2 days ago me and my life-partners Ford Escape started having severe electrical problems:locking of the steering wheel, screaming lights, delaying starting and rough shifting. Our car has dozens of recalls, and bad power steering. A lemon. After being traumatized by Peggy (the ford), we needed something reliable. The only problem was that on day 1 we had no idea what features made a car reliable. I called my mechanic and begged for help. And help he did. All of his time and effort for free, just to help us. I am forever grateful. Without his knowledge and compassion, we would have gotten the first car on the lot that was in our price range. Our mechanic took us straight to Nick when he realized that we should get rid of the escape and move on to something better. Although we didn t get our dream car that day, Nick spent hours talking to us about options. Answered every open-ended question, even if we weren t sure what we were really asking. Just needing information. Needing someone to tell us like it is. Over the past 2 days we have been to 6 dealerships and every place except for Nicks didn t listen to a word we had to say. They found out our signer had money and they continued to try to sell us a newer car, way out of our price range and not what we asked for time and time again. They only saw $$$. Nick saw an opportunity to help and make a life-time customer. He dealt with high emotions from all of us with empathy. He completely surprised us with the red carpet, making us feel like we made the right decision, after being so scared to make one. Our new car is detailed beautifully and the detailer was so sweet! These people really take pride in their work, so go show them some love. This is the only dealership i will recommend to anyone. Thank you all for getting our life back on track.

This is my first car purchase in a long time. Very pleased with the experience at fast track motors. I was recommended by my fiancee as she has also purchased her SUV with them couple years ago and is still very happy with it. I suggest my friends n family to buy their next vehicle from this dealership.

Nick at Fast Track is amazing! I went to Fast Track in the afternoon just to browse around for cars. He is very knowledgeable about the cars he has on his lot and is ready to answer all your questions. I looked at a Honda CRV, fell in love with that car, and we went in to crunch some numbers. I told him my maximum payment and everything, and I took the numbers in my mind with me as I went shopping around at other places. Out of all the places in Knoxville I went, nothing caught my eye (payment wise too) like that CRV did. I ended up going back to Nick and I was able to get the CRV in my budget INCLUDING an amazing warranty! I am so thankful that I decided to go back to Nick!

I was looking for a gas saver, and Fast Track Motors had a good selection of vehicles, I had not thought much about Hybrid vehicles, but the salesman at the dealership helped educate me on how Hybrids work. So they had a Verry nice Accord Hybrid, and I decided to give it a chance. Wow, I have been averageing over 48mpg!Thanks, Nick!!

I whole heartedly recommend coming to Fast Track Motors and working with Nick when purchasing your next vehicle. He was very patient and welcoming and had our best interest. We bought a 2014 GMC Yukon and it is awesome! We will be shopping here again and sending all our friends and family.

I want off by saying THANK YOU VERY MUCH NICK V., THE CAR IS EXACTLY AS YOU DESCRIBED!!!I just purchased a Mini Cooper through Nick and his Customer Service was fantastic. The negotiation was quick; he came back on his first counter offer with a very fair price. I researched this dealership as I was in Florida and Fast Track Motors Dealership is in Tennessee to see if I even wanted to take a chance with this company. They had all 5 STAR Reviews with Nick s name being referenced; I initially said WHATTTT??? ; this sounds too good to be real. I then had an opportunity to speak with Nick and quickly realized those reviews are very true and I was dealing with someone in a small town who was buying quality affordable cars for the people in his community. He gets them vehicles as if they are family and does what he can in the negotiations to do right by them. Where can I can begin? From the time I stepped onto The lot, Nick went above and beyond! He is a true man of his word! He is professional, personable, and honest. I have never been to a dealership and felt so welcomed. He is not pushy and really does what is right for his customers.
