I just got 4 brand new tires low profile so they expensive usually I was pleasantly surprised what a great deal I just got, great tires warranty. Best place to go for new tires or used hands down I literally called around before and nobody come close to there price.

Extremely dissatisfied with taking my car here. 8/29 I drove my 2013 Chevy Malibu eco there (in limp mode, no power steering, brakes, air, windows ect, extremely terrifying) after talking to them over the phone to ensure they could work on eco models. They diagnosed a bad generator (alternator on other cars, not eco). They called me on 9/9, took remainder of payment over phone and left keys for me to pick up.I picked up and the belt was squealing when accelerating and worse with ac on. I called them following morning and attempted to take it back. The car then started smoking and broke the belt leaving me in the road. They don't have a tow vehicle so I had to use roadside assistance to tow back to them. Then when I spoke to one person they told me bad alternator, another time I called I was told they need a special tool to put the belt back on.... then they returned my car to me again 9/22 and it stumbles to start. I drove to work 9/23 and 9/24 when I went to leave for work the next day /25 the car won't start just a single click.I won't be taking my car back or recommending ANYONE EVER here.3 1/2 weeks for an alternator and it's still broke not happy and out money and having to tow my car elsewhere

Absolutely amazing people. I had called around to way too many tire shops and this one was recommended by a different shop. They had exactly the tire size I needed. I called to buy 4 tires.The man seemed nice enough,but i was put on hold where i patiently waited 15 minutes thinking he was checking on if they had my tires?He never came back to the phone so i hung up,&called back figuring he just forgot me.When i called back i got a recording saying the wireless caller i wanted was unavailable??Terribly unproffesional.Wouldnt go there ever.

Was at Windrock and cut a sidewall, Had to put my spare on. Just needed a similar tire for a spare for piece of mind the rest of the trip. The guys here were friendly, had what I needed and got us in and out quickly so we could get on with the fun.Highly recommend!Service: TiresService: Tires

Got a used tire here. Fair prices and friendly staff. Took a while for the install, but I could've very easily dropped it off and waited elsewhere. Overall a good experience.

They got me in qnd out very quick and made sure I was satisfied before I walked out the door. They was very nice and and let my son watch them put my brand new tire on! Such a Great crew!

They may seem like they don't have things under control, or look very organized, but their pricing and service was awesome. Even with me being a woman. They did everything they could to help me. To me, that is priceless!

Nowhere is more trustworthy than this place! I thought there might be an issue with my car (it turned out to be totally fine) but they looked at it for over 2 hours and didn't charge me a thing. The technician even had me come into the garage to look at the car with him which I loved! Not to mention, they're just great people. If you're looking for an honest shop, look no further.

Terrible service. Gave me the run around. Evey 5 minutes it was a different issue and another $100 bill. Almost $700 later. Original Problem still not fixed, car is driving worse then it was when I dropped it off. Made it 1mile up the road and the check engine light is back on. Had brakes done all the way around and the pedal is still soft. They're idea of trying to make the customer happy is telling me to bring it back and pay to have it fixed again!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

Called Jimmy at Tri-county after everywhere else was so expansive. He put my alternator in and FIX my A/C as well, which was unexpected and very much appreciated! I would recommend them to ANYONE who wants their vehicle FIXED RIGHT! I will be calling them for ALL my repairs in the future!

I drive about 40 miles to get there but you cannot deal with a better crew than Jimmy and his guys. Good people, very fair rates, quality work...Highly reccomend them.

While this place may look shady from the road, you'll find some of the friendliest help inside. Jimmy and his staff take great care of their customers, often doing little tasks for nothing. I've taken fleet vehicles here for regular service and even taken my lawnmower wheels to have new tires put on. They are very busy, so expect to either wait a while or drop off your vehicle for later pickup.

Always willing to help. The owner saw me waiting one morning to get at flat fixed. It was 30 minutes before time to open. But he fixed me up anyway. That is the best.

My whole family has been coming here for years, but that won't be the case any longer. Please look around before you get charged $200 for an $80 part! Take a look in the garage and personally make sure the guy nodding in and out all day is not the guy working on your vehicle. His name is Ferris and for whatever reason he's employed there again. He does a sloppy job and patches it up to get you barely down the road before having to come back and be charged again for a drug addicts mess up. A guy online also shared last week where they didn't put his wheel on properly and it came off while he was driving and completely damaged the fender and side of his vehicle and now he's without a vehicle while waiting to see if their insurance will cover it. This place is definitely being ran down and the people in charge don't care if the business survives or not.

My husbands family and I have brought many vehicles here over the years. They are way more than just tires. Jimmy and the guys are the only ones I let work on the truck that carries my 2 babies. Honest, dependable, and competitive.

I took my 87 f150 4x4 there to get an alignment..they didn't do it right...they said I needed to have the frame worked on..steering wheel was not straight...still charge me $60...next day I took it to Henson in knoxville...they put an alignment on it for $50..and it's fix...went to tri County twice..both times I had a bad experience...Service: Steering & suspension repair

Fair prices, good people working there. Take care of their customers. Respectful. I will only be doing business here for my tire needs on the future and maybe even car maintenance
