Go anywhere besides the Oakland, TN location! The had our car for a month and had every excuse in the book on why it was delayed. The work was only supposed to take 2 weeks and 4 1/2 weeks later they are still coming up with excuses. TERRIBLE communication. We will NEVER use them again.*once we finally got the okay to pick the car up we got there and they hadn t even installed one of the parts! The inside of the car was dirtier than when I dropped it off AFTER they claimed to have detailed it. Jeff tried to make everything right but the experience we had with another worker made it so we will never go back or recommend them to anyone!

We had 3A Collision fix our Honda Accord when a careless person smashed into the back bumper. The folks at 3A were very professional in giving us the estimate, in dealing with the insurance company, and in doing a great job of the repair process to the car. I highly recommend them!

Quick turnaround after a semi tread tore up the guard underneath my vehicle. Was an insurance job, but the rates were still reasonable.

I was auctually having my cars oil changed and a tire repaired with Donnie Owens automotive that is in the same building. Awesome place to have work done for a reasonable price and to knows it's being done honestly.
