Very nice people but not so nice quality of work. We have a 15 Ford Fusion that was sent in on an insurance claim from hitting a deer. My main complaint is the paint job is not very good. They replaced the front bumper and various parts behind it, the hood, and front right quarter panel. The paint has little specs in it everywhere like the paint was dirty when they applied the clear coat. Around the edges of the bumper there is an excess amount of paint that has allowed the paint to chip off and reveal the plastic underneath around the edges. When I received the car I drove it home and noticed very excessive orange peel and overspray over the whole car. I had to use a clay bar to remove the overspray my biggest complaint is the orange peel. It s bad enough that it is almost identical to an actual orange peel. The paint used to have a very glossy and clear finish. Now it is duller and has a muddy finish which I attribute to the lack of clarity cause by the excessive orange peel. I expected the paint to be close to or the same as factory quality.All this tells me they rushed and did not take the time to all the panel prep they needed to insure a flawless finish. One thing they did do right is they paint matched perfectly. There is no difference between the shades of original and new paint. It s such a shame nothing else was done with the same level of detail. To add to this the panel gaps on the hood are juristically different. The left panel gap is noticeably larger than the right side of the hood. The worst part is they charged $8,000 dollars to repair the car. For $8,000 dollars I expect only the best quality. If I had to pay out of pocket I would have brought the car back to be repaired properly. I don t like to write a negative review especially to a shop with nice respectful people but the truth must be said.

Wonderfull peaple . I was on the road again in my rental car in 10 minutes. They kept me updated on the status of my car . When I went to pick it up it looked like new again.when I opened the door they had cleaned and detailed the whole inside smelled like the day I got if from the dealer . I am very happy . I will never think about going to any other bodyshop. Thank you very much "Custom Greg's"you all are Awesome ...

Absolutely loved this place. Excellent customer service and they did a great job on my son s car after he hit a deer. I m out of state but the insurance is in my name. They helped tremendously keeping in touch with me and the insurance.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Went for alignment .The mechanic spent as much time as possible to finally get it right after 2 other places failed.It really is near perfect after.92 Ford explorer 2wd.

Place is a rip off. Went in to get an alignment and they pulled it in I asjed how much and it was around 200$. So I told them no abd they pulled my car back out and then told me to pay them 44$. My car wasnt serviced or touched and sat in thier garage fpr less than 5 minutes. People are big dirty CROOKS.

Friendly service. But did alignment and front breaks only. Said nothing else wrong. I told them something else was wrong. Front driver side loose floppy knocking. Well turns out the driver side upper and lower ball joints were both shot. No count. Loose loose. So.... It was so bad it was actually hard to drive and dangerous. Not acceptable. Don't like leaving a bad review, but the mechanic either doesn't care or not trained enough to not know to look at ball joints when someone says, the front end driver side is floppy loose knocking etc.

I live and work out of town but was referred to Greg's by a mechanic that I have a lot of faith in as the only one he uses. I was impressed with how I has able to leave the truck with them for alignment and adding new tires, their promptness and follow-up. I'll be referring others!Service: TiresService: Tires

Wants to charge way to much to fix a tiny dent 1300 bucks for a dent that ll cost nothing to fix and put a splash of pant on, would ve literally took 5 minutes to fix! And to make thing even worse took a totaled car and they price it 3,000 for a completely wreck car but 1300 for a tiny dent and scratch!!

I called about my broken windshield and they were very helpful, but as tight as money is these days I just couldn't afford to have it replaced and my insurance deductible was too high.

Called to get a rough estimate on car repair (already knew what was wrong). I wasn't asked the make/model to look at part cost, was just told I needed to bring my car in. I called Nissan with same information and was told within 5 minutes a rough estimate.
