I ve known Cliff And Yetta for over 10 years! Leeland and everyone at their shop always treated me right. Sometimes I had an issues, I would pull up, and they would lend me a hand . Free of charge. They listened and cared. I was a young teenager without a lot of money. Now I m an adult. They got me back on the road quick. I was a regular customer growing up. They even taught me how to work on my own stuff better. I now perform any work that I can myself. I always keep them in mind for anything that I can t handle. Very good honest people. They never sold me anything that I didn t need. Almost every repair done , was just what I needed and nothing more. They have Big hearts, and should probably charge more for their time!

I love this place!They have taken care of my cars and my family s cars since they had their shop in Rossville. Kind and honest people. They are exactly the kind of mechanics you can trust with your car! Pricing has always been fair and much cheaper than the bigger named mechanics in the area. Try them out, you won t regret it!

So you say you told me to bring the car back in and I had it out for a week that is a complete lie it broke down on me three days after getting it out of your shop and then it was the day before Thanksgiving and nobody ever answers the phone at your shop I blew your phone up from that Thursday until that Sunday nobody was there I finally got in touch with you on Monday which would have made it a week but that's not my fault I could not get in touch with you and you did not tell me to bring my car back in you told me to have it towed back up there to you and my expense it shouldn't have broke down three days after paying for it to be fixed and I'm not the only one that feels this way obviously because every review on this page is saying nothing but bad things about you get into another business do something different because this isn't what you're good at goodbyeCROOKS CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS ... That is the only word I can think of to describe this hillbilly no good sorry excuse of a establishment. They basically charged me $487 dollars to fix my car then 3 days later my car broke down doing the EXACT SAME THING IT WAS DOING WHEN I BROUGHT IT TO THEM and I was told ... That's not there problem my car drove off the lot just fine . So basically they will get your car working long enough to make.it.home and then after that it's non longer there issues any more . . So sad people still chose to conduct business this way ... One last word to say to them KARMA !!!!!

Biggest crooks in the world . This is the best example of shady mechanics if I ever seen one . Charges to fix my car $487 and not even 3 days later my car breaks down doing exactly what it was doing when I brought it to.them and I was told.oh well . So sad you would take money from hard working people right here at Christmas time . And take full advantage of people because they do not have the proper knowledge about cars . That's why we bring our car to you and we trust that you would do the right thing . I guess that is wishful thinking... Karma

I love to use local and the first time we used them was great but unfortunately the second time my vehicle sat there for three days with they not letting us know they couldn t get to it b4 we left out of town. We called several times and went in.Update-Unfortunately that is not true. We set the appointment for Wednesday morning with same day r and no heavy load was ever mentioned. The young lady that works there never called back as promised and would put us on hold for 15 plus minutes. When my husband went in Thursdays after noon he was told first thing today it would be fixed. That did not happen and we had to pick it up at the time specified. This is an unfortunate event as we would have liked to continue using you for our four vehicles.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Since these people are clearing being review bombed by somebody with a grudge, who is getting friends to write bogus reviews, I'll give them a REAL one that is five star. Love their work, have a car in there right this minute, and wouldn't take mine anywhere else.

Interaction with them started out well but sent my car in Monday afternoon called next day to check progress. I was told they had just started on it which is perfectly fine, so I gave them about two days before I called back it s now Friday at 12 and I ve called 5 times since 7ish don t know what time they open cause the times aren t online and no one has picked up the phone and I can t just ride down there to know the status of my car. Friendly and very nice people from what I ve interacted with but I m kinda of irritatedUpdate*Turns out it was no fault of theirs phones were down and Comcast service is awful that I can attest to.

GREAT people! I ALWAYS take my car here, & I live about 30 miles from the shop. I don't trust anyone else to work on my car!

Was going to ls swap my car Took a year just tell me my motor was bad always gave me the run around barley ever got the phone call days ahead to tell them I was going to pick up vehicle so I wanted to make sure it started told me it did keep it mind it started and drove off trailer when I dropped it off tow truck man stated car wouldn t even start when he picked it up got it home still wouldn t start tbh think car just sat in the back the whole time didn t even look at horrible communication would not recommend for performance work

Do Not Trust these people . I wish I could give them 0 stars . They for sure do not deserve the 1 star I am forced to give them . Huge crooks ... Karma .
