicle even after admitting that the previous one was in such a dangerous condition. And to make matters worse, the financing offered to me had an interest rate of almost 50% and was double the KBB value.I am deeply disappointed in my experience with Allen s Auto Sales, and I would not recommend your dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Your lack of regard for customer safety and satisfaction is unacceptable, and I would strongly urge you to revise your internal policies and procedures before continuing to sell vehicles to unsuspecting customers.This happened to my Son.. Beware!

Sold a car to a friend that he admits he had not had inspected. Brought it to our shop to inspect after the guy ensured him it was his only desire to make sure my friends family was safe on the roads, only to find out that the entire frame was rusted out of it. The entire body was beginning to flex outward due to the lack of any frame that was able to sustain the vehicle. If you go here, make sure to have the vehicles inspected at a shop before you agree to buy anything. If they don't want you to have it inspected, I'd run, not walk,far away from this place.

I have bought 4 vehicles from Allen s most recent being from Paris lot! I am extremely pleased as I have been with all the others I have bought. Cars are sold with warranty which is awesome cause with used cars you never really know. out of the 4 I have bought have never had to use warranty and have had no issues at all with the cars. Currently have 2 one I have had 2 years I just traded in one I bought from him 3 years ago to upgrade and make room for grandbabies. If you want to take it by somewhere have it checked out before you buy it he don t mind. I highly recommend this business
