I purchased my tires elsewhere but needed them mounted and balanced. So I called and they fit me in that day! I asked for an alignment as well. These are very honest people because they didn t upsell me an alignment that I didn t need. Instead they checked the alignment and gave me a print out that it was in spec and saved me some money! I ll definitely be doing more business with this location in the future.

I really appreciate you guys for taking care of my tire today. I had a nail in my tire, it was fairly new (less than a year old) I came in to have it repaired and I was informed they wouldn t be able to repair it. Not that big of a deal I totally understand. You guys had to keep my car over night so you could order a cooper tire for me since y all don t keep them in stock. Thank you so much, it is a huge blessing.

We had such an amazing experience! My 2 back tires blew right down the road from their shop while me and my step daughter were heading home (to Ga) & these guys took amazing care of us! They got me a wonderful deal on tires, roadside hazard coverage, stayed over on their Saturday to make sure we got back on the road safely. Zakk & Bryce both showed such wonderful customer service and care. Along with the other teammates working behind the scene! So thankful for their kindness and help.

Probably the worst experience I've had from a tire installer. I was debating on whether to get new tires at Sam's or Tire Discounters. Both were about the same price. Sam's was about $150 cheaper but Tire Discounters offered free front end alignment and I thought it would be easier to get everything done at one place. I will give them 5 stars on courteousness and promptness, but the installation process kind of diminished that rating.I've had tires put on at Sam's, rotated and balanced many times and never had a wheel damaged. I took my truck into Tire Discounters with the chrome wheels still looking almost like new and brought it back home with all 4 wheels chipped, badly. The main reasons I went with Tire Discounters were I thought they would do a little better job with the chrome wheels and the front end alignment, getting everything in one place.I took the truck back to Tire Discounters to show them the damage and they were apologetic and said chrome wheels with some age will chip. If this is the case, wouldn't you think they would be a little more careful on the install? The manager was nice, he offered me compensation by offering a free service. Which I declined, because regardless of the compensation, I would still have 4 damaged wheels and I didn't need anything. He then told me there wasn't anything he could do and if I found a solution they'd be glad to help. Unfortunately, short of replacing them or replating them, there's not really a solution.I'm posting this so you can make your own educated decision. Consider the risk vs. benefit. Consider the benefit of having your tires rotated and balanced for free, which is pretty common for all companies and getting a free front end alignment versus the risk of coming away with damaged wheels, which are very expensive to replace or fix. If you have nice wheels, I'd probably steer away from this company. Hindsight is 20/20, if I had it to do all over again. I would have gone somewhere else, so maybe you can learn from my experience and save yourself some grief. It should be obvious that I won't be going back there or any Tire discounter for the free rotation and balance. I'll go back to Sam's and pay for it. This all comes back to the risk factor. It's not worth the risk of them doing anymore damage to my wheels.Hayden, the area manager contacted me quickly after I posted my review and offered to send me to Premier Wheel Restoration in Rossville for them to look at my wheels to see if they could repair them so it wouldn't look as damaged. Premier Wheel Restoration did a great job. He said I would always know it was there but it would be almost impossible for anyone else to tell and he was right. The wheels look real good and it doesn't hit you in the face every time you get in the truck. Thank you Premier Wheel Restoration for the fix. In the end, Tire discounters handled the situation the best they could and paid for the repair.

Extremely happy with the service I received today. The dealer gave me a great deal on tires, provided an Uber or Lyft to take me home while I waited, which was helpful because I wasn t feeling well, then sent an Uber to pick me up after the work was done. I can t testify about the tire quality yet but your customer service can t be beat!

I made an appt at 1130 for tire rotation and balance. I was told a little over a hour. Came back at 2 and was told they had 1 more car in front of me. If you have all day to wait, it's a great place. Nice people, they are just slow.

The entire staff which included Bryce & Zakk, are professional & polite. I have been in professional sales for over 40 & I am constantly amazed how customers are treated with so little regard by many younger customer service staffs. I dropped off our work van on Monday am, we had an appointment so it was no surprise. We actually had the front brakes replaced just a couple weeks before and had told them we would bring it back for the rear brakes. We were were told on Monday afternoon that the parts would be in on Tuesday at 8. It would be ready by 11 am. By Tuesday afternoon we were told the tech was off that day, and he was being called in to work on it. By 3 o'clock we were told that he would stay late to finish the job but the calipers were bad and it was going to cost 500$or more additionallly. It would be ready to pick up by 8 amWednesday am we called to pick up the van and we are now being told the parts didn't come in till this morning and it should be done by noon.This isn't our first time using this company, it is the first time we have been lied to and so much smoke blown.This van has appointments that must be met and every day it is down we are losing money and the cost is going up. We purposefully planned to have it fixed now due to our schedule was free on Monday, I made the appointment in time for them to get parts in... this is not good business on tire discounters part, causing us to reschedule and work 12 hour days to get caught up..

I visited TireDiscounters on Mountain View Rd-Ooltewah for the first time. I needed a low beam light bulb installed-they were very prompt in getting the job done and No Charge! I was stunned by that statement. I was close to scheduling an oil change before I left town and was considering buying tires. I talked to Zakk about tire choices for a 2016 car with 134,000 miles. He showed me their prices for all brands he also mentioned if I bought 4 tires I would get a free oil change, alignment & balancing. The story just gets better- they could do this immediately while I was there.Time is precious for everyone plus I felt that he listened to my concerns making this purchase. I highly recommend this business- you owe yourself a trip there to experience Great Customer Service! I will be back for more servicing appointments. JP

I have purchased 3 sets of tires from Tire Discounters in Ooltewah but that will be my last. Two weeks ago I found a screw in my RR tire on my gladiator in which I purchased the tire from here. I stopped in an made an appointment to get it repaired and the tire rotated. I went for my appointment and was told they were too busy to do the job so I rescheduled for this past Monday. When I showed up to my appointment I was told they only had one tire man so I rescheduled for yesterday when they opened at 8 am. I arrived when they opened at 8 and was 3rd in line. I had confirmed with the manager that I had the appointment and it was for tire repair and rotation. At 9 am he pulled my truck in front of one of the bay doors and had my tire removed and supposedly repaired. Then he drove my truck to the front of the store and told me i was ready to go. I asked him if they were going to rotate my tires and he informed me it wasn t on my ticket. About that time the manager came in and told my it wasn t in the computer for the rotation. I informed the 2 of them that it was bad customer service in which they responded they would pull in and rotate them. I declined because I had been misled after 3 appointments and they still had not done the work. I will not give them my money for tires any longer since they don t provide service after the sale. After they get your money they put you on the back burner for service. Bad management and business practices.

The service, price and quality of work is great. Really thankful for the team that even right at closing changed my battery for me so I wasn't stuck. Highly recommend and appreciate how kind everyone is. The service manager went above and beyond to fit me in and ensure I was safe. Thank you!

I ve been coming to TD Ooltewah for several years now and should ve rated them a long time ago, I would give them 10 stars if I could! The whole team, and especially a huge shout out to Zakk, have earned our trust and business thoroughly! Their dedication to customer service is second to none and they go way above and beyond any expectation, every time I visit! We have needed them for tires, oil changes, brakes, tire repairs, and have checked on several other things for us, and have been absolutely great every time! Will continue to use this location and I highly recommend!!

Ive come to this location a couple of times now and damn is their service superior to any other tire shop. Might I add that Zachary up front is a saint. He is the kindest and provides THE BEST service I have ever received. If any other shop has left a bad taste in your mouth, I highly recommend visiting this location for a change.

AVOID! I used to go to Tire Discounters to replace my tires, and for that, they were great. But unfortunately, when I went back to get my AC looked at, they said I needed the most expensive repair possible, and it was going to cost 2k. That sounded fishy, so I went to Express Oil Change off Gunbarrel and they simply recharged my AC. After having a different mechanic look at it, all it needed was a $8 valve stem replaced. So if you re looking for honest work at a fair price, DO NOT go here!

I received excellent and timely customer service from Zakk, who was very professional, and assisted me with my purchase personally. Zakk took care of every part of my service request personally, even though he was also assisting other customers at the same time. I was pleased with my purchase and customer experience and highly recommend TireDiscounters in Ooltewah.

Called the store 30 minutes before they closed about my wife s tire having a nail and losing air. Matt was very understanding and told my wife to come directly to them so that they could fix it, no matter the time. Matt s team was very courteous and relieved our stress under a tight timeline. We were extremely impressed and will continue to do business with Tire Dicounters.

I had them put Cooper Discoverer road and trail AT tires on my 1021 Titan. They did a grest job and those are by far the best tires I have ever had put on a truck. They are always very friendly, professional and great priced.

Very helpful! My cars battery died before i could get to the workshop. They still saw me AND got me a new battery along with fixing what was wrong in a swift amount of time! Got me to my next appointment on time! Thank you!

Service was great! I dropped my wife s car off around 9:00 for oil and filter and tire rotation and balance. Called around 2:00 to let me know car was ready. Zakk was courteous, professional and personable. This is my main service shop for oil change, tire rotation and tires. Would highly recommend this location and also Lee Highway.

Zakk, the assistant manager went above and beyond in every category. I ve never seen better customer service in my 57 years. This man deserves a promotion or a raise. I was stunned at his customer service skills, and how much he cared. Tire Discounters has earned my business. I can t speak loud enough about how nice these people are and the great job they do I wish all businesses were like them you just don t find customer service at this anymore.

The full lot and busy environment tells you everything you need to know - people trust this place, and for good reason. They were able to repair a tire several other shops refused to work on due to the presence of sound dampening foam in the tire. They were fast, courteous, and professional. The gentleman working the counter, Matt, was especially professional in the face of several customers who were needlessly rude to him. I will visit this store again soon to purchase a set of 4 tires. Thank you!

Just over a week ago I took my car for a tire rotation. The employees were diligent in informing me that I also had a gash on one of my tires and recommend getting it replaced asap. I had additional questions and considered different options. Matt and Zach were both great at communicating the information I needed to fix this issue. In fact, I ended up replacing all four tires since my former tires would need to be replaced within the next year anyway. I even got a discount, which as a college student, I was grateful for. Although it took longer than expected to have those services done, you can't beat their customer service and accommodations. Thanks guys!

I was very impressed with the customer service from this Ooltewah Tire Discounters. Everyone I spoke with was kind and attentive to me and the other customers in the store. The store was very clean and has a nice waiting area. They balanced my tires in a timely manner and even found some things that were contributing to a vibration my car was having. If you re looking for nice, courteous and knowledgeable staff then take a visit to Ooltewah Tire Discounters.

Excellent experience! I talked to Jon several times on the phone before scheduling an appointment and he was very courteous each time we spoke. He was very helpful and influenced my decision to use this business. While I was waiting, I observed a customer asking Zack the same set of questions over and over about her simple tire repair. This went on for at least 10 minutes. Though obviously very busy, Zack took the time to sit with this lady and answer her many questions. This is a business I will use again not only for the good service I received but also for the outstanding customer service of it's employees.

Knocked it out of the park! Went to tire Discounters to have a set of Michelin Defender tires installed after personally installing a 2.5" lift on my 2016 Nissan Frontier. After installing the tires, the most important part of the process (my opinion) is ensuring proper alignment especially after I installed the lift kit. I've had alignments performed throughout my life at a variety of shops that were decent at best and much of the time sub par either from not centering the steering wheel properly or an overall poor alignment. However, Pruitt, at my local Tire Discounters nailed it! He took the time time to dial in my alignment perfectly! He recognized that I needed camber adjusters to be installed (inexpensive components) to perform the job correctly and to get all four tires tracking perfectly. Once I gave the go ahead to install these adjusters, he took the time to ensure my steering wheel was perfectly straight and that the camber and tow were set correctly. My truck is driving and steering wonderfully and trust me, I'm very particular about the quality. Great job Pruitt! and thanks again for delivering a great service!
