John went above and beyond for me. He came highly recommended from several friends of mine- and I m so glad to confirm he is the real deal! Very fair, reasonable, and excellent timeliness. He has such a kind heart and great sense of humor- keeping me calm when I had a very short window of time to get a part shipped and replaced before I travel again for work, needing my car back on the road ASAP. Even with the devastating tornado of 2020 aftermath this week, he got me taken care of. He just earned a customer for life no doubt! Thanks again.

Masterworks? YES! Absolutely. Fair, Honest, Completely Competent. When John offers his assessment, you can take it to the bank. I've got mad respect for John. Best mechanic I know. Period. John's ability as a mechanic is only outpaced by the quality of having his friendship. If he works on your vehicle, he will become your friend. Yes, he's THAT good.

John does an excellent job with our cars. He is upfront about options and price ranges, and he schedules his repairs well. I am so glad to have a reliable mechanic in my neighborhood!

John Dusio at Masterworks has been our family's go-to mechanic for at least 5 years now, maybe more. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our cars. John is thorough, efficient, crazy smart, trustworthy, affordable, and impeccable with his word. Oh, and funny. He's really funny.I travel a lot and have a Scion xB with well over 200,000 miles on it. Things go wrong! Recently, I was getting ready to take a 1000-mile trip with my daughter; my car was sluggish and idling strangely, making me uneasy. I immediately contacted John and he said, "Bring it right over." He tested and tested, found the problem (not anything either of us had dreamed it would be), and had my car ready in time to make the trip. And yes, I got there and back with no problems. If it hadn't been for John, my car would have probably broken down on the highway and I would have been stuck calling a Toyota dealership and paying 3x John's fee... and the problem may not have even been fixed! Thanks, John! We appreciate you!

We started taking our Volvos to John several years ago, and we can't imagine using anyone else for those cars. Volvos are notoriously complicated to maintain and repair, and John has an incredible talent for working with them. He's honest, always happy to explain what he's doing, and just a nice guy.

I had a casual conversation with the owner of the shop concerning a problem with a Honda manual transmission after a recent clutch replacement at another shop. We talked through the problem and he suggested I check something obscure that I hadn't thought of. Bingo. problem solved. The other shop had told me that I needed a new transmission. I was able to do the repair myself in an hour at a total cost of $0. The problem was created by the shop that did the clutch replacement in the first place. You can't beat knowledge gained through experience. Well done!

John is very meticulous with his work. I don t let just anyone work on my vehicles. I love the fact that he is an Amsoil Oil Distributor and that is what I want in my Porsche and Diesal truck.
