This is my experience with Quest Collison Center you should try them too.My car was unfortunately backed into by one of my station fellow fire fighters one night evening while I was in training.I still don't know how they tore it up the back bumper so bad the car frame was showing but Quest Collison Center made it look like it never happened.I have spoken to pretty much everyone in the office like Sarah who answers the phone most of the time to the owner who was nothing but top notch. It is very rare to find a business with such high ratings but I can tell you from experience they are the best of the best with ratings to prove it.I had them take out the rock Chips and bumper scrapes on the front bumper and hood as well while it was there too. My looks brand new and not 6 six years old anymore. They blended the color so evenly into the side panels you can not even tell it was done.They also have a good relationship with Enterprise Rent A Car that will pick you up and you can drop the rental off at Quest taking your car home. That's a pretty sweet deal right there.I just wanted to say Thank You to all the staff and people involved at Quest Collison Center for the great experience and new car to drive again.I highly recommend this business and wouldn't take my car anywhere else.Tell them I sent you

Having had some bad experiences with body shops before when I saw that Quest Collision had such a high rating I was hopeful, unfortunately It was another pretty bad experience. First the communication from the shop was zero, I had to reach out and contact them for any updates and status on my vehicle which was really irritating. Second the shop took just about 2 months on a front end damage, again no communication from them during this time besides the few times I would call and which I was then told they were waiting on parts on waiting on my insurance. Third the quality of work is rather poor they left my front bumper misaligned and "Lost" 2 high power led bulbs which cost $14 each. I had spoke with them about getting my bumper aligned and bulbs replaced which they were happy to make an appointment for BUT then canceled last minute just before I got there saying that they didn't have the right part ordered and will contact me when they did, that was over a month ago and still haven't heard a peep from them. I would say the only good thing about this is that they mostly used OEM parts on the repair.I would strongly recommend finding another bodyshop if you value your time and vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

I hired Quest Collision to repair my car. After two years the paint started peeling and they are refusing to fix it. They are telling me that my car has been hit again and that is why it s peeling. The car has not been hit again, there are no dents and no hairline cracks in the paint which you would expect to see if the bumper had been bent in. Furthermore I ve had three other professional body shops confirm that the paint is peeling due to bad prep. I don t mind mistakes so long as there is integrity to fix the mistake. I would never do business with a shop that lacks integrity.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great, fast service, friendly staff, and fair price. They were a delight to work with through insurance and did a great job repairing our entire front bumper while even going above and beyond to make it look sparkling. I would definitely recommend this place for any of your repair needs!!

We had a door needing to be fixed. It was. Looks good. But their communication abilities are severely lacking! We had 30 days worth of rental, it took 26 days. We were supposed to pick up the car the day before, no call, no explanation. Communicate with customers! Answer your phones!

After going to several body shops and none of the other body shop was even call me back I was paying cash I went to quest they had an estimate in 15 minutes got me in and had me back on the road in a few days I wouldn t use anybody else in the Chattanooga Cleveland areaServices: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Hello everyone, I want to warn everyone that is interested in using this company.I can t tell how good the work they do but there scheduling is awful.I called August 23rd 2022 to schedule a collision repair. I sent an email with what the insurance company gave me and I was instructed to bring my car in October 17th 2022. I called to confirm my appointment today September 14th 2022 and they could not find me in there system. Now they are booked out to mid November and claimed I did not book the October appointment.I would advise to not use this company due to poor management of appointments. They had no intentions of assisting me with my issue.Say no to Quest Collision

Quest Collision did a great job fixing up my car in a short amount of time. The turnaround that they quoted me was accurate, and they even finished my repair sooner than expected. I was recently on the receiving end of a hit and run and brought my car here based on these reviews. Quest lived up to the hype. They stayed in contact with me throughout the repair process and made sure everything was done right. I highly recommend to anyone who values high quality work and customer service.

Gene and his crew are the best. They consistently turn out a great product. In a very competitive market Quest is a mile ahead of the rest. Locally owned and operated, support local! I've known Gene for a couple of decades and I've watched his business grow like Jack and the Beanstalk! There ain't no magic beans, but Gene is definitely the Giant!

When I put my RAV4 in this shop I asked for a referral to a cleaning and detailing place for after the body work was done. I went to pick up the vehicle this morning and, in addition to perfectly done body and paint work, they had at no additional charge made the interior look brand new again.For the past year I have used my car on a construction site, hauling everything from concrete blocks to straw, lumber to plumbing parts. Add in the inch of dog hair from my 4-legged companion and this was no easy cleaning job.Kelly was knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done a day and a half ahead of schedule. Between the shorter rental time on the Enterprise car, not having to pay for a separate cleaning and the fact that Quest was already nearly 10% under my other quote, I figure I saved at least $300.This was my first time there, and I will definitely use them in the future.

Quest did body work on my escalade & I m very pleased to say the least. My escalade is the white diamond (pearl) and it s very hard to match that color but they did perfect. Gene was very professional with everything. I d highly recommend them if you need any body work done. They are also very reasonable on pricing. We own 6 vehicles & will be taking our business to Gene any time we ever need body work done on any of our vehicles!!!

An absolutely fantastic business!! They did an amazing job on my car, went over and above to be a blessing to me! I actually ended up calling them a 2nd time to help me with another issue and they were TERRIFIC!!! Amazing integrity and customer service! I can NOT SAY ENOUGH!! I am super grateful for Quest Collision!!

Quest not only did a fabulous job fixing my car, they actually came and picked it up and delivered it. No stress! Plus, they are lightening quick. I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough. They are the best.

I have used Quest Collison several times over the years including this week of Oct 5, 2020. Their work is excellent! Quest does exactly what they tell you and take no shortcuts. They are professional and treat you with respect. The owner is honest and will see that you are satisfied.

Quest Collision is the best collision company have I ever dealt with. The staff was very professional and caring. They took care of everything when my son was in an accident. I would give them more stars if I could.

Gene Bookout gave me a fair estimate and had my son's totaled car ready in about 7 days maybe less. Insurance totaled it only because car is no longer in production so parts were expensive. Gene took the time to find used parts where no one would or could and now it looks great again. Side note: moms and dads of daughters at OHS. Don't worry, My son is a good driver. A tree fell on his car while it was parked. I digress: Call Gene at Quest Collision Center in Ooltewah. He'll treat you right!

Our 2022 Kia K5 was taken here for a new fender and alignment. The paint job was mediocre. There are three particle specs in the paint.
