We had a great experience with Quality Auto Sales. The folks there are extremely friendly and DID NOT pressure us into purchasing a vehicle although we happily purchased today! The whole process went smoothly and we left very happy customers!

Quality Auto Sales was great to do business with. I purchased a trailer and drove from Kiln, MS to Oliver Springs, TN to pick it up. (1150 miles round trip) Richard and his staff are great to work with and are as honest as the day is long. He is always available and makes sure you are satisfied. Will definitely buy more from him. A++++ experience!

No words!! Hands down the best place in customer service you ever get out of a car lot. They will bend over backward to make sure you get what you want. Don't judge a book by its cover it's a small car lot with a huge heart

My experience here was awesome!!! They have very high quality cars, trailers, and motorcycles. I had a chance to meet the owner and he is a stand up man , also very honest. I would recommend anyone to go there!! I know I am going back soon!!!

My boyfriend and I have had the best service at Quality Auto. After months of searching for a truck, we came and looked at a vehicle they had on their lot. High quality cars and trucks, fantastic sticker prices, and they finalized our loan within 2 days. We cannot express our gratitude to them enough, because the truck we purchased is everything we wanted PLUS more. We highly recommend their services.

The rating needs to be higher than 5 stars. These guys are honest, for the people, business men. I've had the pleasure of buying 3 cars from them and each one runs great, has low cost, and hasn't nickel and dimed me to death. Richard...you are truly amazing and I will always be grateful for you. Please people...if you need a good vehicle....give these guys a shot. You wont be disappointed.

At first seemed like a good company. Seemed like good people. Seemed liked he cared. my son paid him in full in cash, but the night he paid them in cash, the car had major problems and when he brought it in to be worked on the engine had massive problems with it. Needs a new engine, and timing belt and pump.My son called him back within 24 HOURS after sale if car and he said "sorry you should have bought a warranty". When we asked for a warranty they said it didn't come with one. He said:You bought it. You own it. No returns. No trades. This car has major problems. He had to of known.Don't buy cars from him you could be out thousands of dollars

Richard has some very good cars at prices that are very affordable, I just bought one for my dad and he's got very reliable transportation now for a very long time. I couldn't be happier with Richard and Ed at Quality Auto. I highly recommend them.

I want to say thank you to Steve and the guys at Quality Auto. I got stranded on the side of the road due to my battery cable post disentagrating. I called auto body shops and no one could help me. I walked over to them and they helped replace the post and did not charge me for their services. Thank you guys so much.
