My daughter had to have her transmission replaced, was told would take 2 days, took 9. Hard to get someone on phone, kept saying tomorrow, tomorrow, took 9 days. Never again

Have a 2015 Mercedes I took in for a schedule B service today. Sergei went above and beyond by staying late on a Friday evening to get me out and back on the road. If it bothered him, he didn't let on. He had a positive attitude and didn't rush trying to get out of there. In speaking with him, it was evident he knows his stuff. Quality work and the price was well within my expected range. He earned some repeat business with his effort today.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been using All Points after several failed mechanics after moving to Nashville. My daddy always worked on my cars. After passing away I was forced to use a mechanic for my BMW X3, something that I was not accustomed to. Sergey is honest and dependable. As a woman he never treats me like I am unreliable or have no idea if/when something is not right with my car. He trust my judgment and listens to me but at the same time does not take advantage of my lack of knowledge with cars. He is reliable and his prices are fair. We have had nothing but great experiences over the last several years.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I have been a customer of All Points Automotive in Old Hickory, TN for over 14 years. After many years of very poor service and inflated prices at dealerships and chain garages, a co-worker recommended All Points to me, and I have been so grateful. Over all these years, All Points has proved to be very dependable and trustworthy in their work and service. I have honestly never had a bad experience with them. From Kevin (may he rest in peace), to Chris, and now under the leadership of Sergey, you can always expect All Points to be the utmost of a professional experience. They will honestly assess your vehicle's problem, give you their best recommendations of options, and then carry out high quality work. I feel like I'm taking my car to be worked on by a friend or brother when I take it to All Points. I trust their judgement 100%. I've even had Sergey tell me when he thinks I shouldn't put more money into repairs on a vehicle. I am so thankful to have found a local garage of such high quality, and would absolutely recommend them to all friends and neighbors.

I had to get my car towed to All Points Automotive Repair and when I called them, They were so nice telling me its ok bring it in and he will look at it. The service was awesome and fast and he went above and beyond helping me!! The prices were very reasonable, and he didn't take advantage of me because I am female like other places have. I will send my friends to him and I will be back! Thank You again for the great work!

Shop has fallen on hard times. Kept our vehicle for three months to fix something that his previous "repair" had caused. We eventually had to take it to another shop down the street for the repair, with this shops promise to pay them. That didn't happen and we paid for repair just to get my son back on the road. No communication, never open, did not do what they said they would.Service: Exhaust

I called All Points after having trouble driving. They got me in as soon as possible and I ended up having a broken axel. Sergey went above and beyond to get my car repaired and back on the road. I am very appreciative of his hard work! I have a extra hard car to work on because of excess rust from living up North but he got the job done and my car has been driving smoother then it has in a long time. I have been to multiple other car shops with complaints of noises and no one could find an issue or told me it was "just rust". Driving off All Points lot left me very happy and I will certainly be a repeat customer. I absolutely recommend!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Have been taking my vehicles to All Points for years. Excellent and prompt service at a fair price. Been very satisfied with their troubleshooting expertise along with giving options, when applicable, to save time and expense. No hesitation in recommending them.

Hands down THE BEST!!! Does his best to workWith my crazy schedule, communicates with me concerning all aspects of the work he is doing, pricing is fair, and customer service is topNotch. I ve been taking my trucks to Sergei for a while now and Trust him and his work. A good guy running a good business which is hard to find these days.

Sergey is by far the most reliable, professional, informative and kind mechanic I ve ever had!! Moving to nashville last year it was important for me to find a good mechanic since I own an old Jeep Wrangler. Sergey has been able to solve every issue I ve had (and I ve had a lot) quickly and expertly. He answers all questions I have and even helps me prevent problems before they occur, every time! Since moving this shop is now 40 minutes from me, but I of course still only go here!! While on vacation last month our a/c went out on our vehicle. We were on a very tight time schedule but the owner took us in at the end of his day and fixed us right up. It doesn't get any better than Sergey at All Points Auto! I have been bringing my 2014 Honda Accord here for almost 4 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Sergey recently replaced my entire transmission at half the cost of the dealer as well as a new timing belt kit, drive belts, new suspension, new brakes, blower motor, air and cabin filters, tires and all the other odds and ends a car needs. I know a lot of other car owners who love Sergey and All Points Auto. This is by far the best auto shop in middle TN. I've been taking my car here for over 4 yrs & they go above & beyond. Very fair prices for top notch work, wouldn't take my car anywhere else! BTW: Nevermind that little twerp named Charlie leaving 1 star reviews, I don't even think he has a vehicle to service.

Originally picked this shop because of location. Ive taken several vehicles here since then. Super honest shop! In my experience he has always got the work done very fast, and more than fair price. I will definitely be bringing any future repairs here!

I have sent a couple of our fleet trucks to Chris for maintenance. He understood how important it was to get those trucks back in the field producing. He has always been professional and fairly priced. I plan on taking my personal truck to Chris when I need new tires next month. I would highly recommend this auto mechanic shop.

This place far exceeds the purpose of a mechanic auto shop/garage. The owners are honest, hospitable, redoubtable and are just all around good people.They're not out for money or to try fixing unnecessary things on your vehicle. They run an honest shop. If you are ever in the area, have your car break down, needing a minor or major automobile repair or just in need of a great stable mechanic, look no further than All Points. You will NOT be disappointed or regret that you chose them. I guarantee it!

Sergey quickly found the problem with the air conditioner in my car. Went here after having another shop tell me I needed my air compressor replaced, which was going to cost around $1300. He found that it was simply a small part that needed replaced, not the compressor. Will be back for all repair needs!

Took my BMW X5 that had some electrical issues. Sergi diagnosed the problem and even the issue with the cooling system. Kept the vehicle for a little while, but ultimately did a good job at the fraction of the dealership price. Sergi even admitted when he could not fix an issue rather then bypass it and pretend that it's fixed and charging me for it. Good job.

Took my truck here after my tire burst. He was very helpful. He performed an inspection and explained to us what was wrong, why, and helped us decide what was needed to be fixed. At no point did we feel cheated or tricked like some other mechanics.

Brought my diesel truck in to address some error codes that caused me to fail inspection. They were very quick to do the work, straightforward about the best time to bring it in (so it's not sitting in line for days), and more than reasonable on the price. Thanks guys!

Look no further! This is your place for an honest, reasonable car/truck repair. Best way to relate is to that small hole in wall Resturant with the best food in town. Well this is that place for your car to be taken care of! Make these guys your first choice...(fixed Lexus RX350)

Be carful !After a long time of waiting for her response (who did not arrive), when my vehicle was lying there I was saved (thanks god ) when they could not repair my vehicle!This is how I saved $ 600 from big over-charge on a 200 max bill .I won't be back there again for sure !

It's not east to find an honest and reliable mechanic, I would reccomend All Points to anyone. We have had multiple cars worked on here, not only were the prices fair, but the work was exceptional.

As a woman, I appreciate the fair prices and the simple explanation of the work that was done on my vehicle. He didn t try to talk me into having more work done than necessary. Very honest mechanic!
