Go to Auto Zone O'Reilly's because place gave me the wrong headlight bulb for the vehicle I'm working on. No problem I'll just take it back get the correct one right? No because the doors are locked at 6:15pm on a Thursday even though all signs and info say open 7am-9pm M-F lol from now on I'll shop elsewhere

Not great help today. Didn't have the part I needed and genuinely seemed disinterested in helping me find it. Store seemed clean. 2 ppl working phone ringing off the hook. So hard to hear as a deaf man! Last trip there!

Staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. Business was well kept inside and outside. Prices were reasonable and parts were shipped quickly like they said.

Extremely helpful ... I had no idea what the part I need was really. But they sure did and explained what i had to do with it and tricks to make it easier to put in.

Apparently they dont know how to answer the phone....I have called multiple times in the past few days trying to get thru. I tried to get info on a part and ended up just having to drive up there just to find out.....

They dont beleive in answering the phone. You call and they hang up on you. Very poor customer service. I expected more from a national chain.
